Today's recipe is matcha chocolate ganache bar that can be made without oven.

This recipe can be made simply by mixing ingredients.

Firstly, I chop white chocolate 300 g with a kitchen knife.

This is green tea from Kyoto, Japan.

I recommend this becuase its color and smell are very wonderful.

Add heavy cream to Matcha and mix it.

Add fresh cream little by little.

Mix well until it becomes smooth

Warm the green tea cream in a double boiler

Add white chocolate here and melt it

Warm up until the chocolate is completely melted

The size of the mold is 16 cm x 16 cm

Cool it in a refrigerator for more than 4 hours

Once it solidifies tightly, cut the chocolate with a kitchen knife

Firstly cut it into six equal parts

And then, cut it into six equal parts again

36 chocolate ganache can be made

Decorate with powdered sugar

You can sprinkle the matcha powder too

Completion!
