sharing a magical yellow turmeric tea
smoothie recipe that will help you to
lose belly fat in just five days and
also helps you to lose two to three
inches off your waist. This turmeric
smoothie has anti-cancerous properties
as well as anti-viral anti-bacterial
anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory
properties. Turmeric does has a light
earthy bitter taste and by blending
it with a sweet fruit you won't even
notice it in your smoothie. Along with
the anti-inflammatory properties
turmeric has antidiabetic effects, reduces
cholesterol among other powerful health
benefits. This yellow turmeric smoothie
is so tasty and nutritious that will
have you craving it every single day. If

I have already shared two turmeric tea
recipes, the first one is made with fresh
ingredients and the second one with my
DIY turmeric tea mix and both the
recipes has shown good results in
losing weight and in giving an overall
health. Many of you requested for an
easier version of turmeric tea which
does not require any cooking and it can
be like a power packed breakfast meal
with the ingredients of turmeric tea
especially for those busy moms and
working men and women and the best part
is all you have to do is add the
ingredients in a blender and blend. Yes!
it's that simple. So, I created this
smoothie which you can make in just
about two minutes and that does make
life easy during those busy morning rush hours and the best part is this healing
yellow smoothie can be carried to work
After I shared my two turmeric tea
recipes I got so many positive feedback

first let me show you how to make this
fat burning yellow healing smoothie and
then i mentioned how this healing
smoothie will also
help in your overall health along with
losing weight and why i am using certain
ingredients and how it will help to remove
excess fat. So, friends make sure you

please note that i live in kerala the
land of spices and all the ingredients
i'm using are locally acquired and off
good quality so try to get good quality
turmeric powder. So, without much adieu
let's get started. Into my blender I'm
adding in 1 cup of fresh homemade
coconut milk to know how to make fresh
coconut milk at home please check my
previous video on coconut milk the links
will be updated in the description box
now add in 3/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4
teaspoon black pepper powder now
adding black pepper powder is highly
recommended as it will help the turmeric
to absorb faster into the body so do not
skip it. Add in half teaspoon freshly
ground cinnamon powder and to know what
type of cinnamon you should be using in
this recipe please check my cinnamon tea
recipe the links will be updated in the
description box below. Now add in 1
teaspoon chia seeds. Chia seeds are one of the
most nutritious food and they are loaded
with fiber protein and omega-3 fatty
acids. Add in 1 tablespoon flaxseeds, flax seeds
are the richest source of
plant-based omega-3 fatty acids and the
healthy fats and fibre will help you to
feel fuller for a longer time and thus
it helps in weight loss. Now add in half
teaspoon dry ginger powder which is also
known as chukku podi in malayalam you
can also use 1/4 of a fresh ginger
root instead of dry ginger powder now
add in one whole alphonso mango you can
use any variety of mangoes right now
mangoes are in season here in Kerala so
i am using mango in this recipe you can
use any seasonal fruits like banana or
pineapples or any fruit of your choice
at the place you live in. And lastly one
secret ingredient which takes this
healing turmeric smoothie to the next
level, 1 tablespoon cold-pressed coconut
oil to know why i recommend cold-pressed
coconut oil

box. Now, blend this on high speed until
everything is nicely mixed and combined
please note that the flax seeds will be
perfectly ground along with the rest of
the ingredients so there is no need to
grind the flaxseed separately. Now, pour
the blended smoothie into a serving
glass or a mason jar if you're planning
to carry it to work and I like my food to
look very pretty so I'm garnishing it
with two to three slices of mango and
one teaspoon raw cacao nibs the raw
cacao nibs will give an extra crunch and
they are the highest plant-based source
of iron high in magnesium, calcium
antioxidants, and a natural mood elevator
and ladies and gentlemen my healing
turmeric coconut mango smoothie is ready
to serve. Have this healing smoothie for
breakfast and it will keep you fuller
for a longer time plus it will also
helps to burn calories supply your body
with necessary vitamins, minerals, healthy
fats, antioxidants, and omega-3 fatty
acids. This yellow smoothie will give you
an instant energy boost, helps with
hormonal imbalances, boost your thyroid
naturally, helps with digestion, and
balances your sugar levels. So, if you

whether turmeric powder should be heated
or boiled before using in this recipe
well actually the turmeric powder is
made by steaming or boiling the fresh
turmeric roots and then it is sun-dried
and finely ground to a powder all this
will help the active ingredient in
turmeric known as curcumin to be
activated hence turmeric powder can be
used without heating but make sure it is
pure good quality turmeric powder
turmeric is fat soluble so oil or fat is
needed to dissolve the turmeric in the
stomach and allow the body to absorb the
turmeric powder and the reason why I
used cold-pressed virgin coconut oil so
