Advance.

If you already have a LexisNexis ID, go to advance dot lexis dot com and enter your user

I-D and password.

There are several ways to navigate to Lexis Practice Advisor:

Use the product selector at the top which reflects the LexisNexis products you have

access to with your Lexis Advance ID. [pause] Select 'Lexis Practice Advisor'.

You can also access Lexis Practice Advisor via the 'Explore Content' pod by selecting

Navigating on Lexis Practice Advisor® - Show Me How Video Series - Duration: 2:44.

There are two ways to get started with Lexis Practice Advisor: search and browse.

If you know exactly what you're looking for, start by entering a keyword in the red

search box at the top of the screen – the same way you would perform a Google search.

You can enter either a natural language search or a terms and connectors search.

Or, if you would prefer to browse within a particular practice area, use the "Explore

Practical Guidance pod", where you can browse by Practice Area], Jurisdiction or Content

type.

For easy access to the sources you use most, customize your dashboard to your area of practice.

To do so, select More, then Settings.

Under the 'General' tab, you can set Lexis Practice Advisor as your default landing page

whenever you sign on with your Lexis Advance ID.

Select the 'Lexis Practice Advisor' tab for further customization.

Here, you can select your default practice area and set your preferences for viewing

results.

Once you select a practice area, use the task menu on left side of the screen to review

a list of most relevant topics.

This task menu is structured in a way that allows you to browse by practice area or quickly

drill down by subtopic to find more specific results.

Here, you can refine your search further or browse a comprehensive collection of practice

area content.

As you select a subtopic in the task menu, you can choose to view all related content

by content type, including Practice Notes, Forms, Clauses, Checklists, Articles, Cases,

Statutes & Legislation, Secondary Materials and more.

Once you locate a document relevant to your task, you can save it to a folder.

You'll be prompted to create a new folder or choose a folder that you've previously

saved, making it easy to come back to your work at any time.

Lexis Practice Advisor offers alerts to monitor the latest issues related to your area of

law.

From any topic, select the Alerts icon.

Next, select categories to monitor, delivery options and colleagues you'd to share your

alerts with.

If you need to access your folders or alerts, simply select more.

History provides quick access to documents you've previously viewed within the last

90 days.

In addition, the History function on the top of the screen gives you access to documents

that you have previously viewed within the past 90 days.

Using Annotated Forms on Lexis Practice Advisor® - Show Me How Video Series - Duration: 2:46.

Lexis Practice Advisor gives you immediate access to thousands of forms, both carefully

curated across the LexisNexis Database and specifically crafted for attorneys.

Forms offer thorough annotations, drafting notes and checklists, all of which are rigorously

maintained for accuracy and compliance.

To access forms relevant to your topic, simply select Forms on the left.

Expert forms are specifically written for Lexis Practice Advisor and feature a convenient

Form Summary, which is useful from the outset - helping you to understand what to expect

as you progress through the document.

At the top, you'll find the form's author and date of last review, so you can be confident

in the reliability and accuracy of the content.

Use the 'search document' function, which supports both natural language and terms and

connectors, to find a specific section of the form.

Throughout the document, you will see a number of icons to facilitate the drafting process.

The Yellow Pencil indicates an editable field, allowing you to customize the document as

you go.

The Yellow Notepad indicates a Drafting Note, which gives you guidance related to that particular

section, without having to leave the form.

Similarly, the Blue "C" icon indicates Alternate or Optional Clauses, which can be

easily and immediately added to the form as you go to supplement or edit the existing

language.

Simply select 'Add to Form' to see the new language side-by-side with the original

clause.

You can Save your customized form to a folder from within your workspace.

There are many ways to export the form, either after you have customized it, or if you choose

to work on the document offline.

You can save the document to a folder for future reference print the document; email

the document directly from the product, or, download the form to your computer in a number

of formats, such as PDF or Microsoft Word.

I have live there since 2006

and I'm going to talk

when I was younger my dream was to be come

Football player until I grew up

and realized that

That I'm not really the best

football player

I'm not going to run that fast when i get older.

but

or baking or making any

well I tried to make some of little pit of cakes

I always forgot them there

and they just burnt

the video cited I'm going to use the Firefox browser for this purpose and I'd

helper I'm going to install this into Firefox

once it is installed as you can see there you will have a icon here on the

bar but it will be cleared out unless need be which is being displayed as

showing a video which can be downloaded so I'm going to my YouTube page

and select a video and the moment I have been select the video you see head on

the top right hand side this icon has the coffee trade this table its own

color lens and selected and now you can see that I can download this video in

the 720 then medium quality low qualities are also available and the

different file formats are also read upon which you can see over here

so without going into the setting that funded our details I I think for most of

you the divorce I think would work so I will click the download button select a

path when you want to save it and the interesting thing is that the video gets

downloaded in a very short span of time I will not have a very high speed

internet connection but still you can see that the downloading speed is quite

good

and just wait for this extension this video to get downloaded
