Waching daily Jan 9 2017

hello there all you video gaming piano

players i'm sydney from

smartgamepiano.com in today's lesson

we're going to be learning the first

part of asgore from undertale let's

start off by taking a listen

repeats

alright if you will learn the rest of

the tuna please head over to

smartgamepiano.com and if you like we're

here plz subscribe to the YouTube

channel and put out two new lessons

every week so disclaimer i know for you

hardcore undertale things you may not

realize the left hand is doing exactly

what it does in the original track but i

wanted to make this available for

beginning piano players so this is

something that gets the basic harmony

and the driving rhythm and also for you

hardcore undertale fans

you made us notice that this doesn't

exactly sound like the correct pitch or

the correct key that's because in the

original track of the composer kind of

changes the pitch a little bit to make

it sound a little sharper a little

brighter so fun fact take a listen and

compare the two

let's start with left-hand c sharp E and

E

do that a couple times soon in two and

three and after the second bar played be

an f-sharp 44 and then switch to see

sharpen g-sharp that for awhile and on

those big heavy chords play C sharp

boxes with G sharp in the middle be

octaves with a sharp in the middle and

then down to a sharp octaves with C

sharp in the middle you ever one and two

and three and four and move up to G

sharp octaves with d sharp in the middle

2 & 3 & 4 & and up again to a octaves

with in the middle the and three and

four and back down to G sharp again but

only for one and two and then you'll

play C sharp D again let's count that

much i love we're going to start on beat

three

here you go one-and two-and three-and

four-and one-and two-and three-and

four-and one-and two-and three-and

four-and one-and two-and three-and

four-and one-and two-and three-and

four-and one-and two-and three-and

four-and one-and two-and three-and

four-and one-and two-and three-and

four-and one-and two-and three-and

repeat

okay and we'll learn a second ending to

this to your right hand you're going to

start with G sharp and E surrounding

middle C then it'd be and g sharp F

sharp G sharp C sharp d sharp E G sharp

E G sharp F sharp G sharp C sharp d

sharp this time be sharp and on those

big chords you play AG sharp boxes

within the middle octaves with a sharp

in the middle be octaves c-sharp octaves

e f-sharp octaves g-sharp octaves be

octaves c-sharp d-sharp in the d sharp

again but an octave higher

it's a big jump you can do it

be sharp and no more octaves to play a

sharp or G pressure

ok so let's repeat that while counting

out that and this time i'm going to

count money and a-two anda

because of rhythms like that

all right here we go one E and a two E

and A three and a four E and A one E and

a two E and A three and a four E and a

one and a two E and A three and a four E

and 01 E and a two E and A three and a

four E Anna 1 the 2 e and a 3 & 4 & 0 1

me anda two anda one end of the e4 honey

and a two E and A three and a four E and

O one to do e and a 3 e end of four E

and O one and two and repeat

ok so you also after you play this

repeat time a second time

so let's say we're playing the second

time going to a different

the last time you'll just land on G

sharp knife sharp okay

let's try to put both hands together if

you don't feel ready i would recommend

right hand first if you want to do

something a little more fun or if you

just want to get the basis of the

harmony played left hand first

here we go one he ended two E and A

three and a four and A one and A two and

A three and a four E and a-one and a-two

and a-three and a-four tea and a one and

A two and A three and a four and A one

and two three and four and a-one and

a-two and a-three and a-four and a-one

and a-two and a-three and a-four and a

one and a two E and A three E and a four

E and O one and repeat 3 and a 40 and a

1 e and a 2 e and a 3 and a 4 and a 1

and a 2 e and a 3 and a 41 ended two and

A three and a four and A one E and a two

E and a failure and a 40 and a-one and

a-two and a-three and a-four and a-one

and a-two and a-three and a-four be no.1

the two E and A three E and AH four E

and a-one and a-two and and that's it

so if you have any questions about this

arrangement please let me know and if

you want to learn the rest of the tune

head over to smartgamepiano.com and if

you like what you here please subscribe to the

YouTube channel and also a separate

question usually when I don't include

for those of you who are still around

should i include a more advanced part of

the song because the song is actually

extremely difficult and I don't want to

make it too difficult for beginners to

not be able to access what should I have

a difficult more advanced version as

well let me know in the comments

alright happy practicing everybody

how well is personal development and

self-help working out for you?

