Top 3 Bodyweight Exercises for Chest - Duration: 3:49.

Todays video is about the chest muscles.

Before we start, i want to give you some quick tips that you have to keep in mind for your

workout, so you can progress and get better.

Firstly, you need to keep in mind that your chest has four parts.

These are the upper, lower, inner and outer.

Most of the chest exercises work all these parts at once,

but in order to get the best results, you should train these parts separately as well.

Another important factor is to always increase the resistance and the stress on the muscles.

You can achieve these by altering and doing new types of exercises, increasing the reps

and sets.

You should also perform the moves correctly like all other

exercises.

I have seen so many people doing standard pushups badly.

Focus on your pecs and do the full range of motion.

When i started doing pushups i felt more tense in my back and arms.

try to really feel your chest working.

Finally, do not forget to stretch regularly.

It helps to avoid injuries, develop strength, as well as the size, and you will be able

to perform the moves more correctly.

So, starting with exercise number one.

Push ups and its variations.

They strengthen and develop not only all the chest muscles,

but also shoulders, triceps, and even the core.

It is an all in one move.

For the upper chest, you need to raise your feet.

For example, you put them on a chair.

The lower the angle, the easier it is, but do not put your feet

too high as it will put more tension on your shoulders.

For the lower chest, you should the push ups in a decline position.

This movement is not so hard so you may want to raise the number of sets and reps.

For the outer part, you need to place your hands wider.

For the inner part, you want to put your hands closer.

The second best exercise is Dips.

It is recommended for triceps, but if you lean forward a bit it works the pecs,

especially the outer ones well.

You can do it on parallel bars or rings.

Finally, i recommend doing chest isometrics.

Many people are skeptic if this move works, but the muscle strain you will feel the next

day will prove that it worked.

Assume a push up position and go down till the mid point.

Exhale fully and hold this position for 3 sets of 30 seconds.

Make sure your muscles feel tense.

As you see, you can have efficient chest workouts at home without lifting weights.

You do not need any equipment at all, and you can do these routines and exercises whenever

and wherever you want.

Lets recap again.

1st: push ups and its variations 2nd: Dips, where you lean forward to target

your chest 3rd.

Isometrics, which means holding the push up position

Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone - [PV] "Tokyo Teddy Bear" (Romaji/English/Español Subs) - Duration: 3:18.

Mom, Dad, I'm sorry for everything

My knees are shaking and I'm sucking my thumb

Brother, Sister, I'll see you later

I stomp down the heels of my unfashionable shoes

"Tokyo Teddy Bear" Music & Lyrics by Neru

I'll make a ridiculously-sized pattern for it

Anything will do, as long as it serves as a replacement

The words "I want to be loved" tumbled from my mouth

I'll find some tougher scissors to cut out the face

C'mon, let me hear some words of wisdom

Tell me I don't need anything but my brain;

Near-future creation; tomorrow's wounds; just shake it

Please fill in the gaps in my seams

Goodbye, everyone; teacher, take care

Drool drips onto my pounding chest

What does honesty get you? Honesty doesn't pay!

Ahh, this isn't going to get the job done

I need a bigger sewing machine to pierce through the heart

C'mon, let me hear some words of wisdom

Tell me I don't need anything but my brain;

Near-future creation; tomorrow's wounds; just shake it

Please fill in the gaps in my seams

There's nothing left, nothing left anymore: it's all torn off

Even my cells disappear into this sea of lint

That's right, I'm gone, gone

Thrown away

I don't even have a home to go back to

Proof of my existence.

Ahh, shut up. My body's made of lies

I want to complete it, I want to cheat, give me the answer

I can't change? Do I want to be kept like a pet?

Is it all gone? This isn't me!

The seams have split and torn apart

I cut out my life's spark in these boiling days

Anyone will do, as long as they serve as a replacement

PLEASE DON'T BUILD DOUBLE WALLS | online raid | ENGLISH subtitles | CZ - Duration: 10:07.

Too late, they're not coming

What?

This is good. A tower would be nice where I'm standing

And you can see everything

You mean this big base?

Yes

It's not that big

Well, it's not small and just for 30 rockets

But we have 40 xD

We can do this

Yeah, it'll be fine

We can go through the gate and to the cupboard

But we should get two more C4s

So we'd have 2 C4s for gate and 2 for cupboard

And then rockets

Easy peasy tactics

If we would manage to jump to the bars

That would be really perfect

Headshot

Go where they are

This little rubbish

Yeah? Okay

I have huge lags

It's good now

You can place the door

Headshot, dead

Holy sh*t

Place door and cupboard, please

Put beds to the first floor

How was this not headshot?

