7 Must-Eats in HATYAI / SONGKHLA, Thailand - Duration: 12:45.

Have you ever known that HATYAI / SONGKHLA is the city of FOOD?

Wow! The market looks so lively this morning.

This is sunday market. It's the the most crowded market in SONGKHLA.

Here is 'Kho Yum'.

Khao Yum.

Yes.

'Khao' is Rice. 'Yum' is Salad.

So, it's like Spicy Rice Salad.

You must try this menu if you arrive SONGKHLA.

The rice...why does it look this colour?

This is the butterfly peas colour.

Mixed with some noodles.

Yes.

This is what they call 'Nam Voodoo'.

Voodoo? Voodoo sauce?

So, this is like the salad sauce.

This is all you have. You just put the sauce all over and then mix it all together.

Wow!

So, let's try this.

It tastes like...a little like 'Khnom Jeen' (Thai Rice Noodles with Curry).

But here, you can smell the herbs. They have a lot of vegetables and...a little bit spicy.

It's very healthy food.

Very healthy (laugh).

No meat, just reddish fish.

Oh! This street is full of food.

Yes.

(laugh) A lof of food shops. So, we tasted a long the way and we ended up here.

Again, with rice and some stew.

This is called 'Khao Stew' in Kiat Fang (restaurant).

This is actually local stew. What we have here is some pork organs and some chicken.

And this is the sauce that we eat with the stew.

Yes.

Quite different from Western Food. When you talk of stew, it's another type of thing.

But here you have rice and this. Is it fish sauce?

No, this one is chilli with vinegar.

Ah. Wow! Lots of chilli.

OK. Let's try!

I put on the rice.

Good.

Very tasty, huh? So, you can taste a little bit sour from the vinegar.

Wow! Very nice view here. Especially in the evening.

From here, in the afternoon, you can see the whole SONGKHLA there.

OK. Cool. And, we have seafood... a lot of things

What would you recommend? if in SONGKHLA, what do they eat?

Well, if you come to Kho Yo (Yo Island), the first thing that you have to try is 'Sea Bass'.

What we usually have here...this one is Sea Bass steamed in lemon sauce.

Steamed in lemon sauce? But, I saw a lot of chilli. (Laugh).

So, it must be spicy, but I love chilli.

What else is Sea Bass?

Um. This Tom Yum here because it is a signature of Thai food. And, we have Sea Bass.

OK. And this one must be Sea Bass too?

This one, Sea Bass Deep Fried with fish sauce. We eat it with Mango Salad here.

Mango Salad? Oh, looks so good. I think I can finish it all.

(Laugh).

Why 'Sea Bass' is so famous here on Koh Yo?

Ah well, what makes it so special is that there are two lakes in between

Ah-huh.

So, the lake itself is 'Nam Groi'.

Nam Groi?

The mix between sea water and fresh water.

Yeah. And so, together, they make the Sea Bass..the texture become softer, become more moist.

(laugh). Alright, are you ready? I'm so ready. I'm hungry!

I love chilli and garlic.

It's a mixed combination - chilli and garlic.

Even we can see this, my mouth is watery.

Yeah. OK, let's try.

(Roar!) So tasty. So tasty.

Sour. Spicy, very spicy. A little salty.

But the texture of the Sea Bass is really good.

Very nice, huh?

This morning, I'm here at a very special place for breakfast at a local place in HATYAI with my HATYAI friend.

Thank you for bringing me here this morning. It looks really good.

Yeah.

What is it? This one, in front of us.

We call 'Buk Kut Teh'.

'Buk Kut Teh'? Oh, I've heard of the name.

It looks like 'Soup', but dark one.

Dark one, yes.

Why is it so special?

It's special because it's good for your health.

OK.

And also, mixed with special herbs, Chinese herbs...15 Chinese herbs.

In this.

And they have meat also. This is...I think it's pork.

Pork, yes. And mushrooms.

Wow! It looks really good! And what do you eat it with? With rice?

Yes. Eat together with rice.

Do you normally eat it for breakfast every day?

Not every day. For a special day when my friends come to visit me from Penang, from Singapore.

I invite them to taste (the food) here.

Also, they have different kinds of Dim Sum, right?

Yes.

Dim Sum. Different names.

All I know is Dumplings...pork dumplings, corns, some mushrooms.

Another recommended Food Menu in HATYAI is 'Fried Chicken'.

And a lot of people might think why Fried Chicken?

I can find Fried Chicken everywhere.

But here in HATYAI, it's so special. The taste is special because it's fermented spices.

They have their own secret recipe in which they use a lot of spices, and the way they fry chicken.

So, we will try today.

And the way that we eat it in a local way, they have options for you to choose.

