Today we have a small thing here. It costs 4.37 USD.

Ordered on AliExpress.

I waited for it 24 days,

which is quite fair for free shipping.

aaand what is it?

Probably many of you, like I do...

still have a lot of VHS tapes and an old VHS recorder at home

while having a laptop without a video-in card.

Which causes all of those tapes lying closed in closets forever.

Thanks to this device, which I hope (hehe) to be inside...

you will be able to copy VHS movies to your computer

What is inside?

(at least it looks like one)

yup... simple USB extender

o! CD with drivers

(argh! cannot catch the focus) but yeah: it is the cd with drivers

and the device itself...

like for something for 4 USD looks nice and solid

simple USB plug

on the other side S-VIDEO and Composite IN

to connect the vhs recorder

and record the movies from the VHS recorder to our computer

maybe later put them as private movies on youtube

or store on onedrive or other cloud

andd get rid off the vhs recorder with all the tapes lying around the closets

I hope this movie will be at least a bit useful for you

The device is USB 2.0 compatible, with chipset: (one sec let me check...)