Hey, this guy is some kind of mysterious motherf*cker

Go with machine gun and kill him, I'll be building

Don't place ladder hatch

Place chests

What about turrets?

We need to place them as well

One to the raid base so they won't camp there

If that situation would happen

And one to the door

Black, place the turret in front of the raid base

Should I put it on the roof, the 1x1 airlock?

Yes

Put it there. Everyone, authorize yourselves

Okay, I'll put it there

Authorize yourselves

I'll put ammo there

Is it possible from this side?

No, you have to run around like an idiot

No, you can

Really?

Yes

The turret is on peacekeeper mode

So it won't cause trouble

Show me

He's hit

From me too

Exactly like this

Nice

I shot him

He's dead

No, he just went down the ladder hatch

I saw him falling to the ground

I don't know then

Okay, that's enough

No need for a roof

Since I'm here..

Go already

Yeah, let's go

Take the rockets and let's do this

Dudes, we rock, let's go

Let's go, Bioxik

Sorry

No problem

Do you watch everything?

Yeah, I'm looking

We're going through the gate

That will block their way out

Do you have the C4s?

Yes

Let's do this

Headshot

Nice

Watch the ground

Good

Wait

I have a bad feeling about this

F*ck, can we build up there?

Wouldn't it be better with the rockets?

No

I'd use the rockets

Let's do that

Naked guy.. he got headshot, nevermind

From behind, where door is

Yeah, right here

Is he up there?

No, he went to get his stuff and I killed him

He's up there

Let's go... here

Yeah, okay

Watch out for rockets, don't stay together

I'm doing that now

Headshot, I think he's dead

Nice

Yeah

They have double walls, I knew it!

Shoot from the side like this

Bastards, they're moving the stuff instead of defending

It's falling up there

Nice

Now shoot at the left one

Yeah, sure

Did you take all the rockets?

Yeah, but I don't have many left

How many did we have?

I have 8 more

Jerks, I really hate the double walls

There are 2 fully armored

I had a lag now

Sh*t. I missed

F*ck

I have 30 fps

Interesting

Man

Dead

Nice

I'm low

I'm healing

Do you know what they have?

Nice

Wait

I'll cover you

They're shooting at me

Look, they have double wall there, we can tear it all down

This

And above us... nevermind

Which way?

I have rockets

Another dead

We have..

..this will be interesting

If we shoot here, we can destroy 2 and then 2

We need 8 rockets, I have 6. How many do you have?

I have.. 8

Good

Do you know where?

Just shoot

It's quite difficult

Please don't miss

It'll be easier now

Sh*t, huge lags.. what are you doing?

Continue

This way now

Show me

Between those two

I know where

It's crazy to cover this

We headshoted each other

One more rocket and it's all down

And some loot will fall

Dead

Here's some stuff, take some before we tear it down

One more

I'll shoot there

They're coming down

Too late, they're not coming down

What?

Both are dead

Another dead

All are dead

Sh*t, I had lags

All of them are dead

They had lags, everything is down here

Cover me for a moment

They have so much stuff

Loot the ones outside

We're running to you

Right, we need to take stuff that's outside

Did I just hear someone putting on an attachment?

I'll shoot him

Dead

He's dead

I hit him like 5 times

I said I heard someone putting on an attachment

Are you alive?

Yeah

Another one

Dead

Loot them

Come here quickly

There were gears

Can you provide some light here?

Why on earth don't you have a torch?

Idk, wtf

Someone could kill us

They only have crossbows

Let's go

There's tons of stuff outside, I can't take it

Okay, loot it

Good, syringes

Sh*t, he has so much ammo!

We'll take it to the base, wait here

I can't see that far

Many dead bodies inside

Yeah, it's quite epic there

And the flies

That was really epic when they fell down

And we destroyed it

More ammo

Syringes

How many round does he f*cking need?

We don't need that

An Important Update - Duration: 3:46.

Hey everyone.

I'm not really sure how to start this video but something very serious has happened and

it's affected Censored Gaming in a really bad way.

You may have already heard a little about this, as it's also affected many other people

on YouTube, but, to give everybody a quick rundown on what's gone on.

Basically 100s of advertisers have pulled their advertising on YouTube, accusing YouTube

of not doing enough to remove certain inappropriate content, such as videos containing hate speech.

This wide-scale boycott is predicted to cost YouTube around 750 million in revenue and

some of the biggest advertisers have pulled out, such as Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo, and

McDonald's.

What this means is that there is a huge decrease in the amount of advertisers on YouTube, which

means that often content creators won't have any ads on their videos anymore.

Also, for the advertisers that haven't left yet, there are now much stricter polices for

adverts being displayed on content.