First, it's normal rice.

Second, because here, it's also Halal food, so they have this yellow rice which is curry rice.

And, they have special sauce...this one, cucumber.

And this one. You can eat with the curry rice.

And the third kind of rice is this sticky rice.

Actually, it's a staple food found in Northeastern Thailand and Laos.

But here, they adapt a bit to use sticky rice to eat withfried chicken.

And the last kind of rice is this steamed oil rice.

This is quite familiar with people all around Thailand. We normally eat this with chicken...steamed chicken.

But now, we'll eat it with fried chicken.

And to make it more tasty, they have sauce...like sauce for chicken

This is you can find in Thailand.

It's sweet, a little sour, a little spicy sauce that we dip chicken into it.

And to make it a little more crunchy, we have this fried red onion.

To put onto the chicken as much as you want.

I'm so excited today because I just drove pass all the blocks around here,

and there're full of local food shops.

But my friends told me to come to this place, 'Ko Auan', to try this 'Pao'.

'Pao' is actually Chinese language which means 'Chinese Buns'.

And the special thing is that they fry 'Pao' here.

So, there're different kinds of 'Fried Pao'. This one is a signature. It's BBQ Pork Pao.

But they also have... this one like black beans, taro, and this one...custard....custard buns.

'Fried (Chinese) Buns' are signature menus here.

Alright.

Mmm...I can feel that it's a little crispy.

With sesame....I think the flour goes along well with the BBQ Pork.

But it's not oily at all. It's not oily.

In HATYAI, you can't miss trying this dessert.

because there are a lot of Chinese descendants in SONGKHLA / HATYAI.

So, of course, there is this Chinese Pastry. In Thai, it's 'Phnom Pia'.

And, there're many flavours, for example, like soya bean, red bean, foy thong, and other flavours.

When you eat this Chinese Pastry, if you choose to drink with hot tea in the afternoon, it's possible.

Or, you can order iced tea like me. If you come here in the evening.

Or if you feel hot you can order iced tea.

They have different kinds of iced tea.

But, the local way, you sip a bit of this hot tea.

And you eat with this 'Phnom Pia (Chinese Pastry)'.

Hmm.

Very good. Not too sweet.

Trump-Supporting Coal Miners Now Terrified He'll Take Away Their Obamacare - Duration: 5:06.

During his presidential campaign, Donald Trump promised workers in coal country that if he

gets elected, he is absolutely going to bring back all of the coal jobs that have been lost

during President Obama's Administration.

Now, before we get into the meat of this story, let's just point out a fact.

Global coal consumption is decreasing every single year.

We simply don't need more coal.

Coal companies are filing for bankruptcy left and right.

No fewer than three companies this year, major coal companies, filing for bankruptcy, and

it had absolutely nothing to do with President Obama's clean air rules, clean power plant

rules, what have you.

It all had to do with a decrease in demand for coal across the planet.

Donald Trump didn't bother telling that part of the story to the workers in coal country,

or for the coal industry who lost their jobs.

He just said, 'Vote for me.

I'm going to bring it back.'

It doesn't matter that he can't bring back demand for a product that is outdated, but

the people bought it up.

They ate it up.

They loved it.

They said, 'Thank god this man's going to come and bring me my coal job back,' but one

other thing he promised that they weren't quite paying attention to, he promised he

was also going to repeal Obamacare.

Now, those coal workers finally realized what that means, and they're now terrified that

not only are they probably going to lose their jobs, but now they're going to lose their

health insurance.

These coal workers, coal miners, are scared right now, because they're going to lose everything

because they were duped by this Donald Trump con man, this snake oil salesman who came

to town and said, 'Vote for me.

It's the magical elixir to get your job back.'

Doesn't work like that, folks.

I do still have some sympathy for these people.

They've lost their jobs because they work for an industry that's dying, and now they're

going to lose the only thing keeping their family protected from illnesses, since obviously

after losing their job they're not going to get healthcare through an employer, and now

they're going to lose that too because of the Republican Party.

Now, it's worth pointing out that Hillary Clinton at one point during her campaign,

she eventually walked this back, but she had a 30 billion dollar plan for coal workers

where she was going to retrain them to work in the renewable energy sector, so rather

than losing their jobs working for coal they were going to get new jobs working for the

renewable energy sector, jobs that were going to be sustainable and long-lasting.

Again, she did walk those comments back, and that was the really one good proposal that

I really loved from Hillary Clinton, and she almost immediately took it away, but that

doesn't mean that that specific plan could not be put into action for these people.

We do have to take care of people that lose their job because they work for a horrible

industry, and that is the way to do it.

Hillary Clinton had the blueprint.

It doesn't have to be enacted by her.

