4 4 Message To Lightworkers - Lets Shift

by Katie IndiCrow

In this video, I speak directly to lightworkers involved in various aspects of moving through

the energies of 4/4.

This includes a call to help stabilize our areas, information on how to prepare to (and

efficiently) act as energy conduits, transmutation updates, and a word of thanks to those putting

their hearts into this.

Those who are ready will receive mission activations through exposure to the vibration I was carrying

at the point of recording.

Much love!

LIGHTING JORDANS ON FIRE!! - Duration: 8:20.

- Okay, you guys, it's...

Do you hear that?

- It's a funny, squeaky sound.

- You couldn't hear a dumptruck

driving through a nitroglycerine plant.

- I got an idea.

(pours gasoline onto Jordans)

When I bought these shoes, they were, like, 170 bucks.

I think they did their job.

(pop music)

(pop music)

Now that my shoes are done squeaking,

and I'm airing out my garage because the black smoke

and the black soot in the air was terrible.

But, what I wanted to show you guys

is the fact that this thing, this stand, is done.

And it came out wonderfully.

So, now I can throw a bike on here.

I don't think I'm going to assign it to one particular bike.

Whatever needs a stand uses a stand.

(pop music)

(engine rumbles)

(pop music)

That works a lot better than trying to manhandle it,

and backing my truck up

and creating ruts in this wet, muddy grass.

It doesn't mix.

This, however, works perfect.

(pop music)

I'm sure you guys are puttin' it together in your heads,

like, hey, what's 3DMachines,

what's Dalton picking up today?

Well, I really wanna go pick up the KX,

and, unfortunately, I have to use my trailer

because, one, I have a refrigerator in the back,

thanks to my dad,

(pop music)

and Jake's not at his house.

Which means I'm going to have to load it by myself.

And, in order to do that,

I think it would be easier just to use the trailer.

I'm sure you're probably thinkin',

Dalton, why do you have the ball up here?

Shouldn't it be down here?

Well, no, on my trailer, the way I built this thing,

as you guys know, I built this from complete scratch.

I even built the axle.

The only thing I didn't build were the tires, the rims,

and this hitch.

I did, however, make this framing for the hitch.

These pins I did build.

Just took round stock and just bent them,

and it works great.

The only thing is, since I put the wheels where I did,

the trailer sits up higher than usual,

which means, to make something load easy on the back,

you have to have the front high to have the back low.

And that's why I put my ball just like that.

Just for anybody who was worried about my ball.

I'm putting away the hardware for my homemade hitch,

and it looks like I bent this.

Can you guys see that?

Bent. I can't get this nut off.

So, I guess it's going to just have to stay a hitch.

I'll put it where all my other hitches are.

Right down there.

(pop music)

Do you guys know why

you're supposed to cross your safety chains?

I know why, but do you?

Leave in the comment section below.

My father always told me to do it,

but never really told me why.

Maybe I never asked, but, it's a good idea to do it.

So, do it.

(pop music)

Well, the no drive light isn't on yet.

(pop music)

So, I've done a little bit of running around,

doing a couple errands off camera,

just getting business done.

And, I have been driving a little bit, and I do wanna add,

my no driver thing that was up here last night

is off, it hasn't been on.

If it's not comin' on now, it probably won't.

I'm hopin' it was just a fluke,

but you guys have to see this.

We have been dealin' with so much wind lately, so much wind.

You know, you got the cold and the hot and it mixes,

and then if you have a lot of wind,

I mean, look at this.

This is nuts.

Can you imagine owning this and then it's just gone.

Absolutely insane.

I'm glad this isn't my shop.

This is bad.

New York state weather wins against old barns.

How people wish that this was their shop right now?

Not me.

Not me at all.

Weather is fascinating.

Sometimes you love it and sometimes you hate it.

When it's not your piece of property, it is kind of neat.

It's finally time.

Filled the brim with fuel

for when I was tryin' to drive it up here,

and then it seized up on me.

No good.

It's not good at all.

Jake just texted me.

He's got the same security system that I do.

Yeah, Jake, that's me

(pop music)

So, Dalton, what's good to eat on a cold, rainy, windy day?

Soup!

And crackers.

Meals for champions for cold, windy days.

(pop music)

That's for sure, it's very, very windy.

Stay.

Yup, gonna work.

Now, I might regret doing this,

because, if I do this, then it'll probably get cold again.

But, I'm hoping that I'm, well, not me,

but the weather, Mother Nature,

has stopped being a complete

rascal and is gonna start getting some good weather here

in New York state.

I'm sure a lot of you guys are sick of it,

and I'm personally sick of it.

Now, don't get me wrong,

just because it's crappy and it's rainy and it's cold,

I had a wonderful day.

I'm glad you guys came along with me.

Just because the weather's crappy

doesn't mean I'm in a crappy mood.

A lot of people are like that, though, unfortunately.

