Hi, my name is Jason Christein and I'm
40 years old been a resident of Lehigh Valley my entire life. I actually grew up in Nazareth, Pennsylvania
and lived in Nazareth,
Easton, Forks Township, the College Hill area
and resided in Allentown for the last three years
My real estate agent is Jamie Achberger, from Keller Williams,
I've been renting at Madison up at lakes off a Cedar Crest Boulevard for the last
three years and a beautiful place,
but you know when you rent the price keeps going up
and I was kind of looking for a little more, a little more lessen financial strain
so when I started running some, some numbers, I realized that if I did buy a home I could probably
you know save a few hundred dollars
monthly. So Jamie was, Jamie was awesome
you know when I when I first
really wanted to find a realtor, I started actually out on Zillow doing some reviews on various realtor's
and Jamie's reviews were off the chart
and you know, there were a couple of Realtors that I was looking at, but I really looked at Jamie's bio. I
just then went to the keller williams site
and I notice one of the things that she had written in there,
and one of the first few sentences, I believe was that she said that you know, I've helped hundreds of families, you know over the
past, you know several years and
that that was, that really kind of resonated with me, that was perfect
I was in a situation where you know, I wasn't sure where I wanted to live
I wasn't sure if I wanted to live in Allentown,
closer to where I work,
Easton closer to where my daughter lives, or somewhere, you know such as Bethlehem, or
even out in the country a little bit as far as like like Walnutport area, so
you know, I really had to decide you know
whether I did I want an investment property something I could live in for a year or two and I possibly rent out
did I want to go to the top end of my budget?
to you know, to live in something that might be a little more permanent, so I had a lot of questions in my mind
and I was really looking for an experienced realtor, that could really help
steer me in that right direction, help answer some of the questions that I had
and I tell you Jamie was absolutely perfect,
she
Jamie knows, she knew all of the areas that we visited very, very familiar with the Lehigh Valley and beyond
she, I think we looked at something like the 25, 27 houses and
you know she knew a lot of the areas
she knew a lot of the streets
and that kind of really, really helped me start to make a decision on on where I wanted to live. Jamie's awesome. I would say
hard-working
extremely dedicated, and extremely knowledgeable and when I say knowledgeable
you know knowledgeable as I mentioned earlier about the areas in the Lehigh Valley
but but also when when you're going to look at homes
Jamie had a really good sense of you know what to look for in the home
you know, especially in the basements, you know, wet spots cracks things like that
And even as far as the various, you know, we went in a couple flips and you know
she was able to even find, you know, some things that you know, she brought to my attention
you know as far as
you know whether you know, something wasn't centered, or you know cabinet was at a place, or so on and so forth,
so her attention to detail was
really unbelievable as we walk through because, you know when you're a buyer and you're kind of walking through these homes
you're, you're kind of like in awe, like you you just don't even know which way to go, but you know
every single house that we went in
Jamie just had that kind of attention to detail
and was just really able to you know to focus me after the wall through, you know on on the pros and cons
you know of that particular property. Oh the entire process
with Jamie was just a wonderful experience
you know, we like I mentioned before we we had looked at as close to 27 homes
some of the investment properties were you know in the
$70,000 range
you know all the way up to one hundred and thirty thousand dollars
and
from the very beginning I felt like I was looking at million-dollar homes with Jamie just the you know
the attention to detail that she gave me
she was always available
no matter when when I texted her or, you know had to call her she
really helped make the process seamless once I actually decided on a house
she did she has a lot of connections as far as like home repairs and
home inspectors and thing like things like that so that really, really
helped me make some decisions in areas where I wasn't knowledgeable at all
you know and in this one particular instance, I just like to mention because it's kind of attest to you know
that the kind of realtor Jamie is
you know with the dedication hard work and knowledge
but we've looked at one particular property and, and I just remember this off the top of my head
but we knew we needed an updated
electrical box,
and she immediately made a call, you know right on the spot while doing the inspection and within five minutes, you know
We pretty much had a quote on what it would cost to replace that whole box
so that's just one of the many examples that really
stands out in my mind, but you know Thank You Jamie very much. It's been a great experience. I'm happy to have really found something
where, where I can settle in and I can be happy in a nice area
and my daughter Anna too is is going to be you know thrilled as well. So, thank you
