Waching daily Aug 2 2018

hey what's up in this video I'm going to show you how to quickly sync your audio

to your video files in Premiere Pro all right I've got Premiere Pro loaded up

here and I have three different files I want to sync I've got a video file a

screen recording and my audio files so I'm gonna quickly bring in my video

files and just show you something here so this is video from another tutorial

that I've done so I'll drag and drop it down into my timeline and if I play it

back for you you can hear what the camera audio sounds like so you can

really hear that echo in the room this isn't this isn't the audio that I want

to use so I'm also gonna bring in my screen recording and my audio file I'll

drag drag and drop my audio file in there I'm just gonna resize some things

here so I have some room and the thing you want to remember to do is each file

needs to be stacked on a different layer you can't spread them out on the same

layer to achieve this I'll show you really quickly what I mean by that so if

I were to put my screen recording and my video file on the same layer and I

selected them I hit I right clicked and then I selected well I can't select

synchronize as you can see but if I adjust these and I slide the screen

recording in on its own track layer and I select all of them and I hit right

click now I can select the synchronize and you just want to make sure that you

click on audio down here usually this little button will be selected on one of

these other ones you want to click on audio and you don't have to change

anything else and you hit OK and it's automatically gonna sync your audio for

that and it's all synced up and lined up to the video I hope this video helped

you out if there's any other Premiere Pro tutorials that you would like to see

in the future just let me know in the comment section below

and if you could do me a huge favor and hit that subscribe button that would

mean the world to me or even just the like button thanks so much for watching

Vertical Video Settings Premiere Pro - Duration: 4:14.

Hey, what's up in this video? I'm going to show you the correct settings

You're gonna want to use in Premiere Pro when you're exporting vertical videos for Instagram

Alright so quick and easy tutorial

I've got Premiere Pro opened up here and I've got my vertical video loaded you can see it's sideways right now

But I'm gonna correct that in a second

So the first thing you want to do is come on down here click on sequence, and then you're gonna go over to settings

So I'm just gonna change the frame size here. So this footage was shot at 1280 by 720

So I need to get it into an aspect ratio of 4 by 5 and I already know that I want it to be 720

by

900 it's gonna be different for 1080

So 1080 will be 1080 by 1350 to get the right vertical aspect ratio that you want

So everything else looks good. That's the only change I need to make if I want I can always

Create this into a preset so I can easily select it every time I create a sequence for these types of videos

So I'll just call it VIP

vertical video

and

Instagram

I

Can click on save preset again vertical?

video

Instagram and actually I should say

720p so I know the resolution hit OK

And it should bring it up for me here

So there it is I can click on OK

Now it's created that vertical sequence for me

So I'll drag and drop my footage down into the timeline. I'm gonna click on keep existing settings

It's gonna quickly delete the audio because I don't need it. I'm just gonna quickly make some cuts here to it

Alright so now I need to make sure I have rotate it so it fits within that aspect ratio

So I'm just gonna select it

Click on effect controls. If you don't know where that is, you can find it in the window tab here. Make sure it's check marked

And for this one, I just need to type in minus 90 degrees

Now it'll fit in there you can see because the video footage is a 16 by 9 aspect ratio

It's not gonna quite fit in the 4 by 5. So you're gonna get some stuff chopped off in the top and bottom

So when you're filming you got to keep that in mind, so you might want to shoot a bit wider

So you can see I'll just move this up and down. I've got some footage on the top and bottom

That's just not gonna make the final cut

So I'm just gonna I'm actually gonna use more of the sky for this shot so

That's adjusted

So now I have my vertical video in the 4 by 5 aspect ratio that will work for

Instagram and I can go ahead and export it so you can either hit command M

Or control M on Windows or you can come file export click on media here

Then I'm just gonna select where I want it to go

I'm gonna

Save it to this folder here. Give it a name its save

Just double check that my settings are all the same. Yeah, 720 by 900

23.976 frames per second. Good good good

You shouldn't have to change anything

If you've done the settings correctly the first time around you shouldn't have to change any of the settings when you're exporting one thing

I like to do is just click on render at maximum depth here. This is under the video tab down here

You can scroll down and find it

Also, I like to click on use maximum render quality

From there you can hit export and you'll have your vertical video ready to go for Instagram

I hope this video helped you out if there's any tutorials you'd like to see on Premiere in the future

just let me know in the comment section below and if you could do me a huge favor and

Go ahead and hit that subscribe button. It would mean the world to me or even just like button. Thanks so much for watching

How to improve audio quality and remove background noise - Duration: 5:44.