But, since tomorrow is supposed to get warmer,

I'll prepare for it, get ready for it,

so then the time it takes to put away a heater and...

Well, the third piece is outside, but you get it.

I put wood over it and covered it.

See, I choose to invest this time,

the inside time right now,

so then, tomorrow, when it's nice out

we get out there and get at it, get more done.

Take advantage of that weather.

I would love to tear into this dirt bike right now,

the KX 250, I can't though,

I have to edit and upload today's video.

I'm sorry.

Without that,

the new guys won't be able to see what I put up.

So that's why we have to stop today.

I hope you guys enjoyed this 3D Machines production.

Don't be afraid to stop by tomorrow.

We're always havin' fun on this channel.

Enjoy your day.

The question for you guys for today is

do you let the weather depict how you feel,

or is it some other source?

Leave in the comment section below.

Have a good day.

3DMachines out.

Phoenix Spirit — Awaken It, Embrace Change And Live With Passion - Duration: 5:38.

Phoenix Spirit Awaken It, Embrace Change And Live With Passion

All the wonders you seek are within yourself. ~ Sir Thomas Browne

As history claims, the phoenix began as a common bird thats nest caught on fire by

the hand of a god-like figure.

As the fire started to consume the bird, instead of suffering, she decided to dance in the

flames.

Eventually, the fire reduced the bird to ashes.

However, this was not the end of that wise bird, for she knew her ending was only the

beginning the beginning of something greater than what she ever thought possible, a resurrection.

The seemingly done-for bird emerged, more powerful and more beautiful than ever.

The phoenix represents a rebirth.

A rebirth of the body, mind, and soul, that unleashes itself when the spirit is set free

from its self-inflicted shackles.

I can relate to this story.

For a long time I wondered if this fire burning inside me would find its way out and lead

me to fulfill my own potential.

With much struggle and countless nights awake, thinking about who I was and what it was that

I really wanted to do, I went to University and obtained a business degree.

I did this not because I really liked business but because I took the safe route, thinking

that this degree would be my best chance of getting a job with a good pay.

Although I received great grades, I was uninspired and lost, and afterward went from job to job

and bad relationship to bad relationship, trying to find my way in all the wrong places.

After a devastating breakup I realized that I needed some serious self-work.

I asked myself: Why was I continuously looking on the outside for acceptance and fulfillment?

Feeling at my lowest point, I decided I would finally work on what was inside and take a

completely different path in order to find myself.

I began a yoga teacher training course with a real Indian guru an 88-year-old man

who looked 60 and healthier than I was who completely changed my outlook and my life.

Skeptical at first by his humble, simplistic studio and easy yoga positions, I pushed on

and stayed dedicated.

Through practice, I could finally see through all my negative thoughts and constant worries

about the past and the future, and just be be in the present moment.

I was freed of my own mind, and emerged as a more confident, self-loving, and less worrisome

person.

I was closer than ever to finding the real me, my own inner phoenix, my spirit.

I redirected my thoughts, let go of people and career paths that did not serve my spirit,

and embraced these choices as opportunities for growth.

I saw it all as a new beginning to put me back on my true path.

Now, instead of seeking answers and acceptance from the outside, I am true to myself and

let my own inner voice guide me throughout my life.

I learned that the fulfillment I desperately sought began with passion, regardless of what

the passion is.

I realized that my passions always lay in helping others and in the arts, especially

music.

I decided to join a choir, and to get involved in the community by volunteering at my local

YMCA.

I also found a job in a creative arts company and started teaching yoga, along with doing

some interior design on the side.

I am now in various shows with the choir around my city, am in more shape thanks to yoga and

my free gym membership at the Y, and have a healthier and happier work-life balance.

You can do something with what you enjoy doing, and it will eventually lead you to a place

you never dreamed of.

We all owe it to ourselves to put to use our gifts, because thats why we have them!

Let me tell you a secret about the phoenix: shes in all of us.

Shes there, just waiting to be unleashed.

That fiery feeling inside of us, wanting to change our lives, feeling as though something

is missing, this is the pre-condition of a radical change that is naturally starting

to occur in your life.

It is the passion within you waiting to be expressed, and ultimately the ending of the

old you.

Of course, one of the scariest things in life is change, but to embrace change is to embrace

life.

To be true to the feeling inside you, urging you to take another road if you are going

down the wrong one is to be true to yourself.

How do you act upon this inner change burning inside you?

The answer is simpler than you think.

Start by more frequently pursuing things that make you happy.

As you move forward, you might start hearing those negative voices inside your head.

That is normal and can be helped!

Take a yoga class, or simply spend some quiet time alone listening to some soothing music

to help clear your mind, and pray.

Pay no mind to others opinions, or what others believe to be the right path for you.

You can always start small.

Sometimes just being a part of what you love can be enough.

I have always wanted to be a singer, and just being able to sing for people within a group

fulfills my need.

