A Forest | The Cure Cover | Music Video - Duration: 3:58.Come closer and see
See into the trees
Find the girl
While you can
Come closer and see
See into the dark
Just follow your eyes
Just follow your eyes
I hear her voice
Calling my name
The sound is deep
In the dark
I hear her voice
And start to run
Into the trees
Into the trees
Into the trees
Suddenly I stop
But I know it's too late
I'm lost in the forest
All alone
The girl was never there
It's always the same
I'm running towards nothing
Again and again and again...

360-Degree Video of Mock Crime Scene, FBI Honolulu Adopt-a-School - Duration: 1:38.The PROVE project is basically an attempt to mimic a multi jurisdictional investigation.
Our students go ahead and are dropped in a two-day field training exercise.
If they investigate their case properly they'll find two victims that have been buried maybe
a year or two earlier.
We're using very legitimate, authentic lab skeletons that are anatomically correct in
every regard.
They will also find artifacts from our alleged, pretend victims, as well as the murder weapon.
So we went out and found out the little dig site where they were found and we started to dig
up the bodies and we have to be very fragile so we don't mess up anything and we ended
up finding two bodies of one male and one female.
That was actually really cool digging it up.
It makes me feel really humble that someone would go through all this trouble just so
I could have the experience of solving a real crime.
It's actually, after the PROVE project I think I might be seriously considering a career
in law enforcement or may the FBI.

Video Assignemt Number 4: MY PERSONAL BRAND STORY - Duration: 3:23.Hey there! My name is Jayme Hall and I'm a SAIT marketing student.
This is video blog assignment number four, my personal brand story. In this
video I'm going to talk about what makes me unique, based on my strengths: some
career aspirations I have, and how I plan on achieving them. I currently host a
morning show at a radio station in Okotoks Alberta. I started my career in
radio six years ago. At the beginning of this course I took a survey called
Strength Finder that outlined some of my key strengths. My results told me to
capitalize on the strengths winning others over or WOO, positivity,
communications and achiever. All of these strengths fit into my own personal brand.
I have had a very rewarding career in radio so far but, it's not... let's just say....
for lack of a better term like the highest paying industry. I've used my
strengths to turn a few hobbies of mine into a side business. The first time I
started thinking about getting into radio was when I was younger and all my
friends told me and pointed out that I was really good at talking on the phone
honestly that turned into my radio career. My career in radio has allowed me
to grow my communication skills and now I have a side business that's doing
professional emceeing and social media management. When it comes to my career
goals this really isn't an easy question to answer but I don't think that's a bad
thing. I have a secure job in radio right now and I kind of feel like the sky's'
the limit on how far I can go and develop within the industry and my
current company. I feel like also on social media management and event
emceeing the sky's the limit there too. The success of my side business is going
to depend on how much time I'm willing to invest in it, kind of like anything.
I'm looking at slowly growing, taking on one new client at a time and developing
a good base and following. I'm looking forward to branding my business with its
own website, stronger social media presence and eventually build up a
strong loyal clientele. I want to continue my education and allow more
services in the marketing field with my current business. With a stronger
understanding of marketing I can provide consultations and just overall better
services. My goal for now is to continue to work at the radio station in Okotoks
and develop my presentation skills and my skills is like well a marketable
person. My overall goal would be to continue to develop my social media
management and marketing company and eventually one day on my own company
where I'm providing marketing services to people all over the world. When it
comes to my dream job like I'd mentioned I'd love to own my own company where I'm
helping people achieve their marketing goals. It'd be so great to just work for
small businesses on starting out there Marketing adventures on social media,
website design, mobile design and all of those pieces. So essentially I want to
help new businesses get off the ground with marketing, and also help establish
business continue to grow and serve their audience, clientele or customers
thank you so much for watching this is my final video assignment, I know it's a
day all of my links as always to my social media platforms are in the
description below I would love to connect with you about anything about
marketing, social media, SAIT Polytechnic whatever it is you want to talk about I
am a total open book and would love to chat with you. Until next time, and I hope
there is the next time, happy marketing!

Does Trump have you scared to turn on the news at night?

Concerned what the President might do next?

If so, we've got the app for you.
Awaken is a new kind of meditation app.
110% of users saw significantly improved health
and mood within two weeks of using Awaken regularly.
Men reported a 75% drop in mansplaining.
Awaken users reported feeling 88% increased belief
in hope and change.
Awaken, a fresh mindfulness app
that nourishes our compassion and wisdom.
Together, we transform ourselves and our world.
Side effects may include better sleep,
less stress, a feeling of wholeness,
belonging and worthiness, better communication
in relationships, greater compassion for all beings,
a deeper sense of purpose and inner truth,
and, in rare cases, a chance of revolution.
Silliness aside, we've made a meditation app.
I'm Susan.
This is Ravi.
And we're the co- founders of Awaken.
Awaken is a meditation app,
but we're different than other mindfulness apps.
We start each practice with a mindfulness meditation,
coming into the body, coming into the breath,
and then we move into a contemplation,
which is a great form of mindfulness practice
where we take Buddhist philosophy and classic wisdom
and apply it to our everyday lives,
to our work, to relationships,
to our jobs, to our habits,
and especially to politics and our culture.
And we end with a journaling prompt.
So if you want, you can journal a little bit,
and we take all the journal posts
and throw them onto the newsfeed at the end.
It's really about asking questions
and discovering our own inner wisdom,
rather than someone telling us what to believe.
We've made meditations on creating habits,
processing emotions,
cultivating passion for our work, and more.
It's this broad range of topics
that really makes our approach to meditation unique.
In today's world, I think the most powerful reason
to meditate isn't actually stress relief,
or to escape our lives, or anything like that.
It's that we've been programmed
to think and be and live in the world
in all sorts of ways that are habitual.
We don't even realize that we're doing it.
What are the social structures
and the psychological structures
that are underneath the way that we experience the world?
And this is where meditation can be transformative,
not just for ourselves but for our world.
When we sit, when we give ourselves time
and space to be with ourselves,
to contemplate what's really going on in our lives,
we get in touch with our inner truth.
And that inner truth can light the way to a new world.
It's that simple and yet that profound.
And that's why this app is so important
is because I think it's one step in not just the resistance
but in the building of a new world,
in a political and social and cultural movement
that is rooted in mindfulness and getting in touch
with what it is that we actually want.
Our Founding teachers
are Reverend Angel Kyodo Williams, Lama Rod Owens,
and Greg Snyder
These teachers are incredible,
and it's because they're not just teachers of meditation.
They're teachers of the world.
They teach about love and liberation,
about race and gender,
about culture, politics.
They teach about climate change
and what that has to do with meditation,
and what that has to do with culture.
Ravi has a background in tech.
I'm an artist, and we've both been meditating for a decade.
We launched a prototype in the Spring,
and people have loved it.
Our app works on a monthly membership model,
and we're doing this Kickstarter to spread the word
and offer discounted memberships.
All of the money we raise goes only to
creating the app and paying our teachers.
This presale is an amazing opportunity for you
to be part of our community
from the ground up as we build it.
Awaken is meditation for people who care about this world,
who care about each other,
who care about leaving this place better than we found it.
That's how we teach mindfulness,
and that's the community we're building.
So we really appreciate all your support,
and we'll see you on the app.
