Hello everybody!
While the children are walking outside, Mishka and I decided to record a video for you.
Finally, I was going to record a video about my twenty-one-day Challenge.
Some of you have followed all this disgrace on Instagram,
for which Im very thankful to youl, because it supported me very much.
What is the point?
I tried to develop the habit of getting up at 4 am and doing the most important things right in the morning,
especially everything related to health.
What came of it, look further.
By the way, put like and subscribe to the channel if this topic is close to you and interesting.
You will not believe it, but it is extremely inspiring and motivating to make the most valuable
and interesting content for you.
My average day for 21 days Challenge looked something like this.
The alarm clock rang at 4 am.
This means that I have to put something on Instagram story.
I make a sleepy photo or even more sleepy video.
Publishes.
Fuh.
Now I could fall asleep again with a sense of accomplishment.
Peacefully.
But no, it will be something wrong.
Otherwise, how I understand, does this method work out a good habit or not?
But I really don't want to get up.
How to motivate yourself?
Okay, I just drink a cup of water and if everything is bad, then I will go back to bed.
But the water must be warm.
To do this, I have to wait until it warms up in the kettle.
I can go to the toilet or do some simple actions.
Then I can drink water.
It is necessary to drink it not just warm water, but it is advisable to sit, do small sips and without haste.
And I think: "Well, like nothing, I can not say that I want to sleep dadly."
Well, it means that I can do some cosmetic procedures, because early morning is the best time for nourishing masks and the like.
Or I can do pranayama.
And most often I combine these two actions, because they are about the same in duration, and so time is saved.
For pranayama, I open the window so that there is fresh air.
Recently, I have been doing breathing practice as recommended by Itzhak Pintosevich, only I do it standing, not lying, otherwise I can fall asleep.
Immediately after it, energy gymnastics goes well according to the method of Alena Starovoitova.
Just after that, it is time to wash the cosmetic mask off my face.
And after all this, I feel my face and my body are much fresher,
and I have, in general, nothing left but to do morning exercises.
I do Surya Namasar (greeting the sun) and then various other stretching exercises that I want to do today.
And when after all this happens a shower - this is just a fantastic sensation in the body!
And now I can start preparing the main meal for the day, so as not to devote a lot of time during this day
That is, summing up, the key to success is to do everything in small steps.
Listen to your body and negotiate with yourself at every stage.
And adapt all the technology for themselves.
So, sometimes somewhere between the first cup of water and the beginning of cooking instead of all that I said above,
I go to the supermarket, and this can in some way be equated with gymnastics.
When I began to study the proper preparation of a daily schedule, I read a lot about biorhythms, ayurveda, various astrological aspects of the issue, and so on.
So, the most important and most productive hours of sleep, especially for women, are lunar hours.
Especially from 9 to 12 pm.
And indeed, since the Moon itself symbolizes not only the soul of a person, but also his physical body, as well as our emotions, so that people,
and especially women, feel calm and relaxed during the day, it is very important to sleep at this particular time.
In general, the Moon is the main symbol of female energy, because if Venus gives us beauty,
the Moon supports the health and comfort of our body, our emotions, the subconscious and the state of mind in general.
That is why it is especially important for women to have a good sleep until midnight,
because this is the most productive time when the nervous system is restored and the greatest amount of melatonin is produced
and the most active recovery of the psyche and health in general occurs.
While the most harmonious time to wake up is a period from 4 to 6 in the morning.
And then I realized that I had not had a normal sleep for more than 14 years, that is, since the first pregnancy.
I am sure that now almost all the mothers of the world will understand me.
And that chronic lack of sleep, which accumulated so much time, the further the more makes itself felt.
Because you can do different cosmetic things, dress beautifully, even try to somehow adjust the food or drink medicine,
but if the body does not get enough rest, and in particular, the melatonin hormone,
which is most produced during the night, then the effectiveness of any other events tends to zero.
About what the lack of melatonin leads to you can easily find on the Internet.
And I must say that I already had the experience of getting out of this situation.
Initially, serious sleep disorders began in my parent's home.
When I moved in with my ex-husband, for the first few months I was able to afford not to work,
but only to prepare for the next session, since I studied in the correspondence department of the institute.
And at first I slept 10-12, and sometimes even 14 hours a day.
Many thanks to my husband, although he made fun of me, but did not prevent me from doing this.