I always have a need to make a difference in the world, and in my way I am doing so

by volunteering for only three hours a week for a cause that I believe in, which to me

is payment to my soul.

Eventually doing these things that I loved uplifted me and set me back on my path.

No one can know what truly makes you happy and alive except you.

Eventually, your happiness will be enough to make anyone who doubted your choices come

aroundand your joy will be contagious to them, as well.

Whether it be cooking, decorating, being with animals, or playing music, find a way to awaken

that spark within you, and that glow will continue to grow.

Through that growth you will start to awaken the phoenix within you, inspire others to

do the same, and become stronger and more self-fulfilled than ever.

Getting Started with Client Scripts - Duration: 5:40.

This video will give you an introduction to client scripts and some pointers to help you get started in the right direction.

You can incorporate scripts into the ServiceNow system to extend and customize its features.

These scripts are coded in JavaScript.

Scripts can run on the server… ...and on client browsers.

Since the server has direct access to the database...

... server scripts are typically used to modify records in the database and generate events.

Since the client has access to forms, client scripts are typically used to tailor forms to the current user and conditions.

This video looks at these client scripts.

Client scripts are useful for configuring forms, form fields, and field values in real time, while the user is using the form.

For example, a script can make fields hidden or visible…

…read-only or writable…

…or optional or mandatory, based on the user's role.

A script can also set the value in one field based on the values in other fields…

…modify the options in a choice list based on the user's role…

…or display messages based on the value in a field.

They're a powerful way to tailor a form in real time.

You can see a list of all the client scripts in the instance at System Definition > Client Scripts.

To see the client scripts for a particular form, go to the form…

…open the context menu, and choose Configure > Client Scripts.

There are a few different types of script.

An onLoad script runs when the form loads, before the user ever sees it.

The values in the form are straight from the database.

This type of script lets you control how the form first appears to the user.

An onChange script runs when the user changes the value in any field.

This type of script is handy for setting the value of a field or displaying a message...

... based on the values the user enters in other fields.

An onSubmit script runs when the user submits the form.

This type of script is useful for validating the values that the user entered.

And finally, onCellEdit scripts are similar to onChange…

…except that they run whenever the user changes the value of a field in a list rather than on a form.

Client scripts interact with the system through a small set of APIs.

Let's go back to our list of scripts for the Incident form and take a look.

Client scripts control forms and their fields and values through an API called GlideForm.

The script calls the GlideForm API through the g_form object.

g_form methods let you do lots of things with forms and fields, like highlight areas on the form...

…get information or set the value for a field…

…and change the choices in a list.

The GlideUser API provides information about the current user throught the g_user object.

g_user methods and properties provide the user's names, user ID, roles, and other information.

The GlideRecord API makes calls to the database on the server without having to use mysql.

This API uses the gr object.

And finally, the GlideAjax API passes work to the server in a script include.

This API uses the ajax object.

Now let's look at a few best practices for client scripts.

The base system comes with hundreds of scripts.

If you want to change one of these = scripts, make a copy and change the copy rather than changing the base version.

That way you can go back to the base version if you need to.

Here's another tip.

Some form fields don't contain the actual data.

Instead they contain a reference to the data on the server.

These fields have a button with an information icon.

Client scripts need to make a call to the server to get the data for these fields.

This takes extra time.

To improve client performance, try to make as few references to these fields as possible.

Another way to improve client performance is to run longer scripts on the server instead of the client.

You can use GlideAjax to pass a script to the server in a script include.

And finally, be sure to put comments in your code.

It'll be a big help to the next person who sees it...

... and that just might be you a few months down the road!

For more information, please consult our product documentation, knowledge base, or podcast.

Or ask a question in the ServiceNow Community.

Depositions in France - International Deposition Tips - Duration: 1:55.

Hi, I'm Ian Hardy, President of Optima Juris, the International Deposition Agency.

Optima Juris is the only U.S. firm that is exclusively dedicated to

handling depositions abroad and we've been doing it for over 17 years.

Today I'm coming at you with another episode of our helpful deposition tips.

This time about the country of France. Now, France is a country that I know well, I lived

there for many years and Optima Juris started in Paris. Now we are based in

California, but we continue to cover depositions in France regularly and

we're very happy to assist you with any deposition or arbitration needs you

might have there. One thing about France that's important to know, is that there

are some restrictions on conducting U.S. depositions there, so please call us to

find out more and we can recommend the best work around based on those restrictions.

The good news about France, is that there are a number of highly qualified court reporters,

legal videographers, interpreters, as well as excellent video conferencing facilities in the country.

If nobody is available we can bring somebody in from a nearby country thereby reducing your

travel costs to an absolute minimum. We're very good at doing this we have

the best network in Europe. I recommend that you get in touch with us

as early as possible in your planning stages and we can work out the best

solution for your deposition needs. Once again, I'm Ian Hardy, President of Optima Juris,

and I look forward to hearing from you with your questions

about your upcoming deposition in France. Thank you very much.
