Waching daily Sep 19 2017

namaste welcome to our peace through power of

let go he not peace to global peace 21 days blissful journey and meditation and

today is day 80 and we are going to speak about we are going to together

going to learn peace through let go

sorry I got few minute late today but thank you very much for joining and

through peace we have been on this journey together for last 18 days and

for 18 days we have learned many tools and those tools have been how to

overcome our barriers how do you blissfully how to experience our true

peace within love eternal happiness and andum so we can live more happily

blissful life which reflects into our external life our success our prosperity

our abundance our good health our happiness our smiling and the I call

this 21 days is the time to rejuvenate ourself and long with a experiencing the

peace but we are basically finding the beauty within ourself I hope you can all

relate to that

please share this information and also share and forward this to your friends

so we all came together learn and cultivate the powerful energy of peace

and anandam and also namaste again I'm so honored and feel so grateful to all

of you for joining and I hope you are feeling the same and good morning to you

so we why we chose this subject today power of let go it's a day 18 you have

learned many things which holding which kind of held us back our various what

are our causes what are our barriers which preventing us experience the

beautiful of us who we are we are subject Ananda we are love of peace son

and that that is our true nature it is in our DNA but we do not experience it

all the time sometimes we do but many times we don't how can we continuously

experience this love peace Ananda

the many barriers that causes the problems of experiencing of a to nature

of such debt Ananda or eternal happiness and peace are that many times we hold

our past experiences past grudges our high expectations from others many

desires fear resentment and hurt that people have caused us in past and we are

still holding on to those misconceptions some of the misconceptions and since we

are holding on to it we cannot experience it it's like a cloud comes

between sunlight and between us so we cannot experience it it's just like you

know we have a burning hardcore in our heart and it just burning more and more

and more just like imagine we are holding that hardening and burning

hardcore in our hands and we are just burning and feeling pain

so let me ask you wouldn't you like to throw that burning ball from your hands

a past XP bad experiences and resentments and hurts I'm sure we all

want to experience that so please write down what are your barriers

what are those burning calls in your heart what is preventing you to feel

your beautiful inner being I have been saying that please make a list bring the

peace and paper and pen and continue to make lists so please continue to make

the list and today is another day to make a list so ask yourself a question

what am i holding in my subconscious mind because whatever those thoughts are

they're sitting in our subconscious mind so what are those thoughts what am i

holding what is preventing me once we make that list we become aware of it

that what are those issues and once we are aware of it then there are simple

steps it's a three to five steps depending how you take it but I call it

there are simple three steps and the three simple steps are that let your

past go by forgiving yourself and forgiving others we have a spoken about

forgiveness the power of forgiveness so you could refer back to

that particular day it is also posted on YouTube channel our YouTube channel so

please subscribe to our YouTube channel so you can listen to our past YouTube

postings as well as you get information of our future postings because we post

almost one video a day especially during this 21 days so please go back to that

particular day that forgive yourself and forgive others and forgive the

situations I hope you remember that and then the next one is let go your past

hurts part always remember that lesson we learned there are unless some lesson

to learn from the situations so remember those lessons what we have learned from

bad experiences and then of course negative thoughts because all these do

not serve the purpose in our life other than just learning the lesson because

they're going to give us the heartburn they're going to give us lots of stress

and when we get a lot of a stress our body is flooded with toxins and we feel

sick stressed-out cannot sleep at night our blood pressure goes up so we pay a

very big price to holding on to these hard calls so it is about time that we

should let those hard costs drop and have a healthy life

so negativity we have to get rid of our negativity and then the other step is

as I mentioned few days prior today in previous tapes and previous livestream

let go the multitasking focus on doing one task at a time and finally I would

say have a faith in almighty universe has a better plans for us then we can

think about so we should let our all the past hurts bad experiences let go I call

them that's our attachments and in fact Buddha calls it attachments too when he

says let your attachment go because God never closes one door and without

opening others so always have a faith in Almighty and we are bigger than those

issues we are bigger than those problems we just have to clean our subconscious

mind in other words we have to transform ourself then the question comes how

could we do that physically of course we have to practice that but it also

requires cleansing the subconscious mind and cleansing the subconscious mind

requires meditation so physically we also have to strengthen our self and I

keep repeating in every conversation every learning here that is strengthened

your body by doing yoga pranayama meditation every day just like you eat

food every day you brush your teeth every day

and that is also I call it a 60 minute program so 20 minutes for yoga 20

minutes for pranayama and 20 minutes for meditation so live in a consciousness of

