Welcome back everybody I'm Brad I'm Steve

and today I have a beer review for you

from Lagunitas this is Cappuccino

Stout yep this is a 9.1 ABV with 29

IBUs so you know a lot on the boozy side

not much on the hop side but still a

beer that you could age for quite a

while and obviously the size of the beer

is one you would cellar right you know

and pull out in special occasions maybe

Christmas with more than one or two

people probably you would you would

serve something instead of like a pint

glass we have but maybe like a sniffer

Belgian you know tulip yep so again this

is another beer that came from our 2017

beer bracket that was a loser that's

why it's opened and we don't have full

glasses but from the time we did its

bracket is less than I would say five

minutes yeah it's do the bracket then

gets of this so if we look at the beer

it is a tan head small bubbles I would

say its got a good head over a finger

of had two fingers on yours it does have

a tiny bit of a hue just at the bottom

a little red hue which I mean you

can have in a Stout right yeah what but

the funny thing though is how do they up

the ABV on this one it would be a great

question i wonder if it's deep as i add

more base malt right and then have to

adjust the color or are you adding agent

like sugar yeah well I wondered if

because it's not completely black if

they are using more basemalt than adding

some sugar or something like that

because to me if I was going to make it

i would make it black like jet yeah

jet black

it's got a good head got a good smell

you know it's it's smells great yeah you

are getting like a chocolate a little

bit of roasted maybe some sweetness you

can tell though it is a higher alcohol

yeah you're getting some alcohol fumes

but I wouldn't say it's like bad no like

if you had 151 or something poured it

and smelled it nothing like that

no but it's it's subtle yes its nice

you can tell it it's in the eight to

nine right drink

it's a good beer it's you know this is

one that on cold winter day or even a

hot summer day at the end of the day

you you pour in a small

glass you know and you take your time to

drink the bottle and I took good sipper

right right but I don't get cappuccino I

don't get coffee there is some sweetness

and maybe a tiny bit of chocolate and

but I think the alcohol is covering up

or masking almost everything in this

beer I don't understand how the score

on ratebeer is a 95 to me yeah i I don't

I don't understand it there's no coffee

in there yeah I you know and I did it

earlier in the bracket but I almost

compared to a Dirty Bastard from

Founders it's right it's got that same

Scotch Ale flavor right but I think over

time if you were to age this beer it

probably mellow out and then some of

those flavors might come through or they

might dissipate I don't know because that

would be interesting because sometimes

when you aged beers you lose some of

that pungency of the cocoa or coffee or

whatever right trying to go with so

definitely be interesting beer to age

like I said it to me you take out the

cappuccino it's a great beer it's one

know that you pull off for parties and

you know give them all to people not one

you sit and drink by yourself right I'm

actually I don't know if it's because I

drink more and more but it's almost

starting to get kind of a peppery in it

like on the very back end a little

peppery but still it's called it's like

the last one that we reviewed it's

called this but it doesn't have that in

it right so this is the same way I want

coffee a cappuccino does have coffee it

could be on the sugary side let's say

you but I'm not really getting sugar you

know and let's see does it have a drink

by it doesn't know I could only see like

right when produced yeah right up here is

a whole bunch of numbers that I don't

understand so what's interesting though

is you know sometimes there is a well we

need to age this or hey you need to drink it now

like Stone has the drink by right like

beers yup date on it would be

interesting to see what their take is on

when you should drink this beer vs when

you should not well stone also now

does have drink after yeah yep so notice

how yeah I I believe that they should

start putting that stuff on there like

yes it's or don't release it for a year

yeah hold on it's for yourself and wait

this way then when it comes out you know

you could have a package date or

whatever but say hey this beer is best

after a year so we're going to hold on

to it which they can do yeah you know we

go it all the time with barrel and stuff

I look at it like the wine industry

right if you want wine that was made

last year you can go get it if you want

wine that was made five years ago you

don't get it so if you're looking at a

red which does better say you're doing a

cab that does better in your two three

four five they'll still release year one

right and your know any other five is

going to be right and it's one of those

like well if you know this wine you

should know what does seller it and beer

drinkers I don't think we're there yet

and I'm not even there yet I don't know

when you know when Lagunitas decided to

hey you need to drink this by this date

but I mean dumb it down for me right

right how tell me when yeah well in not

going to Bell's you know because we're by

