hi YouTube okay this video is from soldier tells the truth
don't let FEMA get you it's published by Nathaniel six three four two there it
is and there he is right there and so I want to go down here to these comments
I've been leaving comments on this specific video and I'm gonna make two
videos about this so we're gonna have to because there's two things here now this
first one I put building houses real estate developing is used for laundering
money as well and then Christina schimp says girl you have a spirit you're
saying exactly what I've been saying exactly to the T and so then I'm gonna
go here and I'm gonna thumbs up her her comment I thumbs up everybody don't
agree with them and Christina says schimp they're driving these unsuspecting
people to FEMA camps because they'll go into foreclosure the powers that be are
going to buy the land for pennies on the dollar and give it to China because we
owe them and the payment is coming due China will then lease the land back to
the US cup s causing slavery to its citizen we will have no land no real
money gold since 1933 and debt war will ensue Houston is just the beginning and
um and then we're I'm gonna thumbs her up and then Kimberly Stone says and
perhaps NASA as well now that's a great point NASA for laundering money and
Kimberly set stone says and there's always Houston we have a problem but I
want to go back to Christina shrimp and I want to say that now as much as
they're cutting back on money and and government programs now if what
Christina said were true the government would have to take care of people in
FEMA camps so
I just don't believe the FEMA camp thing now if that's kind of code for you know
having to buy a loan or pushing people into poverty through storms than I can
believe that because then the bankers and the rich people the rich businessmen
who trade on Wall Street would actually benefit from that but not the government
I mean that because even though okay I know that insurance some insurance flood
insurances ran through the government but the thing is this is like these
businessmen they're taking these programs and they're their dis they
dismantle them because they want to be able to screw people over so they
dismantle them and then they put out rhetoric because they want it to look
like they can handle things better which they can't so so this is more about
taking away dodd-frank because they're upset because there's regulations so
they can't do whatever they want to do regarding home loans and things like
that so I think that the rich folks who are in the housing industry are having a
temper tantrum right now and they're losing money because because they just
want to be able to put everybody in a house and so everybody is not going to
be able to afford to live in the house when you're making $3 an hour as a
waitress it's just not realistic and so I guess they think that that they want
to you know so then I mean then weather weather modification comes along and so
then people's houses gets destroyed and so I actually think there's a way I
think I've discovered a way how they can artificially inflate housing though to
and that's through the temporary well there's two ways and I think people are
being used I mean one of them is through the housing choice program and that's
where they can under certain kind of criteria they put people who are living
in poverty in homes and then they can live in a really big fancy home
and then the government picks up the tab so right here in Savannah is like $1,500
a month and so then you know they still work their jobs and stuff and they pay
what they can but HUD picks up the rest so go figure you can live in a mansion
if you're living in poverty you can live in a mansion
I think that's under Section eight and you know so I mean because I don't care
who lives here I really don't because I don't believe all this rhetoric and
stuff about that they make up in the news about you know I just don't believe
it you know because I think that it's evil rhetoric because what they put out
there ya know the other thing I was thinking too is the temporary tenants
and that's the people who are like kind of who have been displaced through the
first housing crisis they were made homeless and and so they're taking the
the people and staging the houses so they're inflating the price of housing
through rent to make it look like there's this big demand when there's not
so by staging the house is putting cars in the driveways and making it look like
someone's living in the house they're claiming that the houses sell faster but
that what it is is is people who will they say your average middle-class look
at American can't apply for this job and so it's temporary you temporarily
rent you pay what you can here you pay a reduced rate you go to a job still but
you get a live in that house for a reduced rate until it sells you got to
keep the house really spic and span clean you don't get a move anything in
you I mean you have no possessions whatsoever and and so you just take care
of the house and but then if somebody wants to look at it you have to be like
a ghost and vacate so they can come and look at it and then you have to be out
at a moment's notice too and so there's two ways that I see that I've kind of
uncovered as ways that they can artificially inflate housing and I think
that that's what they're trying to do because they're having a temper tantrum
because they want to take away the dodd-frank regulations and that's so
they can create another disaster like back in what was it - uh
it was start happening before President Obama was in office and that's where
they played hot potato on Wall Street with loans and so instead of actually
keeping loans at the banks they put them on Wall Street betting that they were
gonna go up and actually what they did was they put people in houses who
couldn't who didn't have the money but and that's another problem though -
because they don't want to pay people a living wage so yeah I mean as time
passed it's the past couple of years I've kind of learned a lot of how this
stuff works my husband had explained some of it to me but actually I've
learned more through the internet now of how it works by looking at my own
community where I live here you know I didn't realize there was so many rentals
there's a lot I knew there was a lot they said at least 20% I actually think
there's more than 20% rentals so they called it and they call it investors the
investors or the stakeholders and stuff like that so yeah those are the people
who but when you have renters they don't actually take an interest in your
community they just you know they just let things get run down and I'm not
saying the people the people I wouldn't I never invested in a house when I was a
renter I did I kept it clean I mow the lawn and things basic things like that I
did things that you know that I would do here but it's like I'm not gonna make
improvements to the house that's not my responsibility it's a responsibility of
the landlord you know I had the last rental house I lived in the landlords
were great they actually were always coming to the house and making
improvements so they were doing things you know when the there was a time when
the sump pump went out they came and they fixed it and so under this
temporary rental thing the the temporary tenants that I was telling you all about
if the HVAC unit goes out then the renters are responsible for it so so they've got
this sham going on this scam sham thing going on it says the renters are
responsible to replace the HVAC unit under the you know when that when
they're staying in the house at a reduced rate and even down at the place
it was called the merit when I moved in I think it's called the colonial now and
they said that they're requiring their tenants
this is apartments they're requiring their tenants to carry renters insurance
but at the same time I was thinking does rent Oh I mean renter's insurance is
supposed to be for the renter not for the landlord but they're saying if
there's damaged you know inside the building then they can sue the renter
you know for responsibility and I was just thinking I mean couldn't they do
that anyway but his insurance gonna cover his renter's insurance gonna cover
that because my understanding was renters insurance was for me as a renter
if something happened and then I lost all my personal belongings it didn't say
anything my renter's insurance did not cover the building and that's what these
folks down here implying is that that these landlords think it's going to
cover the building and the any case of a flood and I'm thinking I don't even
think renters I never saw flood renters insurance before so yeah they're coming
up with more and more scams all the time so but I think that's it for right now I
