Waching daily Sep 21 2017

Hey what's up guys.

Today were going to do a triceps workout

and ill be explaining it to you

the first exercise I did

I didn't film it

this exercice wich is

bar pushdowns

all I did

just like that

I do about two sets for warmup

now we will go into our first set

to train the muscle to gain size

which is rope pulldowns

as you could see

The movement has to be done from beginning to end

triceps is one of these muscle that you don't want to go to heavy

because you could hurt your elbow

I already suffer from tendonitis in my elbow

the trick when you have tendonitis or if your elbow hurts

when you warmup

don't warm up with triceps

The first warm-up exercise I did was for my triceps not my joint

to warm up your elbow joint you want to do a biceps exercice

same things for legs

when you warm up your knee

you warm up with hamstring curls

thats what will warmup your joint

a lot of people don't know this information

try it out

do a full exercise of biceps curls

after 3 or 4 sets your going to find

that your elbow is all warmed up

and ready for your tricep workout

you know what the problem is

a lot of people beleive

that when they lose in something

in an exam or a competition or wtv

they think they worked harder then their opponents that defeated them

and I was one of those people

until I heard one of my opponents journey

and learned what he has been through

and how much he struggled

I for example prepped for 9 month this year

so i deserve to win

because no body worked as hard as me

but what i did not know that my opponents prepped for 12 mont

and maybe he did not have all of the resources I have

so this is something we don't focus on and that is because we are selfish and self centered

last set we are going to do

i always like to do drop set

were going to do 10 reps

then drop about half the weigth

then i do another 10 reps

the idea is to over work your muscle without hurting your joint

all done with the rope pulldown

on to the next exercise

This exercise is great to gain size for you triceps

the only problem with this exercise

if you put more weight

more then what your triceps could support

your going to find

that all the pressure went straigth to your elbow

and your going to get injured

injury could stay from 3-6 weeks

but if you put moderate weight

and have a proper form

makes you gain a lot of size in your trceps

it helped me build the outer head of my triceps

this exercice

is called triceps extensions wit

again don't put a lot of weight

try to go as low as possible

you want to try to stretch the muscle

we have another 2 exercises for triceps

and then we do abs

this is our third exercise for the triceps workout

rope extention put on a an declined angle

you dont need to do a full range of motion

until here is sufficient

your working on the small outer head

really hurts my elbow to be honest

most of the triceps exercise with time over work your joints

the solution for that but of course in my off season because now am not

in the off season add olive oil, omega 3

glucosamine sulphate is good

take 1500 mg one shot

don't divided up

usually its divided in 3, but for best results take it all at once

usually its 500 500 500

take 1500 at once with your meal

that will help

if your already use steroids

deca is good for your joints

fills it up with water

and boldenone

adds a substance in your body called collagen helps your joints

thats if you already use steroids

if your natural you cant take these 2 things by itself

especially the deca you can't take it by itself

because deca without testesterone

it will destroy you completely

will get into this another time

our last exercise for the triceps

its a chest workout but close grip

you could go heavier for this exercise

in my opinion this exercise is one of the best to gain SIZE in your triceps

In the clip posted to social media, streets in the city of Puerto Rican Guyama are seen flooded with heavy currents slamming through roads and past homes during   Fallen trees can also be seen amid the gushing flow of water ripping through the area.

The footage comes after more than three million people living in Puerto Rico were left without power after the storm caused catastrophic flash flooding.

Puerto Rico was forecast to receive up to 20 inches of rain as the hurricane passed over the US territory.

Now moving away form Puerto Rico, the hurricane has been downgraded from a category 4 to a category 2 hurricane but is still packing winds of up to 110mph.

The NHC said: "At 11pm EDT/AST (3am UTC), the large eye of was located near latitude 19.2 North, longitude 67.9 West.  Maria is moving toward the northwest near 9mph (15 kmph), and this general motion with a decrease in forward speed is expected through Thursday night.

  "A turn toward the north-northwest is forecast on Friday.

On the forecast track, the core of Hurricane Maria will continue to move away from Puerto Rico during the next several hours, and then pass offshore of the northeastern coast of the Dominican Republic early Thursday.

  "Maria should then move near the Turks and Caicos Islands and the southeastern Bahamas Thursday night and Friday.".

The USA has been warned to brace itself for with it set to make its way towards the east coast of the country next week.

CBS Boston's chief meteorologist Eric Fisher said it could be a "close call" for those in the New England region, which includes the states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.

He said: "It could be a close call for New England toward the middle of next week.

"We're watching a trough that's going to be charging in from the west and it will be a bit of a race between the storm drying close [on] Wednesday and the Thursday and that trough blowing it out to sea.".