So, basically the biggest video site on the internet, heck, one of the biggest sites in

general is now seriously hemorrhaging money and this means content creators like Censored

Gaming aren't getting paid.

There's no sign of this coming to an end any time soon either.

The advertisers have already walked out and there's no talk from any of them about coming

back, despite YouTube completely rewriting their polices to be much stricter about displaying

adverts.

Censored Gaming is still going to make videos though and I promise I'm going to make them

as often as I can and I'm going to try my best to make sure this doesn't change anything.

But, unfortunately though, some changes will have to be made and that's something I can't

do anything about.

With much sadness, earlier today I had to tell all of the reporters who have joined

Censored Gaming over the past few months that they were now out of a job.

As our videos are no longer earning virtually anything, and that's where the vast majority

of income came from, it is completely impossible to continue to pay people.

Unfortunately we're going to have to go back to me doing the best I can on my own, unless

things somehow improve.

As always, I'm committed to creating the definitive resource for censorship and all other related

gaming news, however, all of the progress we have been making recently has now had a

massive set back.

What a way to celebrate 100 thousand subscribers, right?

I'm hoping that with this news some more of you may consider supporting my work on Patreon.

It would be great if we could get enough people so that we could exist and grow and be fully

independent, without these issues that are plaguing YouTube.

In fact one of our goals on Patreon even, is starting work on our very own website and

this is basically the ultimate goal for us and it would a dream to see it become reality.

I have so much I could talk about when it comes to what I would do with this.

There would be daily written articles of all of the things that we don't make videos about,

a massive Censored Gaming database, forums and just so much good stuff.

Right now all of you supporting on Patreon are even more important than ever so thank

you.

I'm also going to start writing weekly blog updates over there again, so hopefully that's

something that some people will find interesting.

If Patreon isn't an option for you then there are also the Play-Asia links in the video

descriptions, which help, as well as a PayPal donation link.

Also it may please some of you to know that videos will now go back to not having the

news banner at the bottom or even the Play-Asia intro at the start.

I think by now enough of you know what you can do to help out and especially with the

creation of this video.

Anyway, like I said, I'm going to be trying my best to make sure this doesn't change anything

and so there's going to be lots of new videos on the way soon.

One point I should probably point out though is that there will probably have to be more

stories shared on Twitter now, so if you want even more censorship-related news, make sure

to check the Twitter page out when you can.

Thank you everyone and please share this video to let others know what's going on.

YouTube has messed up a lot in the past but this time it's even more serious than ever

and it's really had some major consequences on the channel.

But, I'm going to carry on doing my best and hopefully some more of may consider supporting

the channel going forward and help Censored Gaming be more independent.

I've got so much to do and, with everything that's happened, I'm even still a bit behind

about what's been going on lately, so, please make sure to stay tuned and, until next time,

thank you for watching.

What Are The Differences Between Born Blind & Becoming Blind? (feat. Christine Ha) - Duration: 10:10.

TOMMY: Here's a video you guys have wanted for a long time.

[music plays] One of the most popular requests

we get in the comments is for me to sit down and talk with somebody

who's lost their vision later in life so today I'm joined by Christine Ha.

How are you? CHRISTINE: Good. Thanks for having me, Tommy.

TOMMY: Thanks for being here. Now tell everybody a little bit about yourself and also how your sight.

CHRISTINE: Sure. My name is Christine Ha. If you recognize my name,

I won Master Chef season 3 quite a few years

ago but I am the first contestant

and winner who is blind on Master Chef

and I lost my vision from an autoimmune condition called

Neuromyelitis Optica or NMO which means

my optic nerves atrophied overtime. TOMMY: At what age was that?

CHRISTINE: I lost my vision in my

20's so I would say starting about

17 years ago or so but it was very gradual

so it was overtime like maybe 7 years. TOMMY: So today we're going to

explore the differences someone who's blind since birth myself

or somebody who's lost their sight later on in life like Christine has.

So Ben is going to ask us about everyday scenarios

and we're just going to talk about our experiences. Now after you watch this video,

don't forget to go over Christine's channel and see the collab we did over there.

You all set? CHRISTINE: Mm mmm.

Feels like a game show. TOMMY: Well, that's after the bonus round.

BEN: Can you describe what you're able to see?

CHRISTINE: I see what the doctors call

counting finger in both eyes at about 10-12 inches...

that's medically speaking. For layman's terms, I'd say

I see some light, some shadows, very foggy,

I describe it mostly as though if you were to come out

of a very hot shower and you looked into that really steamy

mirror because it's all fogged up - that's kind of what I see. That's my world.

So I see just some shape and fog.

TOMMY: Well, me... I don't really see anything. I have a little bit of light

perception, although I have cataracts now so it's gotten fairly dark.