Aloha, Stan Trevis here

I've just opened a parcel where there were

these marble and wood watches

which I'm going to make a video and an Instagram post

so let's follow me there too

today I'll show you two different ways

to clean up the audio of your videos

the first one is for free but very basic

and the other one with the Adobe Suite thus

monthly subscription programs but with better results

A little clarification: in this video I'll only talk you about

the post-production, obviously for greater audio results

we have to pay attention to things such as the hardware

for example, I use a Rode mic (link in description)

or the location: choose a quiet place with low echo

Statistics report that every second

hours of video are uploaded on the internet

obviously of different "qualities"

but remember: when it comes to video quality

it is important to consider not only

the shot quality, the image quality

but also the audio track

the parts of speech, the voice itself

In this video I'll show you how to move from

this type of audio

to this one

Let's see the first way to improve the video audio track

by downloading Audacity straight from its official site

(link in description)

Once the download has been installed

it will be possible to drag the audio track in the program

we immediately notice that there is

a kind of noise in the silence areas

to remove it, we will have to select a moment of silence

click on effect, noise reduction

and then get noise profile

Now, select the all track

with cmd+A or ctrl+A

depending on the computer you are working with

let's move back to effect, noise reduction

and set up -20 decibels as reduction value

In this way the background noise has disappeared

But be careful because these variations

could affect the spoken parts too

To improve the voice it is necessary to equalize it

selecting all the track again

Move back to effect and open the equalization

Generally, I use two presets

"Bass Boost" to raise the low tones

and "Tremble Boost" to raise the high ones

which helps to better understand the voice track

After having normalized everything

to -1 decibel, the track is ready

So here we have the original track

and the final one

Finally, save your work by clicking on file

export and selecting the format you want

Obviously, there are other tools we can use

to improve the voice that, perhaps

some of you already know

however, I have never explored Audacity in great detail

Because I've always relied on Audition for specific edits

So let's see the other way to improve the voice track

jumping on the Adobe Suite

which I adore because in the editing stage

the programs work together

In this case I'm editing the video clip with Premiere Pro

where I'll just do right-click on the file I want to edit

and choose "edit in Audition"

Once we are in the program with the audio track

the first thing to do is to equalize everything

by using two tools

the first one to modify the mid/high tones

and the other one to adjust the base of the voice

Let's start with the first one

a piece of advice: pause the video and copy my data

but remember that the entries are not always the same

for this reason, it's up to you

to choose the best values for your voice

Let's move now to the Parametric Equalizer

where I'll use an Audition preset

I suggest you to find the best values

according to your voices

personally, I tend to set the low tones to zero

Then, note that the audio track has fluctuations

in the volume levels

and a thing that always annoys me

while I'm watching a video is continuously

turning up and down the volume

To solve this problem, use the Single-Band Compressor

by selecting a preset already there in the program

The audio track will result very low at this point

so let's normalize everything with a value

that enables you to not have such a high track

Remember that the speech part in videos

should swing between -15 and -12 decibels

(I'll also work on it later by using Premiere)

After that, select a silence area

click on effects, noise reduction and capture noise print

Now, move back to the audio track

and process the noise reduction

Once again, feel free to copy my settings

but, later, find the best values for your track

Finally, we can work on the most evident noises

by removing them manually

Now save the work and go back to Premiere

where the audio track has changed

So here we have the original track

And the final one

Hope this video was helpful

my friends are waiting for me at the beach

so see you in the next video

big hug from your friendly neighborhood Stan
