remember that drugs are illegal, for example cannabis is a Class B drug.
A police caution will stay on your record and could prevent you from being
accepted for certain jobs and travel. Start low, go slow, the only way to avoid
an adverse reaction to drugs, is to take a small amount, and wait to see the
effects, before you take any more. Take it easy on your liver, alternate alcoholic
drinks with soft drinks or water, and remember, that cocktails will contain much
more alcohol. Pace yourself, look after each other, stay with your
friends, don't leave your drinks unattended, and don't accept drinks you
don't see being poured. Help is available, if you want to talk
confidentially, please contact the UCLan wellbeing team - this will not affect your
degree. You can also contact Young Addaction confidentially on the number above.
If you're over 25 years old, then you can contact the adult service discover on this number