I don't see any shadows. I don't see any color. There's nothing.

[music plays] BEN: When you dream,

do you see images like someone who is sighted or are you blind?

CHRISTINE: THat's a really good question. I still dream

in full vision and I find myself often

very sad when I wake up and it's not true.

So I still see color. I still see things that I remember

from having been able to see before so

I still imagine myself as my 20-something year old self.

So it will also be quite sad when I --- if I ever got my vision

back because I would see in the mirror how much I've aged.

BEN: Is there ever a time where you do remember...

CHRISTINE: All the dreams that I remember that I've dreamt

have been in full vision. I'm walking around independently

completely in my dreams doing things as I used to do when

I had full vision. TOMMY: When I dream, I don't see anything

because my subconscious doesn't know how to see therefore I can't see

in my dreams. Right? See, Christine remembers what it's like to see

in her brain, but for me I don't.

So I dream in my other four senses. I can smell, taste, touch, and hear

in my dreams, but I don't see anything. CHRISTINE: Your dreams are still

very vivid with those other senses I presume. TOMMY: Very much so. Yeah.

[music plays] BEN: If any,

what do you consider some perks of being blind?

CHRISTINE: Ooh, Tommy, you go first. TOMMY: Really? Want me --- alright, I'll tell you.

For me, some of the perks of being blind include things like

riding the train. There's a train line back in Connecticut where I'm

from and it goes between Connecticut and New York City.

And I never buy ticket because I get on the train and then

I'll have a seat and probably 8 times out of 10

they won't ask me for a ticket. It's incredible.

So that's a good one. I get on planes first

which is always great but the problem is I get off last.

CHRISTINE: Oh, yeah, when you're flying by yourself. Yeah.

TOMMY: Another thing that I really like is I don't really watch people age too much.

Which I like that too. CHRISTINE: Definitely pre-boarding.

Pasing up the line at TSA security check

in. I feel like my friends who travel with me or my husband

who travels with me finds it more of a perk than I do but they're like

"Whip out that cane so we can skip the line."

So I think it's definitely an advantage.

I find that I'm much less judgmental

than I used to be. I think

because I don't like being judgmental, but everyone has a little

bit of judgmentalism in them, I think, that can't be helped just

by based on how you grow up or what you're exposed to, but now

I cannot base anything people's appearances.

I really cannot judge a book by its cover and I'm glad about that.

[music plays] BEN: What's something that you wish you could do

but you can't because of you're blindness? CHRISTINE: Driving.

[no speaking]

TOMMY: A little more? Do you want to talk about that, or no?

CHRSTINE: Oh, I think it's because I always loved to drive ever since

I started driving when I had vision. It makes me feel very independent.

I grew up an only child. I lost my mom when I was young,

so being independent was very much a part of me.

I loved running errands by myself. I loved, like, doing a lot

of things by myself using my car as a vehicle.

So when I lost my vision I think that's what I missed most.

I used to drive a manual so I found it fun.

Driving was kind of, I wouldn't say a hobby, but it was definitely something I

like to pass the time with. It was kind of my alone time. Second most thing

I miss is watching foreign films with subtitles.

TOMMY: For me, I would like to catch a ball. I'd like to be able to catch a ball

and not have somebody go, "Alright, Tommy, here it comes now. Hands out.

Get ready!" I'd like to just be able to reach up and catch one.

You know what I mean? It'd be so cool. I'd like to be able to

use the computer without speech. You know what I mean? I'd like to

be able to look at the whole screen and see a bunch of stuff all at once and

just pop, pop, pop. I mean, sighted people whip through the computer

so fast, it blows my mind. I'd like to be able to do that.

[music continues] BEN: Do you keep your eyes closed,

or open, and why? CHRISTINE: For me, I keep my eyes

open because I still retain some vision

so I'm trying to use as much sensory intake as I can.

TOMMY: I keep my eyes shut most of the time. I really do.

To keep my eyes open, it's using muscles I'm not really not used to using so

it's very fatiguing. I get very tired... after keeping my

eyes open for a couple of minutes even.

It's a lot of work to keep them open for me.

So, I much more relaxed with my eyes shut.

CHRISTINE: You need little weights for your eyes lids.

[music plays] BEN: Would you rather have lost your sight,

or born blind? CHRISTINE: Oh, that's also a

tough question. I think that I only know

my paradigm. So I think I would say

I am glad that I had

vision and then lost it although I can

see someone's point of view maybe from the way, but I feel like

I can remember what my

husband John looked like when we met.

I can remember colors. So for me

I am glad that I lost my vision later in life.