their but

Bell's usually on the back of their

bottles puts the shelf life that's

between this or it says store two years

yeah two years or lifetime can store for

lifetime I think that's what they need

to start doing so that the customers

know okay I should drink it now or like

you said with the wines yeah we're going

to release it now but if you know

anything about wine you should seller

this for three years yeah I agree cool

so what would you give this out of 5

it's still going to be a three for me

because even though without cappuccino I

still like the key right um I would age

it and it honestly you can serve it now

too right but you're not going to get

the cappuccino but I would age it to see

can I get those cappuccinos flavors to come

through yep so I would probably have to

go with a three also same exact thing I

you I want to see if those cappuccino

flavors will come through and I think by

aging it would be a good thing yeah so

that'll wrap up this review and until

Custom Organizers for Clay Cutters-Friday Findings Polymer Tutorial - Duration: 3:32.

Hi there, Sandy here.

Welcome to another Friday Findings video at KeepsakeCrafts.net.

Those of us who do polymer clay love to buy and use these little cutters.

I find all sorts of uses for them, but sometimes organizing them can be tricky.

So today I have a quick tip for you on how to organize your clay cutters.

So these are just some organizers I made for my smaller clay cutters.

The bigger ones I do a different way, but these are my Kemper cutters.

I've got the ovals, I have the circles and mini ones and there's lots more out there

and one thing I really like about this system is I know at a glance which ones I have because

if you look at the ovals and the circles from the top, they look the same.

So I was always digging around trying to find an oval or a circle and not knowing which

I had.

So this works really well.

And all you need is some scrap clay and I'm just going to cut this in a few pieces and

I'm going to make mine three layers thick.

So the first thing I'm going to do is layer together two of my one-thickness layers and

then I'll just take a couple random cutters to demonstrate to you.

And then you just push the cutters down into the clay.

This might be handy if you have certain ones that you use all the time.

Then take out the pieces.

So then you want to lift up this two thickness chunk of clay and notice I've left it rough

cut for a reason because it's easier to deal with and cut it all neatly all at once.

Now I'm going to place this on the third piece, but I'm going to put my cutters back in just

in case the clay got a little distorted when I picked it up.

And I'm going to cut down through that third layer.

I just want to make sure that these are all going to fit.

If they're metal cutters, you can actually bake it right like this.

If they're not metal you can take them out.

Then all you need to do to get a nice neat edge is now trim through all three layers.

You have a nice little organizer for your cutters and what I've done here, I don't use

this as often as I thought I would, but sometimes it comes in handy if I'm teaching a tutorial

then I have the sizes and I pull out this cutter and decide it's exactly the right one.

I know exactly the size of it to share with my students.

It's just nice to be able to look at everything, see at a glance what you have.

I used the two layers on the top because I found these fell out a little bit too easily

if I only had one.

Shocking Backstage WWE AJ Lee Story, WWE Star Upset Over Wrestlemania Match! | WrestleTalk News 2017 - Duration: 3:47.

Hello and welcome to the WrestleTalk News!

I'm Oli Davis, and I'll be replying to as many comments on this video as I can.

You might have noticed that despite running well over 19 hours, the Wrestlemania 33 broadcast

never referred to the venue by its actual name - The Camping World Stadium.

Which, admittedly, is a stupid name.

The most recent Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting the funniest 'Vince-ism'

of Wrestlemania weekend, where McMahon decided the Camping World Stadium name couldn't

be used, so everyone referred to the site by its old name, The Citrus Bowl.

For once, I'm actually on Vince's side there.

Also according to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, a six-man Cruiserweight match

was scheduled for Wrestlemania, with the competitors even being present backstage, but they were

told just hours before the event that they weren't going to be used.

It could be worse.

They could've been put in the 87 man Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal instead, and

jobbed out in seconds.

According to Sean Waltman on his X-Pac 12360 show, at least one wrestler was very unhappy

with how that Battle Royal turned out: "Before the thing was even over, Big Show

and a bunch of guys that were in the Battle Royal in the back and he was going off.

I think it was over stopping him and Strowman, because they had a moment, and I think the

moment got taken from them too quick."

Big Show has strongly hinted that this was his last Wrestlemania, as his WWE contract

expires in February next year, where he intends to transition into an ambassador role for

the company.

Hopefully he can sign a one month extension to get a better send-off at Wrestlemania 34.

