Hi my name is karin and I'm going to be talking about the two discussion questions, the first
question that I'm gunna focus on is about the general view on minorities and i feel
like their usually thought about in a negative connotation they're rarely talked about in
a positive light and i feel like they're treated like outcasts and they're excluded because
they are not the norm this is not what society is used to they make people feel not uncomfortable
but they challenge you know the norm and they go against you know what people are used to
and this is why they are looked down upon and they're often misunderstood and people
usually misjudge them and they're not excepted because they are so different and this society
is taught that being different is a bad thing.
So the second question that i am going to be talking about is about how society views
people with disabilities and i feel like this society is really judgmental and we are quick
to make incorrect conclusions and because we often think like this we feel like people
with disabilities are dumb not smart and they're not capable of what most are able to do and
i feel like this just shows how smart people with disabilities actually are because they
have to work harder and you know do more work towards doing what people can do on a regular
basis i feel like this society also feels like they are attention seeking and they want
peoples empathy but in reality i feel like people with disabilities aren't attention
seeking they just have a disabilities they don't want empathy that's all on society you
know and i feel like this society also feels like they're and inconvenience because they
require more time and effort and i also feel like this is another reason why this society
feels like they're attention seeking because sometime they do require you know a little
bit more effort but i don't feel like this is why you should look down upon people with
disabilities because they are capable of doing whatever they put their minds to