peace anandam but make sure you take care of your body and cleanse our mind

and we have been doing cleansing our mind taking one power per day so today

again day 18 it is the power of letting go so how can we let the power of

letting go ahead work for us so I call it let's go on the path up let go

together are we all ready

can someone type there and say yes we are ready thank you thank you and as I

said please continue to share with your friends and family and follow so today

our today's mantra is observe yourself

how are you feeling are you holding on to something which is rubbing your smile

letting you feel happy and peaceful just observe yourself and add to your list

and then we are going to do the meditation it's a beautiful meditation

today so please all sit down together wherever you are if you have some

friends you can sit together if not just sit by yourself but sit comfortably but

here we can sit together you can sit together with me

so sit comfortably close your eyes very gently as long as you are not operating

where any machinery and also not driving and take a deep breath

hold it

let go and make sure you breathe in all the way down to your stomach that's what

we call deep breath so take another deep breath hold it

exhale inhale hold it

exhale and now breathe normally and with every breath says my smile n smile out

so I smile in smile out you could say it loudly or silently

smile smile and continue to breathe normally and with every breath in say

relax and every breath out say relax relax n relax out relax in relax out

relax n relax out and make sure your hips your back your neck and head all

are aligned

continue to breathe normally and make sure that you smile with every breath in

and breath out

feel that every cell of your body is feeling relaxed and smiling every part

of your body is relaxed and you are feeling calm

and now imagine you have a balloon in your hand and you are bringing it close

to your mouth and you are blowing the air from your mouth to the balloon and

with every air every breath you are filling in with all of your hearts but

ever they could be from your childhood memories growing up

your youth life

adult life

keep blowing the air into balloon and continue to blow in all of your past

hearts

keep blowing

keep blowing into the balloon and he gives you are holding on to it keep

blowing into the balloon any fear

of losing any of your possessions your reputation your job for fear of death

fear of falling whatever it is just blow into the balloon just imagine that

you're blowing the air into the balloon

all the worries just blow into the balloon

continue to blow into the balloon any worries you have of your health or

possessions or relationship

or environmental issues and he storms

volcanoes

earthquakes any concerns you have just blow it into the balloon

continue to blow into the balloon

don't hold on to anything just let it go that blow into the balloon free yourself

from all the past miseries any pains just blow it into this balloon and now

just put it not on this balloon very tight night not

just like you fill the helium into the balloon and put there not just imagine

this balloon is filled with the helium but it's carrying all of your negative

experiences in your life and all the concerns fear worries miseries and now

let this balloon go out of your hand

let it go

and just why this balloon is flying away

all the way up in the sky further and further and further let the balloon fly

away just a watch and enjoy it has taken all of your pains away from you it's

gone it's gone very far I can't even see it anymore and now you feel so light

every cell of your body is feeling the positive energy that light the happiness

the peace anandam the beauty within you

every cell of your body every electron proton DNA genes empty spaces everything

is smiling in your body feeling blissful

and now I can't hold that much energy in my body just moving and going and

expanding in all direction it has filled my entire house my home is totally

filled with this beautiful peaceful energy Ananda my Shakti the healing

power the healing energy

and it is moving very very far to the entire community and nation and to the

world to every country of the world every nation of the world every particle

and all the living beings and non living beings are enriched with this blissful

energy

feel it experience it

I'm feeling like I am the lap of universal power which we call it God

higher self almighty as Lord Krishna says in bhagavad-gita

सर्व-धर्मान् परि-त्यज्य माम् एकं शरणं व्रज अहं त्वा सर्व-पापेभ्यः मोक्षयिष्यामि मा शुचः

let all the concerns go away and just surrender to me I will take care of all

of your concerns you are never alone you're always with me - just feel that

the supreme power the universal energy is taking care of us

Oh shanthi shanthi shanthi he Om peace peace peace peace for my body

peaceful my mind and peace for the universe and now rub your hands and put

it on your head put it on your face put it on your entire body just massage it

because your hands have the same divine energy that powerful Ananda my shakti

the healing Shakti whatever you touch whatever you feel wherever you touch it

will be blessed and healed because your entire body is filled with universal

power and now just make a small cup of your hands put it on your eyes and open

your eyes very gently

how did you like it I felt blessed so the mantra for today is continue to

observe yourself and see how you feel it and be tip of the day is before going to

bed do this meditation and continue if you cannot do the complete meditation

just continue to let go one of your barriers which are holding you back so

we've got 2 wings setup so in the attacking team four three three what I

would like is one of the wingers to be in the channel at all times so one can come in for

one must but one must remain out wide and if the ball moves across the other one

might go out wide the other must come in okay. So until you get to where this line is

is after there you can move wherever you need to all right so they're the only

rules. There will be two goals set up we'll set that up in a second at the end of the

poles... One of you must remain in the channel until you

get to the final third okay

so just a couple of pointers here. Look, I'm really happy with the shape of how we

were playing. The two wingers have the discipline to stay wide okay so a couple

of times Alex you were just coming in; just gotta see, just timing that run and

when you want to come in okay. What we had there was a really good example

where we made, manage to move all the team to one side, Simone is our number 11

stayed incredibly wide we've got the ball back to here and then we could hit

a longer ball and we've opened him up so that's the advantage of staying

disciplined out wide. So there's two cues that we want to look for ok -

can we get

the back four split and maybe we can play our number 9 in behind or a number 10

one of our sevens our 11s running in behind; or have we got the whole team

onto one side and we can make a quick pass into the middle and the longer over

the top okay. So two cues - are they got split or have they got too squashed, okay

let's see how that happens

okay just just to point out here. The temptation because there's only one man

up here it's really easy to switch flanks to go from Simone all the way

across the Matt. We couldn't do that in the game okay; so let's make a shorter

pass and move it across. It's only if we've got in our attacking third we've

got that team squished that we can make that longer pass, okay. So don't just hit

it because it's a vacant, in a game that ball is intercepted

better

that back four and break the middle block up as well rather than just the initial

they're starting to get it now and the last movement that we had we're

able to separate the back four and then play in between the lines and we've just

did it again. So I don't feel I need to do a coaching cue at this point

Thanks very much to the white team because that's a little bit boring and

the end we're starting to see that discipline particularly from the two

wide guys who stay wide, you can see what happens because all of a sudden they

either get too bunched or they get too split and they can't make the right decision and then

it's just about the timing of when you want to go so you've really got to hold

it, hold it, hold it and then you can start to go in, okay, and that allows our

midfielders to make those decisions the only other thing we've got to do is be

a bit risky and go forward at times. So hit Henry on the feet, hit Ale in the feet

okay and then we can come back out because that disjoints their backline

they have to make a decision, all right, and then we can get in behind them, okay? Really

really happy though. We're gonna have a game so we'll get the other guys in

we'll get ten on ten