Former three-time Divas Champion - I forgot that belt was a thing too - AJ Lee released

her new book this week, Crazy Is My Superpower: How I Triumphed by Breaking Bones, Breaking

Hearts, and Breaking the Rules.

In the book, AJ reveals that she suffers from bipolar II disorder - a condition similar

to bipolar I, but more prone to bouts of depression - which she's described as being "like

a Chihuahua during a thunderstorm...Every second, I felt like I was on edge."

Unintentionally or not, AJ found success in WWE with a 'crazy ex-girlfriend' type

of character.

In 2012, WWE came up with a series of wacky skits - where "her character hallucinated,

kissed a leprechaun [what is it with McMahons and leprechauns!?] and danced with dinosaurs

from outer space".

Although Lee had kept her Bipolar disorder a secret, her mother's mental illness was

well known.

And those skits are where AJ drew a line, as she told the New York Post:

"It felt like it disrespected both me and my mother.

It was a joke, but, to me, it wasn't something to laugh at."

Lee goes onto say that as punishment for refusing to do the skits, she was taken off TV for

two months.

This news comes out at the same time Smackdown Live commentator Mauro Ranallo has had to

take a break from WWE due to his bipolar disorder, which the Wrestling Observer have blamed on

JBL's reported bullying attitude backstage.

Coincidentally, former ring announcer Justin Roberts published his book last week - called

Best Seat in the House - which also "talks extensively about being bullied by John Layfield

for no apparent reason."

Trump Says His First 13 Weeks In Office Among "Most Successful" In American History - Duration: 3:52.

During a meeting with reporters yesterday, Donald Trump told them, and I quote, "I think

we've had one of the most successful 13 weeks in the history of the presidency."

Now, anyone who's paid attention to any news in the United States for the last few weeks

understands that this is simply not true.

First of all, it hasn't even been 13 weeks.

You've only been president for 11 weeks, yet you're saying you've had the most successful

13 weeks in presidential history.

If you can't even get the number right on how many weeks you've been in office, yeah

things aren't going so well at that point.

My question is to President Trump what do you think is been so successful about your

first 13 weeks?

Is it the fact that Michael Flynn, your national security advisor, had to resign after less

than a month in office, the fact that both of your Muslim bans have been struck down

by the court system, the fact that Kellyanne Conway and Sean Spicer have both invented

phony terror attacks that your Republican base believes?

Is it the fact that you couldn't repeal and replace Obamacare?

Is it the fact that you and your administration are currently under several investigations

for potential wrongdoing?

Perhaps it's the fact that your approval rating is at 35% lower than President Obama ever

saw it in eight years in office.

I'm curious as to why you would think you've had a successful 13 weeks.

I know you're delusional, and you're very narcissistic, and you want everybody to think

you're the greatest thing that ever happened, but even you have to admit at this point it's

kind of been a train wreck that crashed into a dumpster fire at this point.

I mean, you've done nothing successful.

You have no victories to speak of, and in fact, shortly after you made this comment,

the job report numbers came out for March and instead of adding the projected 180,000

jobs for March we only added 98,000.

There you go.

Another failure for you there, Donald Trump.

You barely made half of the projected jobs that were supposed to come in the month of

March.

Everything about this presidency has been terrible.

Again, after he made these comments, he launches 59 missiles into Syria.

No Donald, your first 11, not 13, weeks have been an absolute disaster.

They've been a foreign policy disaster, an economic disaster, and an environmental disaster.

Everything you've done has been awful, and I don't know any other way to say that to

you.

This hasn't been a success.

I mean seriously, is there one thing you've done right?

Is there one thing that you have succeeded on?

Is there one area where people have looked at and thought, "Well, maybe he's not so bad"?

No.

There is not.

So far you are on track to go down as one of the worst if not the worst president in

United States history.

To be honest, nobody's more happy about that than probably former President George W. Bush

who will get to relinquish his title once you finally leave office.

The Trump administration should make President Obama's troubled health tax work instead of

letting it fail, after Republicans tried and failed to repeal and replace Obamacare, according

to a poll by the Kaiser Family Foundation.

As Bloomberg reports, three out of four people surveyed support giving the law a chance,

including the majority of Republicans asked.

That sentiment runs counter to threats by President Donald Trump to let the law collapse

on its own, forcing Democrats to work with him to negotiate changes.

Sciatica: Myofascial Trigger Points 002 - Duration: 2:19.

Are you tired of having low back pain and think it's sciatica?