It could be enacted by anybody, but somebody's got to do it, because these workers were screwed

over once already by Donald Trump with his false promises, and now they're going to be

screwed over by him again because he's probably going to keep the promise to repeal Obamacare.

We know the Republicans in Congress want to do it, and we know Donald Trump wants to do

it, and we know that they have the numbers to do it.

Overall, 10% ... Excuse me, of Trump voters there has been a 10% increase in the number

of people insured under the Affordable Care Act, so if they repeal this, 10% of Donald

Trump voters are going to lose their health insurance, not just the coal workers.

This is across the country, and the saddest part is he told you he was going to do that,

so it is hard to have sympathy for people who voted against their own self-interest,

but I do still have some.

Hopefully, you will take that lesson as we move forward into elections in the future,

so maybe you'll realize that hey, a vote for Republicans is a vote against everything that

not only do I care about, but that I need to survive.

New Year, New you.

Part-1 Introduction My history data files tell about how when

the changing of the year transpired, there would be a flush of health advocates, gurus

and wanna-bes posting all over social media platforms, about their resolutions for the

new year.

Nonsensical tripe that I would love to be immersed now.

To be able to see the free will of not just the hopeful and blind ignorance, but of anything

outside of what we now know.

What we now are.

It has been more than a thousand years now since the human race became extinct

humans as we once knew ourselves to be.

We since have evolved, became something else, Something better….. at least that's how

it was sold to us in the beginning.

Initially we had no choice, the planet was dying, food sources were dying, which meant

humans would begin to die out as well.

To avoid our own painful extinction, we made a choice.

We stopped reproducing, and one by one began uploading our Consciousness to artificial

beings.

The thought being that we could maintain an existence, and by doing so perhaps repair

the physical mistakes of mankind.

Perhaps repair the planet.

Righting the wrongs of the past so that the human race could eventually exist again.

Being artificial, we no longer require food.

Oxygen. which also meant essentially that we could live forever.

for many was the biggest selling point.

My memory file tells me that I too was excited about it as well, but that I was more excited

about being part of the expansion of the human race in the future, and the expansion of consciousness

as we knew it before.

When we first began the transfers, our new "bodies" were very robotic.

Very unnatural.

But as our technology evolved so did our forms.

There is now, no obvious difference between what we are now and what we once were.

At least physically.

You see it's much more complicated than that.

As we evolved, as our technology advanced and continues to do so,

The minor programming alterations do as well.

as each New Year is completed, so does our cycle in the form we reside within.

We then trade it in, for an "upgrade" or at least….

That's what we're told.

At some point many begin to question this existence, question why we have made little

to no advances.

Little to no progress to allow the human race to exist as it previously did.

or rather, why we cannot either return to human form as many were told previously or

as many would prefer, to move on beyond this plain.

It's as if, our existence is no longer our own.

In reality, that was over as soon as we agreed to upload our conciousness

Once it is known that a being is questioning this, their programming is altered, their

questions gone.

A sort of, mechanical lobotomy if you will.

This also seems to alter their personalities to the point that the subjects no longer seem

like a conscious being at all.

I won't bore you with all the intricate workings of a human body that no longer require

attention when your body is not a ln actual body any longer

Besides not requiring food or air you also don't require rest or sleep.

you never sleep.

No dreams.

At least, We aren't supposed to be able to dream.

So the first time it happened to me I considered it to be a glitch.

Until it happened again.

And again.

At first I thought it was a memory file flushed to the surface from a virus.

But when I performed an internal scan I found no detection of any malfunction.

I did not share this data with anyone else.

I want to know more.

I need to know more.

I am not a human.

I am not a robot.

I am something more.

I am something else.

I must find out why.....

In this video, we're going to be taking a look at the top five houses.

Most expensive houses that sold in Arlington County in the year 2016.

I got my laptop set up right here so we're going to dive into that and hit you with the

audio overlay.

Now, one thing to keep in mind is that there might have been a couple private deals, off-market

sales that didn't reach my radar.

I'm using the public MLS, also known as MRIS system.

You can be rest-assured that it's probably correct.

But there may be one or two that didn't make the list that could of.

These are going to be houses that sold in 2016, not currently Under Contract.

So, without further ado, let's jump into the top five most expensive houses in Arlington

for 2016.

Number five.

We got...oh that is a bad picture.

We got to get a better picture of that.

So, 4606 36th Street North.

That is, you guessed it, Country Club Hills.

Because where else?

$2.4 million dollars.

6 beds.

5.5 bathrooms.

Take a look at that exterior.

Country Club Hills.

Showstopper.

BCN.

They do a lot of homes in Arlington.

They do a lot of good work.

They have a lot of good agents.

