Hi everybody! My name is Vivienne and I'm starting this channel
in order to share a few topics with you that I'm incredibly interested in.
They are my passion and they are important for everybody, I guess.
I'm talking about nutrition, sports and health.
Naturally, those topics go hand in hand with each other. But... I'm on fire for them.
And it really matters to me to share my experiences to that effect.
Because, I have several food intolerances , among them lactose, gluten, egg.
And some more which are more unconventional, I would say.
I discovered them partially through an allergy test
Hence, why health will be a big topic. I will share my experiences
regarding those kinds of tests with you: What consequences follow them. At that time, when I
did that test, I already had some health problemes like a pot belly,
permanent tummy aches without knowing why.
Therefore, I did such an analysis.
After I received the results I felt a little lost, because...
Sure, I knew what lactose-free was because I was born lactose intolerant.
But at first I didn't know much about gluten and what I was supposed to eat.
Because, additionally, a lot of fruits and vegetables dropped out.
And some types of nuts and the situation still hasn't changed.
So, my journey isn't nearly finished.
I still have a long way to travel in order to achieve a great health condition.
But right now, I'm feeling a lot better.
I've already gathered incredibly much experience.
After thorough research, I've discovered many recipes online.
It's getting a little difficult to find anything when you enter the keywords gluten-free, lactose-free, egg free, no almonds etc.
Well, I would like to share what I learned on this channel.
That means, you can look forward to some recipes, if you're interested.
They will be gluten-free, lactose-free, egg free but also soy free. Soy is a controversial subject.
That's why I'm not consuming any soy products most of the time.
But, there is no soy product that I'm truely craving.
If there was, I would also uploade some recipes with soy, but I think there won't be any.
When I'm baking for you (e.g. raw cakes etc.) the recipes will also be vegan.
From time to time, I can show you some bread recipes, too.
Those are breads that I'm baking for my boyfriend.
They do contain egg but they are gluten-free and lactose-free and low carb.
Of course, we can also discuss types of nutrition on this channel.
Just tell me, if you're interested in that.
At the moment, I'm eating more or less low carb,
because I noticed that this diet counteracts my indigestion.
Regarding the topic health we can talk about mineral profiles as well.
And in general, what a healthy body feels like...
I want all of you to feel fit.
That also means not having tummy aches first thing in the morning.
Or, other problemes like not being able to wake up. Those aren't signs of a good health condition.
So, we can touch on those subjects as well.
I've gained experiences in each of those cases and gain them over and over again.
But I want to share everything with you because I'm in the lack of somebody like that.
I haven't found any YouTuber yet, who talks about my surely very specific problems,
or shares explicitely his experience with allergy tests, a healthy intestinal flora and nutrition.
Such a YouTuber would have helped me.
I had to gather my information indirectly.
But that's why this channel exists. So, if you're having any of those problems,
this might be the right channel for you.
But those who aren't intolerant to anything might find the recipes anyway interesting,
because I value healthy but also tasty recipes highly.
Another important topic will be sugar free.
That means, no refined sugar.
This diet surely is difficult for everyone, it also wasn't a simple step for me to take.
But try to address this problem positively because it's easier than you think.
The beginning is a little difficult but it's soon getting easier.
And everything on this channel is supposed to be like that. Even when we will be talking about some serious topics,
you can still be cheerful, have a good time, even if you've just had or are having belly aches.
Or, if you're not in a good mood because of nutrition problems or any other reason.
I just want to make you
have a good time on my channel.
Additionally, I would like to discuss the subject positive self-image.
Because that's really relevant to me.
I wasn't always comfortable in my body, but not only because of its physique but altogether...
I didn't feel particularily valuable, didn't like my body.
In addition to that I had intolerances but I ignored them partly.
This doesn't do any good, I can assure you.
So, it's not a good idea to trap yourself inside such a vicious cycle.
But, in the meantime my self-image has become very positive.
I don't want to say that I'm happy every day.
Especially when I have tummy aches... Then, I'm rather less happy.
In general, I'm a cheerful person. I enjoy life and I also want you to enjoy it if you're not already doing so.
And I want you to take some positive inspiration from this channel.
So, no matter in which situation you are, just write me a message!

Besides, the forth big topic, aside from nutrition, health and a positice self-image are sports, as I've already told you.
Because I'm on fire for sports. I've always liked sports.
But during the process of problems regarding my nutrition and health,
I parallely rediscoverd my love for sports.
I can use sports as a valve for
problems that have nothing to do with nutrition and health.
For example, sports help me when I'm simply in a bad mood. Well, sports help me in any situation.
When I'm happy, they make me even happier. When I'm sad, they make me more cheerful.
When I'm in a neutral mood, sports make me feel good.
So, I would love to share my experience regarding this topic with you.
And I am going to show you a first body update in an instance.
You will mention when you will look at my facial expressions that I'm still a little clueless.
That's my first video. That was my first body update.
But I want to show you my current physique.
I haven't always looked like this. So, I've also finished a journey regarding sports.
It is important to me to motivate you to do sports.
By that, I don't want to tell you that you must go to the gym
and lift 50 kilos every day. You will also see that neither I am pumping iron.
Instead, I'm doing sports that make me happy
in order to have a good time, to, to get fit and make my body healthy.
But also just because it's fun and that matters.
On this channel I want everything to be enjoyable.
Nutrition must be enjoyable.
Please, don't go on any diets that make you unhappy.
But you shall choose a type of nutrition which fulfils you and is beneficial for you,
regarding your health. So, those are the great topics.
I will try to upload a video every week.
I'm looking forward to it.