stay tuned

This is Damon Cart from NLP Gym. What is your

problem? If you haven't already please

click subscribe to this YouTube channel

so you can get these videos on a regular

basis

what do people want when they get into

self-help and personal development most

of us are not even sure when we first

jump into this we're very clear often

about what it is we want but we've

reached the place in our lives where we

just know that even though we're not

necessarily unhappy that we could be

happier and even though we don't really

live bad lines we just know that it

could be better

it's as if you feel your potential

calling and yet you just don't know what

that first step is to take perhaps

you're even afraid of taking that stuff

because you're afraid of screwing up and

yet the suffering you experience from

not following your passion not answering

the call of your highest potential

pulling on you that is reaching a

breaking point within you and you can

just feel that happening people get

started and self-help personal

development made by reading a book or

they tend to talk and suddenly their

mind is open to all these new

possibilities and all these new

opportunities and this feels really good

you want more of this and you jump right

in and immediately you're overwhelmed

with so many different choices so many

different possibilities you have a

friend who says walking on hot coals is

the way to go

you have a cousin who says no no it's

EFT solves everything and then you

have some cousins boyfriend's

brother-in-law sister-in-law says that

she tried reiki

and reiki made her drop 20 pounds she found

the love of her life and her business

took off in summary you want to try

everything and there's plenty there's no

shortage of free information out there

and useful information that then leads

you to the workshop the coaching the

boot camp

that's when it's time to lay down

thousands of dollars on some sort of

training that promises to change your

life forever and sometimes these

trainings do change your life forever

and the money is totally worth it and

sometimes we left convincing ourselves

that it did change our lives because we

need to justify paying all the money

that we made because there's no refunds

you're not getting your money back if it

didn't work does this sound like you

so what does one do with all of this

with all of the possibilities all the

choices

this is one of the main reasons why when

it came to yoga i chose a strong yoga

because it had a very set system and a

progressive system of working through

different series it wasn't like it was a

new thing every time

this is also why i chose NLP NLP is has

processes it has techniques and has a

step-by-step structure to it that is

about these learning about the structure

or how you structure your own

experiences this the experiences you

don't want any experiences that you do

want so you can create more the

experiences you do one and avoid the

experiences or transform the experiences

that you don't want or don't like into

the experiences that you do what you do

like there is a very definite structure

to it in a process that uses and this is

what attracted me to it

however even NLP is overwhelming

there's so many techniques are so many

processes there are so many mindsets

presupposition

and strategies are accessing shoes

there's all these diseases get

overwhelmed with NLP and not know what

to learn first which I master first how

do i I want to go about this and why

should i why what parts are important to

me and what parts are not important to

me and a lot of times you don't even

know how important the orange you really

learn them and really have real skills

which takes time you're not going to get

that in just a lecture I'm going to give

you a short and perhaps unsatisfying

answer but the good news is this is

actually the beginning of our

conversation this is not the end I'm not

gonna just give you some answer and say

shut up just going to that this is the

beginning of a conversation that

conversation course conversations are

more than just me talking to you it's

more than me just putting videos out

there for you it's more than just me

writing blog post i need your feedback

heading to have someone to have a

conversation with Tony about your

experiences and self-help and personal

development what are you looking to get

out of it and what do you want to solve

what is that feeling within you that you

want to create what is it the life that

you want that's better for the feeling

of your potential calling water would

have your struggles been trying to go

down this path of personal development

and self-help my short and unsatisfying

answer basically this to all this take a

problem you're dealing with and then

throw as much NLP added as you can take

every single entity process you've

learned and throw it at this problem

until you solve it also take something

you want to create in your life so take

a context in your life and area in your

life that you want to improve when you

want something

and once again throw every NLP

techniques and process added until you

get what you want

Ask the Vet - When to switch your horse to a senior feed - Duration: 1:59.

SARAH: "When should you switch your horse to a senior feed?"

Oh, this is great question.

DR LYDIA GRAY: That's a fair question.

Yeah.

SARAH: I love senior horses.

DR LYDIA GRAY: I do too.

I think some of my earliest articles, and blogs,

and videos were senior.

When I think of a senior horse-- and that age

gets older, and older, and older as we're

providing better and better care--

it's more what your horse is telling you.

I had a horse that was 12, 13, 14.

He was like, I'm old.

But then, I know horses in their 20s who were like yippee,

I'm not old.

And I just saw a video yesterday of one.

SARAH: Yeah.

DR LYDIA GRAY: So you've got to let your horse tell you.

Your horse will tell you when he feels old.

And the scientific word for that is physiological age.

