The SSC industry has not reached its limit I would say.
There are so many different processes you can pick up like logistics services, custom services.
And there are so many new services you put on top like analytics or automation capabilities.
So I think this will be the future of the industry, we will really go away from pure transaction work
to more high-skilled specialized work, working on, for example, analytics.
I think the future of the SSC sector will be much more integrated part of the normal business.
We will not be seen as a half-way to outsourcing kind of business,
but a more integrated part.
The future of the industry will, I think, increase in importance.
I think we will find ways to really add value to headquarters that we have in all the places in the world.
It's absolutely going to grow in the next 4-5 years.
If we're thinking about what's going to happen over 10 years, it's still a question mark in my head,
but definitely, automation and robotics is going to be a big trend,
especially in our area, which is recruitment and candidate pre-screening.
I think the whole recruitment process, especially this part, is moving towards digitalization and automation
and it's going to happen online without a single touch of a recruiter.