And so it went on for three or five months.
But at some point I began to notice that I needed less and less sleep,
and I could get enough sleep for increasingly shorter periods of time.
And gradually I approached 8-9 hours of sleep, and felt incomparably better than before.
Of course now I can not afford 14 hours of sleep, because I have responsibilities towards my children.
at first I tried to go to bed during the day.
And of course, in many ways, I provoked the problems with sleep myself.
Because even if the circumstance made it possible to go to bed, I found some urgent work or some urgent thoughts or something else.
But sometimes it came to the point that I went to bed at 6 or even at 9 am,
when I knew that the children had food for the first half of the day and the eldest son could warm it all up.
And of course it is very important that night hours are almost the only time when I can be in silence and finally hear myself.
But in the end, the more I pounded myself on such a broken schedule,
the more difficult it was for me to go to bed and even more so to fall asleep until 11 in the evening.
A violation of the sleep mode entails a violation of the lifestyle in general, the failure of biorhythms, violation of the mode and quality of nutrition, and so on,
which of course reduces health, well-being, mood and quality of life.
And when I started this challenge, my main goal was to improve my health, which meant compensating for a chronic lack of sleep.
And for this, at first I tried to go to bed during the day.
What can I say?
Firstly, this is not a dream at all.
There is no disconnection of thoughts, which happens at night.
Plus, it is very difficult to fall asleep due to the fact that the children are asking for something, or someone has come,
or the phone is ringing, and all this cannot be turned off during the day, but it is possible to turn it off at night.
Therefore, I came to the conclusion that the best option for now is to go to bed not at 9 or at 10, as I first planned,
but around 8 pm, at least every time, as soon as possible, and there are no very urgent affairs
And I noticed that in this case I get enough sleep much better and have already started to wake up shortly before the alarm goes off.
And guys, this is really very cool!
After so many years without a normal sleep, finally the first good results!
And it greatly affects how I feel, and my mood.
You can ask, what's the difference, get up at 9-10 instead of getting up at 4am in the morning to lie down again in the middle of the day, or go to bed very early?
Why not just get up later?
In fact, the difference is very big.
First, when I go to bed early and get up, I sleep in the lunar, not in the sundial hours, and so I accustom myself to a normal sleep pattern.
Besides, I feel much better when I get up at 4 than when I get up at 9.
Or even at 6.
Well, these are probably my personal biorhythms like that.
Plus, early in the morning I manage to do a lot of important things for health.
In the morning I drink about 2-3 cups of water, and supply my body with much more than usual amount of oxygen through breathing exercises.
I use some kind of physical activity and besides, I manage to cook the main meal for the day.
While after getting up at 9 in the morning, all this could no longer fit in on my day,
because often we need some exits from home, trips, different things, and so on.
And in this mode, it is much more difficult to devote enough time to yourself and for health.
I also noticed one important feature regarding the effectiveness of sleep.
I noticed that lately when the alarm is ringing, it's hard for me to open my eyes, although my body is almost completely rested.
I do not feel tired and, in principle, I could already get up, but my eyes just bake and do not want to open.
And it is a bit like the state when the eyes close from fatigue in the late evening.
And because of this, there is a big temptation to stay in bed
But just recently, I realized this fact, and realized that the main reason is not that I didn't get enough sleep,
but that I give too much strain to the eyes during the day and they don't have enough time to recover in a few hours of sleep.
Conclusion: I have to reduce the amount of time when I stick to the phone, in general, regulate this time,
as I have already managed to do it with time at the computer.
In general, since the construction of a harmonious and healthy lifestyle should be systemic, it is very important to also review the mode and quality of nutrition.
But this topic itself is very big, so I think to pay attention to it in some of the following videos.
By the way, write in the comments your thoughts about it all, and what is your experience of following a healthy lifestyle.
What is happening now?
Since there are several key days to develop a new habit, and the main ones are the 21st, 40th and 90th day,
when the old neural connections are firmly replaced by new ones, I have nothing left to do except to continue all this .
Well, since I lasted more than three weeks.
By the way, if under this video there will be a large number of likes in a short time, then I will know if you want to see the continuation of my challenges.
And this can be done faster if you share this video with one of your friends, it is quite possible that it will be useful for some of them.
In turn, I will also leave you some useful links under this video.
