This overview will provide you with some context as to how to define a strategy at the corporate level.
How that can be cascaded to subsidiary departments and how it can be modeled through various techniques.
such as strategy maps, scorecards, objectives, KPIs, initiatives and risks.
In this example, we are first presented with the strategy of the highest level of organization in the form of a strategy map
We can look at the context of where we are within the system through the current date,
organization and scorecard.
we are able to drill down and understand how the strategy has been modeled across the organization
in both business unit level and support departments.
Returning to the strategy map, we are able to see the dynamic status of each objective as per their grouped perspectives
Corporater provide you the flexibility to model your strategy as you should wish
including a more detailed status of individual KPI performance
as shown in this balanced scorecard example.
So, now let's take a closer look at a specific strategic objective.
Here, we are presented with an objective page.
This provides us details of the objective purpose, supplementary information,
trend information, specific KPIs related objective and commentary made
by stake holders across the business.
But drilling further on specific KPIs, we are able to undertake
further analysis of performance.
At the highest level, we are able to understand the overall KPIs performance
against either pre-defined or calculated thresholds.
Further content allows us to understand historical performance
together with actions identified from previous performance reviews.
The KPI page presents us with the snapshot of performance at the high level
Supplemented with the qualitative and quantitative information
Corporater's embedded visual analytics allows you to undertake more detailed analysis
of performance across the business
This can be used to further contextualize the performance at a specific KPI level
and help you understand which actions you wished to undertake next and assign individuals within the system.
We shall now return to the objective page by selecting the breadcrumb in the status bar above
So far, we have focused on reviewing strategic performance
Let's now take a look at initiative management
This example shows a high-level timeline across three strategic initiatives
Upon selecting one of these initiatives,
we are presented with an initiative page that details a high-level status, the tasks and the key milestones associated with delivery.
As with all good project management discipline,
Corporater has the capability to model risks.
Risks can be recorded, scored and modeled within a heat map.
Furthermore, mitigating actions can be recorded and tracked appropriately
It is at this stage that we now conclude this demo.