TOMMY: I think if I had vision and lost it,

I don't think I would be as much fun as I am today. I think I would

be a real crank. I think I'd very angry and upset.

I feel so much better knowing what I'm not missing. Right?

If I knew what I was missing, I think I'd be very upset about it.

This way, I don't know and I can completely

do things my own way and it's all good.

To know what I was l missing I think would really drive me crazy.

[music continues] BEN: If you could have surgery that would help you see,

would you do it?

CHRISTINE: Oh...

Yes, for the sake of my husband so he doesn't have to drive

me around anymore. TOMMY: You know, yes, I would have

to try it. Although, I think

you know, I've said before. I think if I were able to get sight,

I think I would have tremendous headaches the first few weeks of it.

Because of all this brand new information to process

that I never experienced in my life before. So, you know what,

I'd love to try it and as I always say, I guess if I didn't like it

I could just keep my eyes closed and it would be back the way I like.

But I'd have to try it. BEN: Do you have

a question for each other? CHRISTINE: I'm curious to know

because you're know as the Blind Film Critic, what are

some of your favorite movies? TOMMY: Goodfellas. I love that movie.

It might not be your thing.

CHRISTINE: I like Goodfellas. TOMMY: Oh, good. Alright, good for you. I love Clerks.

The Kevin Smith thing. I mean, it's all dialogue driven.

It's wonderful. The one that will surprise you is a film called

Hugo from a few years ago. CHRISTINE: Okay.

TOMMY: It's a Martin Scorsese thing. It's a 3D one. And I hear 3D

and I panic instantly. I'm like, oh, this can't be good. And that movie

was wonderful, just from start

to finish. It was so compelling and captivating

and I just fell in love with all the characters and all the situations.

Manchester by the Sea. Moonlight is wonderful.

CHRISTINE: I really enjoyed that. TOMMY: Yep, yep. Alright,

I'm going to ask you this question. How do you pick out clothing as a woman?

Because I know it's important to look nice and everything.

So how do you do it? CHRISTINE: Good question. I rely

heavily on my girlfriends and my cousin so

the female friends in my life that know fashion and know my tastes

as well, because also what I buy ends up kind of being

a result of my friends tastes.

But they know my tastes and it kind of mixes with what they like.

But I'll tell them this is what I'm looking for and then we'll

go shopping together either online or in store

and then they'll describe me things, then I'll try it on.

So that's how I go shopping.

I wish I could do online shopping more but I found that

descriptions on a lot of websites are not very

descriptive when you're using your screen reader so... for example,

some makeup brands will call their colors

things like "LSD"

or things that I'm like, well, what does this mean? Like, is it

very colorful or what is this color?

I've spoken about it before... the importance of designing your

website well and adding descriptions. Not trying to be all

like smart with your description but sometimes we just need straight

forward descriptions of things. TOMMY: Christine, thank you so much

for me being on the channel. It's been an absolute pleasure having you here.

CHRISTINE: It's my pleasure. Thanks for having me. TOMMY: Don't forget to go over to Christine's

channel for the collab we did there. I'm a guest on "Christine Tries" and for this one

we try Japanese snacks. Oh, I'm in trouble

I think. We'll put the link in the description and on screen as well.

Alright, Christine, I'll do one of those things that sighted people do to us sometimes.

Listen, I'll hear you soon, okay? [Christine laughs]

[music continues]

Well, thank you so much for watching. I hope you enjoyed it. And of course if

you have any other questions. I would love to hear them. So leave them in the comments

Corrupt Chinese Soccer Aims at World Domination | China Uncensored - Duration: 8:30.

On this episode of China Uncensored,

does Xi Jinping have the soccer balls

to fight corruption?

Hi, welcome to China Uncensored,

I'm your host Chris Chappell.

Xi Jinping.

Paramount leader of the Chinese Communist Party.

Chairman of the Central Military Commission.

And huge soccer fan!

And it's not just Xi Jinping.

Soccer,

or football as some people erroneously call it,

is pretty popular in China.

But for the country that invented the sport

2,000 years ago...

...it's surprisingly bad

at producing soccer champions.

But that's going to change.

Because Xi Jinping is a baller.

And he wants to maker soccer huge in China.

He's said his "Biggest hope for Chinese soccer

is that its teams become among the world's best."

Because in Communist China,

the Party tells you what sport to like.

Xi Jinping has a nationwide soccer plan.

Because to get people to truly love soccer,

you need the kind of top down,

centralized approach you can only get

under authoritarian regimes.

In fact, the State Council even released

a Chinese soccer reform and development directive.

Because when you want to promote a sport,

the first question is,

what kind of guiding communist ideology

do you need?

Like the theories of Deng Xiaoping,

or the Three Represents.

