Hello everyone!
With patch 7.2 we have Maiev on the Broken shore who informs us that we need to rally
a new champion to bolster our ranks.
Upon hearing this, warriors quickly make their way to Skyhold where Odyn is waiting for them.
"Battlelord, we have much to discuss.
Come at once!
There is no time to waste."
"Battlelord!
With the foul witch Helya finally defeated, she can no longer stop me from reclaiming
what is mine!"
Helya's kvaldir have been raiding Azeroth's coasts for centuries, and many worthy vrykul
who were destined to become my Valarjar were stolen.
Now that we've defeated the cursed queen, the souls held captive in Hellheim can finally
be freed to join us!
Aerylia helps us with making our way to Helya's domain where we can actually see the corpse
of Helya left behind in the water which I thought was really cool to see.
Besides setting the stoles soles free, we also pick up some stolen blades and shields
and we empower Helya's Horn.
We need to bolster our army by any means necessary and while the kvaldir are cursed beyond redemption,
they are fierce warriors and are a resource we should not overlook.
They are eternally bound to obey Helya even through her death.
If we can call them using her voice, they will follow us instead!
This is where the Horn comes in which they've recovered from Helya's corpse and once empowered,
we can use it to call on the kvaldir when we have need of them.
We shouldn't linger in Hellheim to long so after completing our mission, we go back
to Odyn.
"Hahaha well done, battlelord!
You have recovered my stolen warriors!
They would have become Valarjar long ago, had Helya not taken them.
Now, witness their transformation! *cheer*"
Now that we possess Helya's Horn, the kvaldir are ours to command.
We may as well put them to good use for a change.
Odyn has dispatched his Val'kyr, Danica the Reclaimed, to the Broken Shore where she
has identified a few Legion targets that should be eliminated.
We meet up with her as she points us in the direction of a vrykul shipwreck on Felrage
Strand.
Using the empowered horn there calls the Kvaldir to our side and we have them do what they
do best, destroy the legion portals in the area.
Next to that there's also a missing warior and this is where there's a difference depending
on what faction you play.
If you play for the Horde, you go out to save the worthy orcish warrior Eitrigg, who has
been with the horde since its creation.
He was one of the greatest llieutenants under Warchief Blackhand, but left the Horde after
listening to Garona Halforcen who told him everything she knew about Gul'dan and the
shadow council.
Upon the Horde's defeat, he began to believe her and he realised that Gul'dan's promises,
the 'benefactor' kil'jaeden, the dark portal, all of it had not been what they'd
seemed.
Forming the Horde had not brought the orc salvation; it had brought the doom and with
shame and anger, he left the Hrde behind seeking a place on azeroth to spend the rest of his
days, a place to die in peace.
Eventually he encountered the human Tirion Fordring, both men of great honor.
Eitrigg saved Tirion's life which pushed the paladin to change his views of orcs, but
could not prevent Eitrigg from being taken captive.
Thrall was working on reforming the Hord, showed up to save the orc and offered Eitrig
a spot in the Horde.
From that moment on he returned to the faction where his years of wisdom were a great benefit
to the warchief.
Lord Darius Crowley comes from Gilneas and was against the decision of building a wall
and cutting themselves off from the alliance.
He openly spoke out against it which eventually lead to a civil war and him being imprisoned.
The worgen curse was spreading amongst their people and during the worgen starting event,
it was adventurers that set him free to recruit his help against the Worgen threat.
He and his men were eventually overwhelmed and turned into worgen themselves, as what
happened to most within Gilneas.
The Forsaken eventually moved in to strike too which Greymane asked Crowley to join them
and unite Gilneas against the Forsaken.
Darius was hesitant to accept, but when Greymane showed him that he asked them as equals, that
he too was a worgen, he agreed to join.
Both of these deserve their own full story, but right now in this moment we find Darius
taken captive by the felrage naga.
"Now you are a sight for sore eyes, Battlelord.
"
It's concerning to see the naga aligned with the Burning Legion.
It's something new and cannot be ignored.
The naga warlord, Kaz'jatar and his skrog toady Felbeard are responsible for the felrage's
attack on our forces.
While we go about rescuing our captured soldier, we also make sure to teach them that it does
not pay to consort with demons!
Felbeart: "More meat, more meat for the fire!"
Our soldiers will be back in action soon, and the Felrage naga will think twice before
messing with us again!
With their leaders defeated, they won't be launching any more raids for a while.
"My claws are sharp – It was an honor to fight alongside you, battlelord.
I will report to Skyhold.
See you there!"
Who knows how Crowley makes his way to Skyhold, but we have Danica who's kind enough to
send us back so we can tell Odyn of our triumphs.
"Valarjar of Skyhold!
Let these walls resound with cheers for our champion!
To the Battlelord! *cheer* *cheer*"
Eitrigg is not one for emotional speeches, so he will keep this short.
He owes us his life so his axes are at our service while Crowley believes we are an inspiring
leader and follow us to argus and back if we'll have him.
Another powerful ally recruited to our cause and we have bolstered our strength against
the Legion once more.
That is how wariors obtain their new champions which means we've reached the end of the
video.
Thank you very much for watching everyone, subscribe if you like my videos, leave a like
