The SSC industry has not reached its limit I would say.

There are so many different processes you can pick up like logistics services, custom services.

And there are so many new services you put on top like analytics or automation capabilities.

So I think this will be the future of the industry, we will really go away from pure transaction work

to more high-skilled specialized work, working on, for example, analytics.

I think the future of the SSC sector will be much more integrated part of the normal business.

We will not be seen as a half-way to outsourcing kind of business,

but a more integrated part.

The future of the industry will, I think, increase in importance.

I think we will find ways to really add value to headquarters that we have in all the places in the world.

It's absolutely going to grow in the next 4-5 years.

If we're thinking about what's going to happen over 10 years, it's still a question mark in my head,

but definitely, automation and robotics is going to be a big trend,

especially in our area, which is recruitment and candidate pre-screening.

I think the whole recruitment process, especially this part, is moving towards digitalization and automation

and it's going to happen online without a single touch of a recruiter.

I trust your first term Alpha have been going well or you've been involved in an

Alpha we'd love to hear your story after Easter is the way around Australia that

together we promote Alpha and invite people along the journey perhaps people

come to Easter for the first time to a service and they want to find out more

about exploring faith Alpha is a great resource for that we can gather in

community have some food watch a video and talk about it and have the spiritual

conversations in a safe way without any pressure so perhaps this is your

opportunity this Easter to either be a part of Alpha even run Alpha or be

involved in helping your church or your community group promote Alpha together

people who are running Alpha have registered their course because they

want to invite you along and you can find out about it if you're running

alpha you can register your course so we can promote it but also so it can help

you we pray for you every week we believe together that we are able to

The World Robot Summit(WRS)

is an international gathering of robot expertise

hosted by the Japanese government to promote a world

where people and robots live and work together.

At the WRS, robots from around the world

will gather to compete in the World Robot Challenge(WRC),

and the latest technology will be on display

at the World Robot Expo(WRE).

The World Robot Challenge(WRC) has four different categories

Industrial Robotics Category

This category aims at realizing future manufacturing systems that can respond to

variously changing orders by reconfiguring the system in an agile and lean manner.

Assembly Challenge

The configured systems can assemble some model products

containing several technical components required in assembling industrial products

and other goods as quickly and accurately as possible.

There are 3 tasks in this challenge.

Task board, Kitting, and Assembly.

Task board This is a competition of assembly technology.

Parts must be taken from the placement mat and

assembled to the places specified on the task board.

Kitting

This is a competition of accuracy and speed to see how quickly

the required parts can be removed from the parts case

and kitted for a belt drive unit assembly.

Assembly

The belt drive unit should be assembled from the parts prepared in the parts tray

as quickly and accurately as possible.

To see the agility of the system responding to new production demands,

a unit containing surprise parts must also be assembled.