Or the Five Defensive Kicks.

The directive also states that 50,000 schools

need to specialize in soccer by 2025,

up from 5,000.

It also wants to more than sextuple

the number of soccer fields—

from 11,000 now to 70,000

by the end of 2020.

Ping pong diplomacy was so Cold War.

And guess what?

When the head honcho

says soccer is very important,

government officials and influential business leaders

at all levels decide

they, too, love soccer!

And they've been going to crazy lengths

to outdo each other,

proving how much more they love the game

than the other jerk,

in hopes of hitting a homerun with Xi Jinping.

What's that Shelley?

Oh sorry, wrong sport.

Make a slam dunk with Xi Jinping.

Thanks, Shelley.

Take for instance this 167-acre campus

containing 50 soccer fields

and a squad of soccer coaches from Spain.

It's part of the world's largest soccer academy,

owned by the Evergrande Group,

run by Chinese property tycoon Xu Jiayin.

At the top of China's soccer pyramid

is the Chinese Football Association Super League,

also known as the Chinese Super Friends

League of Justice.

Since Chinese scientists have not yet perfected

soccer playing robots,

the Chinese Super League

is coughing up huge sums of money

to recruit players from around the world

to come to China

to play and teach.

They're even outspending the English Premier League

by more than 100 million dollars.

That's quite a full-court press.

They recently turned this Argentinian soccer star

into the highest paid player in the world.

He has a $40 million dollar contract

with Shanghai Shenhua,

a Chinese soccer club I'd never even heard of

until this week.

And it's not just him.

China has 4 of the top 10 highest paid soccer players

in the world.

The number two guy gets paid over 25 million.

Next at number 5, over 20 million,

number 9, 16.5.

That's sad.

Only 16.5 million dollars?!

What can you even buy with that?

Anyway, why is Xi Jinping so focused

on reforming Chinese soccer?

Well let's recap.

Soccer in China involves: Big Government,

Big Business,

and lots and lots of money.

Would you be surprised if I told you

soccer in China is riddled with corruption?

Yes it turns out soccer in China

is somehow even more corrupt than FIFA.

And it's been corrupt for years.

So corrupt, that in 2008 state-run CCTV

refused to broadcast soccer matches

for more than three years.

They cited Chinese soccer's

"lack of professional ethics."

Which is a pretty rich coming from CCTV.

It's like Lindsay Lohan calling Miley Cyrus

not very professional.

So in China,

match-fixing and bribes are rampant.

China's top referee, Lu Jun,

used to be called the "golden whistle."

In retrospect, it was a good name,

because he was making

so much money in bribes.

But he finally got put in the penalty box

when he was sentenced to five and half years in jail

for taking 128,000 dollars in bribes

to swing the outcome of 7 games in 2003.

And remember that giant soccer academy

built by Evergrande Group?

Well, it also owns one of the major soccer clubs

in the Chinese Super League.

And one of its coaches was caught paying

almost 300,000 dollars to a rival coach

to ensure his team won.

Maybe it's more like the League of Shadows.

Since gambling is mostly illegal in China,

a huge 600 billion dollar underground gambling syndicate

sprung up to handle illegal sports betting.

By comparison, all of Macau,

the only place in China where gambling is legal,

brought in only about 28 billion dollars in 2016.

But after Xi Jinping came to power in 2012,

he started applying his anti-corruption campaign

to soccer.

CCTV even started broadcasting the game again.

Maybe it was just so Xi Jinping

could have his photo op with David Beckham.

Or maybe it's because companies

were using soccer to launder money.

You see, there's one big issue

that Chinese authorities

have been struggling to control.

And that's the massive amounts of money

people are trying to move out of China.

It's almost like they don't think it's safe there.

Coincidentally, Chinese companies

have been spending a lot of money

to buy foreign soccer teams.

According to Quartz,

Chinese buyers have invested over two billion dollars

in 14 European soccer teams since 2015.

And not just bargain basement teams.

Big names like AC Milan.

But some of these deals might just be a way

for investors to get their money out of China.

In fact, China's top Foreign Exchange regulator

"accused Chinese firms of moving assets overseas

under the cover of deals

that don't make good business sense.

In particular...

the acquisitions of foreign soccer teams."

What a curveball.

So with all the spending—

and massive, massive corruption—

you'd at least think China would be

an up-and-coming soccer world power.

But according to the current

FIFA/Coca Cola World ranking,

China comes in at 86th,

which is below Montenegro.

I don't even know where that is,

but I looked it up,

and apparently that entire country

has a smaller population than most

third-tier Chinese cities.

But it still has a better national soccer team.

And without some kind of Hail Mary,

China's national team is less and less likely

to qualify for next year's World Cup.

