Hello to Education Across Borders
I'm Marisela Pena, the student that just graduated from college
I'm very grateful for the project (Education Across Borders) in a personal way
without them and their help it would have been a much longer journey
My family didn't have the resources to send me to college
Thanks to the project, Education Across Borders, who has supported me
and believed in me.
I am so very happy because you gave me this opportunity
supporting me, believing in me
since my beginnings, since the fifth grade,
there aren't words to thank you enough
without everyone, my family and other collaborators
it would not have been possible to achieve this goal
It is a goal that I achieved, and also that all of you achieved as well
You always believed in me and always supported me
and I just don't have words...
I hope that the Lord always blesses all of you
and gives you and your families health
as well as everyone who has been involved in supporting the project
so that young people like me and others from my community
can also overcome.
Overcoming, in my country, is something that is not possible for everyone
because of the lack of resources.
Ever since Education Across Borders arrived here
you have been making dreams come true
just like mine.
