Today we going to prepare..

Malabar chicken biryani

pan is heat now, I'm adding oil

oil turns heat..

I'm adding cinnamon

then..

it gives more flavor

next, Bay leaves

malabar biryani's special is dry grapes..

let's add ginger paste

next

let's add the chicken

mint leaves

some salt to taste

to cook the chicken, adding some water

let's add onions

it's cooked

chicken is cooked, let's turn off

then, let's fry the onions for garnish

chicken is cooked...

let's add some curd

let the oil to heat well, no problem

water is boiling..

let's add the rice

some salt for rice

one more minute

fried onions for to garnish

let's check the dum