It looks like the China soccer dream

still has a long way to go

before it can knock one out of the park.

So what do you think of Xi Jinping's plan

to turn the world's most corrupt soccer league

into champions?

Now, that's a movie idea if I ever heard one.

Leave your comments below.

Thanks for watching this episode of China Uncensored,

once again I'm your host Chris Chappell,

see you next time.

The Ancient 'Stargate' at Hayu Marca and the FBI Connection Attesting Inter Dimensional Travel - Duration: 6:57.

The Ancient Stargate at Hayu Marca and the FBI Connection Attesting Inter-Dimensional

Travel

BY THE EXPLORERMARCH

An imposing monument from the Peruvian mountains discovered only a couple of decades ago is

believed to be the remnant of an ancient and once-active stargate.

These unusual beliefs are fueled both by some intricate carvings and the local legends of

native people speaking of a doorway leading to the realm of their gods.

The myths were only known on a local scale until archaeologists reached the site at Hayu

Marca.

According to aboriginals beliefs, their warriors and most esteemed heroes ventured

on a journey to the afterlife through this very gate.

On the other side, they would reach a realm of immortality where they would celebrate

their heroic deeds performed during their lifetime.

The alleged stargate is located in the Hayu Marca mountainous region of southern Peru.

It appears carved out of a single massive boulder, with margins stretching seven meters

across in both length and width.

Centered on this symmetrical entrance is another unusual door-like feature.

Its hard to interpret its possible use, but local myths attribute the smaller entrance

to mortal souls, while the broader one is regarded as a doorway used by traveling deities.

But is there any truth to these stories?

Mysterious Gate of the Gods at Hayu Marca, southern Peru

According to Jose Luis Delgado Mamanu, the local mountaineering guide responsible for

discovering the Hayu Marca monument, he received meaningful visions of this structure before

stumbling across it.

In this dream he had, the stone door was enveloped in pink marble and several figures were standing

in front of it performing something like a ritual, while also gesturing at the man to

pass through the doorway.

The story felt hard to digest for the naysayers who suspected the monument had been discovered

by pure chance.

This is not however the opinion of Delgado.

When I saw the structure for the first time, I almost passed out, he said in a local

newspaper interview.

I have dreamed of such a construction repeteadly over the years, but in the dream, the path

to the door was paved with pink marble statues that aligned on both sides of the road.

In the dream, I also saw that the smaller door was open and there was a brilliant blue

light coming from what looked like a shimmering tunnel.

The man also said his family can confirm the numerous times he told them about his bizarre

dreams, and when he finally reached this holy destination, he understood that this was the

work of God or some higher entity.

The local indigenous population supports Delgados claims firstly through the name they had given

to this area, namely the City of the Gods. Its true that no city has been unearthed

at this site so far, but the blocks of stone from the area look like the remnants of buildings

erected by human hands, thus shaping the idea of yet another long-forgotten civilization

that had thrived in this area long ago.

Probably the legend mostly related to Delgados dreams is that of an Inca priest named Amaru

Muru from the Temple of the Seven Rays.

He snitched the key of the gods of the seven rays from within, afraid that the

Spanish Conquistadores might make quick work of this sacred artifact.

The priest then hid in the mountains of Hayu Marca until the ruthless plunderers were gone,

and when he finally arrived at the Gate of the Gods, he met a shaman-priest who was guarding

the monument.

From that point forward, a sacred ritual had been initiated having at its center the golden

disk retrieved by Amaru Muru.

The doorway was shrouded in a blue glimmering light and formed a spinning tunnel of energy

through which the priest stepped forward and was never to be seen again.

The golden disk was left on the caretaking hands of the guardian shaman and is presumably

hidden from prying eyes even today.

Archaeologists performed a thorough analysis of this unusual monument and discovered a

tiny depression on the right facet of the doorway designed for mortal souls.

This remarkable find gave much credence to the story of the natives, due to the compartment

fit for a small disk.

Could this particular spot be the trigger of this inter-dimensional doorway?

Is it possible that unconventional structures such as the Gate of the Gods at Hayu

Marca are relics originating from a long-lost and advanced civilization?

According to some investigators, it could well be the case.

There seems to be a striking similarity between the Gate of the Gods and the Puerta

Del Sol at Tiwanaku, along with five other archaeological sites found in the vicinity.

Drawing a straight line through these points will result in a cross-like symbol ending

at the center plateau of Lake Titicaca, one of the most solemn places of the area.

Two holy gates with unknown meaning located in close proximity goes beyond the coincidental

scenario, not to mention the numerous UFOs and unusual phenomenon reported in this region.

Could there be a link between these places?