Well with this video we are going to address a couple myofascial trigger points, in the

low back, that can produce this type of pain.

Hey guys Keith Sparks here and continuing our mini series on pain that mimics sciatica.

Two areas in the low back that commonly produce sciatic type pains are right to the outside

of the quadratus lumborum.

It's where you feel your ab muscles meet your back muscles.

The second area is at the insertion point of the paraspinal muscles onto the thoracolumbar

fascia at the base of the sacrum inbetween the two innominate bones which are right to

the inside of those two boney bumps that you feel.

To get to these two areas you are going to need to use a lacrosse ball or tennis ball.

For the first location grab a lacrosse ball and sit it right inbetween the ab muscles

and the QL.

The best way to get into here is honestly laying on your side with shoulder support

underneath.

It's going to allow you to get the compression onto the quadratus lumborum the way you're

looking for.

If that is too much for you you can lay on your back and rest like this.

Personally I do not feel it as well as I do when I am up on my side.

What you are going to do is roll in and back.

You're definitely going to feel some tension with this one.

If that is too much move down to a tennis ball.

For the second location, at the thoracolumbar fascia, tennis ball is probably going to be

a little bit better but I am going to use a lacrosse ball for this video.

Sit it right inbetween those two bumps.

And you're going to be shifted to one side because the ball is going to force you to

do that.

But roll up and down right in the inside of that bump.

Now you can move to the outside but we are going to save that for next week so stay tuned.

Blob tree activity to express feelings and emotions - Duration: 3:14.

Hi everyone, hope you're ok. Today I want to

talk about a useful tool that I often

use with clients to help them to start

talking about how to feeling and what's

happening for them. The tool is called

The Blob tree or the jelly baby tree or

the jelly man tree, it's called so many

different things but I think the person

that devised it actually called the blob

three. If I could just bring up a copy of

it and have a look here. As you can

see and it's got a tree as you can see

the middle there and it's got a lot of

you know without assigning a gender

people on the tree what's useful about

this is it's such a good way of helping

you to work out how you feeling what's

having you any given what's happening to

you at any given moment for instance you

might look at the person you might be

feeling quite down and you don't want to

and speaking one so you might feel that

this jelly tree at the right here with

respectable the other one it describes

how you feel it or the person you might

feel that quite desperate quite anxious

about certain things and you are this

person here in the middle here I felt

like at times where you are hanging on for

dear life onto the tree here it's a good

Podcast Chapters: Easy MP3 Chapters | Podcasting Tips - Duration: 2:39.

>> CORBAN: Today we're going to take a look at Podcasts Chapters.

An app that lets you easily add MP3 chapter markers to your podcast episodes.

>> CORBAN: This is Podcast Chapters.

It's an app for macOS that lets you easily add MP3 chapter markers to your podcast or

any MP3 file for that matter.

When you open up the app, import an MP3 file by clicking the import icon in the upper left-hand

corner or by pressing Command O on your keyboard.

After importing a file, the left side bar will appear with options to fill in your ID3

tags if you haven't already done so.

Here, you can add the show's artwork, title, author, episode title, and episode description.

Podcast Chapters also lets you save presets for each podcast you create.

Presets save your show's art, title, and author tags.

This is great if you have multiple shows.

To apply a preset, select it from the preset dropdown menu.

Now, let's add some chapters.

By default when you import a file, your first chapter is automatically created.

But, to create a new chapter, press Command N on your keyboard or click the plus icon

in the upper right-hand corner.

Give your first chapter a name and it's and time stamp and then you can add custom artwork

and a link.

Repeat this step until all of your chapters have been created.

If you write down timestamps while editing your podcast, you can easily import them with

a .cue file which you can format like this or learn how to write your own by reading

the .cue Wikipedia page which I've left linked in the description below.

CSV Support is currently in development.

If you plan on creating the chapters for your podcast episode while listening to it in the

podcast chapters app, you can make the process faster by increasing the audio playback speed

in the menu bar under playback and playback speed.

Podcast Chapters also has keyboard shortcuts for jumping between lengths of time and chapters.

Once you're done adding all of your chapters, you can export your podcast episode by clicking

the icon next to the import button in the upper left-hand corner or pressing Command

S on your keyboard.

Exporting is almost instantaneous.

As of spring 2017, Podcast Chapters uses ID3 tag version 2.3.

Podcast Chapters is $19.99 on the Mac App Store.
