Hi I'm Marta. Today I have a technical video in which I'll show you a toe stand technique.

If you are a beginner, please be extra careful.

You can use a chair for support and definitely take your time and practice before you try it without it.

It's also perfectly fine to skip this technique if you don't feel up to it.

1st part Both legs - toe stand

Bend your knees

Jump on both toe tips

Jump on both front taps

Keep your heels up

Toe stand = jump on both toe tips + jump on both toe taps

2nd part Single leg - toe stand

Easier version / Harder version

Lift your leg up

Stand on toe tip / Jump on toe tip

Step on the other leg