Are they really inactive stargates, or portals connecting distant places in the universe,

possibly other dimensions?

Do other such doorways exist elsewhere on Earth?

Surprisingly or not, the FBI has recently declassified documents attesting that beings

for other dimensions have constantly been visiting Earth.

Some of these entities are from nearby planets, while others are travelers from different

ethereal realms that coexist with our material reality.

These entities have the ability to materialize on this plane of existence and appear as huge

translucent figures.

With this in mind, is it possible that these beings have transited through gateways such

as the one at Hayu Marca, as well as the Gate of the Sun at Tiwanaku, to eventually reach

this Earth?

Could all these connections prove that inter-dimensional travel is more than just

a theory?

What are your thoughts on this?

MOVING OUT IS DIFFICULT!! (NEW PLACE) - Duration: 7:06.

(metal crashing)

(upbeat music)

- What's up machine freaks

and welcome to today's vlog.

Today is going to be something

that we don't usually get to do.

Something that a lot of people get to do,

including yourself.

You may only do this a few times in your life.

Dalton, what is it?

We'll get to it.

(upbeat music)

(metal scraping)

(engine starts)

(upbeat music)

(metal crashing)

I think this stove is shot now.

(upbeat music)

Well that went right according to plan.

It's a little late for April Fool's, but April Fool's.

I am currently following my brother, he is going

to get his tires swapped out.

I believe I vlogged it when he originally

put these snow tires on, but now he's taking them off

because spring, spring is finally here,

well here in New York, that is.

(upbeat music)

All set?

- Yup.

- Next stop.

- My place.

- I made it to my brother's house.

We just gotta load like two large things

and a couple of small things.

He's actually already had help from my cousin moving out.

Which is good.

Holy smokes, that really shifted.

Luckily nothing fell out.

(upbeat music)

(laughing)

What?

- Slow down.

- What do you mean slow down?

I'm the one going backwards.

So as you can probably guess, I am not moving out,

Cole is moving out.

My brother's moving out.

Out of your second apartment, going onto your third.

- I think so, yeah.

- I mean, unless you count the one in.

- I'm like a pilgrim. (laughs)

- A pilgrim?

(upbeat music)

I originally thought Cole was going to live more in Buffalo

but that isn't the case.

But what is the case is he lives close to a Burger King.

I'm very fond of that.

Are you excited that this is happening again for you?

- Yes I am.

- [Dalton] Are you?

- Very excited.

- [Dalton] Are you pumped?

- Yes.

(upbeat music)

- I think everything has made it.

So far.

(upbeat music)

Staring at my tires, he's gonna have my tires.

We got Cole moved in.

Don't let that thing do wheelies on you.

- Oh yeah.

- Okay, I'm done being Mr. U-Haul.

Now I gotta go buy some paint.

Cole's new apartment is quite a hike.

I need to fuel up now.

(upbeat music)

Half way.

28 gallons later.

And we're off.

(lively music)

I just got home from being Mr. U-Haul

and from the post office.

I think my sister is changing her car oil.

Strong independent women, I dig them.

(lively music)

I'm just kind of working out in the shop right now.

Getting ready for the spring season.

You guys know how that is, you spring clean,

you spring dirty, the list doesn't end,

and I am glad.

You know why?

Cause the weather is getting wonderful.

I'll do whatever it takes.

Now this is an original idea so I have to show this.

He sent Burger King coupons,

you guys know I love Burger King.

Thank you Will.

You're the first one who's ever sent me

Burger King coupons, I actually,

you guys know, I went there today.

Should've picked up them coupons earlier this morning,

son of a gun.

The garage for the most part is staying pretty clean though.

All this room for activities, I love activities.

Mission mover round two, go.

Couldn't find my keys, they were on the back of the truck.

Round two, go.

(engine starts)

Stop, hold off, pause.

I have question for you Chevy guys.

Now in my 2005 Chevy 2500 HD,

when the lights are not on

this light is on, but that light's off.

The amber ones I'm talking about.

Maybe it's vice versa, but one of them is off

and one of them is on,

but then as soon as I turn my headlights on

they both come on, why is that?

If you know, please leave it

in the comments section below.

Okay, let's resume.

(lively music)

(scraping)

(lively music)

I went up to my dad's to get rid of two things

that I didn't really have room for

and came back with a larger thing

that I don't have room for.

So who got the better deal there?

But on a side note, I was coming home

and then this light turned on.

Looks like we have a project for tomorrow.

I hope somewhere throughout this 3DMachines production

I put some sort of smile on your face.

Enjoy the rest of your day.

April showers

bring May flowers.

Until tomorrow, I can't wait to see you guys.

3DMachines out.

(lively music)