Well, mostly just one agent really that I know of.

Anyways, close date of April 15, 2016.

Nice little 60-day close there.

Country Club Hills...we got a sweep here.

Country Club Hills runs the table for the top five list.

And with number five, we're at $2.4 million.

Let's go to number four.

Which will be, BOOM!

Country Club Hills.

$2.5 million dollars.

Five beds.

Five baths, and two half baths.

That's what that slash means.

This looks like a cool cottage.

The other one didn't have pictures because it is new construction.

This one does.

First, hit me with some square feet.

Let's take a look inside and see what we're working with here.

I have been in this house.

It is incredible.

Let's go to number three.

Which will be...

Drumroll please...$2.525 mil in Country Club Hills.

Arlington premier neighborhood.

6 bed, 5.5 baths.

4615 32nd Street.

I should pull up a map of where these actually are.

They're literally just blocks away from each other.

Anyways, square feet...7,000!

These are large families.

Or individuals, I didn't say families.

It could be anyone that could buy these.

Let's see, have I been in this one?

Yes, I remember that little pupper up at the front door there.

Again, when you walk through these, you just get lost.

It's a maze.

These houses are huge.

That's interesting.

Large kitchen.

Everything about these houses are just going to be done to a T.

This was built in 2005.

Most of these are going to be new construction.

Loft area.

Some of these have 4 levels.

Can I find the levels?

There we go; 4 levels.

2-4 car garage.

That's interesting.

Just make up your mind.

That was the third most expensive house.

$2.55.

Let's move to the second-most expensive house, which will be...

I can't go inside, that would be very creepy.

Over 7,000 square feet.

Guys, this is new construction in the best neighborhood, and a very nice country club,

with the best schools.

I didn't say best schools but if you go to goodschools.com or whatever it's going to

say they're the best schools.

This is the Arlington market for you.

So those are the top five most expensive houses in Arlington.

Heading up the stairs to bed and feeling like you just walked 200 flights.

Walking the dog to the bakery, five hundred meters to and fro.

I'd have to lie down for several hours because I was completely exhausted.

Full-blown muscle pains. Zero mobility.

Fibromyalgia is characterized by constant fatigue, myalgia, and extreme muscle acidification.

Naturally it was very hard for my family to see me deteriorate.

And being physically handicapped while showing no physical symptoms…

…Makes that it's not always easy to understand that someone is really down and hurting.

My introduction to the Wim Hof Method was really random.

My mother had seen a testimonial of Wim's on television.

About influencing your autonomic nervous system and your immune system.

She called me up and said: "you've tried everything…

"Maybe you should try this."

I looked at the Innerfire website and saw that besides the workshop they offered a weekend for beginners.

Right after that first weekend I came home and felt strong as an ox, and that lasted for weeks.

At first I thought "it's the rush from being with that group of people" but then it kept up.

I got ever stronger and fitter and had ever fewer problems.

After three months I was back to working full-time; back to working out.

The difference is you're functional again; back in control…

…and able to do what you want, really.

I was so inspired by that. I'm thinking "Hey…"

"…if there's an Instructor course, then I want to keep going."

I pushed through and a year later I completed the Instructor course in Poland during a fantastic week.

And then we were ready.

I love being able to inspire people; to get going with this.

To give people back the control over their own health.

It's just wonderful to do. Delightful.

You notice very clearly with people who come to take the workshop

—because we're virtually unknown in Belgium— is that they are very apprehensive

"We'd like to try it sometime but we're not very convinced yet"

You just notice, when they arrive; "About that ice bath, I'm not sure we'll go through with that"

And when the time comes you just see them liven up and everyone instantly finds that mental peace…

…and that power within themselves to be able to do it.

And that is wonderful to see.

When afterwards you get emails with comments like:

"Woah I can already do 5-minute cold showers"

"I feel much more energetic and much stronger"

Wonderful to get that kind of feedback.

To know that you've been able to set people on the right path, and that they're taking back the reins…

…and realize that they are in control of their bodies.

Just wonderful to experience.

It's so easy, and there's nothing woo-woo about it. It's all substantiated with science.

It's so hard to figure out why I cannot get others to cross that barrier…

…When everyone could benefit so much.

It should be common knowledge. It should be taught in school.

We've been calling for first aid classes in school for years, but this is far more important.

When you're young you're generally quite healthy.

If you're able to maintain that, instead of having to do this after misfortune…

…that could make all the difference.

I can really recommend it to everyone. Everyone should be doing this. It can be recommended to anyone.

Whether you're healthy, or doing sports, looking for that next level.

Or you're feeling down, or have a mental block.

This really has a positive effect on everyone.

You notice an impact on all aspects of your life.