So it's when the horse's body begins to not be

as efficient as it used to be.

And that occurs across the board.

So it's the digestive system loses efficiency,

the immune system doesn't work as well,

skin not quite as resilient.

It's just everything-- soft tissues, joints.

And then you begin to say, what can I do?

What can I change in his diet, and maybe the management,

to help him cope as his body begins to just not spring back

like it used to.

And it might be more protein because the top line is fading.

It might be more B-vitamins, more vitamin

C. It might be a different ratio of calcium to phosphorus.

It might be that he loses weight and you need to feed more

because the same amount of food that made him look great

when he was 10, he needs more now that he's 20

because he's just not extracting the nutrition as well

out of it.

Maybe he needs some digestive support, some probiotics,

some enzymes or yeast.

FITZGIBBON, ONE OF THE COLDEST

MORNINGS OF THE WINTER SEASON,

LOOK HOW MANY OF US WERE BELOW

ZERO THIS MORNING.

AS COLD AS FOUR BELOW IN NASHUA,

AND 11 BELOW IN ORANGE, SOUTH OF

TOWN WITH THE DEEP SNOW PACK

HERE IN SOUTHEASTERN

MASSACHUSETTS, 10 BELOW IN

TAUNTON, AND EVEN TWO BELOW OVER

TO PLYMOUTH SO COLD START THIS

MORNING FOR SURE.

AND IT IS GOING TO STAY COLD

THROUGHOUT THE DAY.

AVERAGE HIGH THIS TIME OF YEAR

IS IN THE MID 30s.

AND WE'RE GOING TO TRANSITION

CLOSER TO AVERAGE TOMORROW, AND

LOOK WHAT COMES TOWARDS MIDWEEK.

TEMPERATURES SURPASSING THAT

50-DEGREE MARK COMING UP BY

THURSDAY.

THAT WARMTH RIGHT NOW IS SURGING

UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE COUNTRY

AND THE LEADING EDGE OF THE WARM

FRONT WHICH IS PRODUCING A LOT

OF CLOUDS AND SOME SNOW SHOWERS

AND WE'RE GOING TO CONTENT WITH

THOSE THROUGH THE DAY TOMORROW,

AND WE'RE ON THE COLD, DRY SIDE

OF THE HIGH PRESSURE TODAY, SO

SUNSHINE WITH THE AFTERNOON

CLOUDS, AND YOU CAN SEE THE

TEMPERATURES BARELY BUDGE,

HOLDING IN THE TEENS OUT THROUGH

THE WORCESTER HILLS, ELSEWHERE,

ONLY IN THE LOWER 20s TODAY SO

WELL BELOW THE AVERAGE, WE ARE

GOING TO HAVE A BIT OF A WIND

CHILL THIS MORNING.

THE WIND REALLY HAS DIED DOWN,

UNDER TEN MILES PER HOUR AS THEY

SHIFT, WE WILL SEE SOME

INCREASING CLOUD COVER, BUT

CLEAR TO PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES

THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS, AND

TEMPERATURES DON'T DROP QUITE AS

MUCH DUE TO THE SOUTHWESTERLY

WIND, SO IT'S MOSTLY IN THE

TEENS, A FEW SINGLE DIGITS BUT

WE'RE NOT TALKING ABOUT THE

SUBZERO READINGS THAT WE HAVE

THIS MORNING.

IT'S A DRY START TO THE DAY

TOMORROW, AND HERE COMES THE

WARM FRONTAL BOUNDARY, THE

CLOUDS FILL IN AND AS WE GET

TOWARDS THE SECOND HALF OF THE

DAY, WE'RE GOING TO WATCH AN

AREA OF SNOW TRANSITION TO RAIN

OVER OUR AREA, AND BEHIND IT

ONCE WE ARE IN THE MILDER AIR

ANOTHER BIT OF RAIN OVERNIGHT ON

TUESDAY NIGHT AND INTO THE FIRST

PART OF WEDNESDAY.

SO A LITTLE TO MESSY WEATHER TO

GET THROUGH, RAINFALL AMOUNTS

COULD REACH CLOSE TO A HALF AN

INCH IN EASTERN MASSACHUSETTS,

AND PERHAPS EXCEEDING A HALF AN

INCH CLOSER TO AN INCH IN THE

WESTERN PART, SO WELCOMED RAIN

ON THE WAY, BUT TOMORROW MAY BE

A BIT TRICKY FOR THE EVENING

COMMUTE, THAT'S WHY WE HAVE

HIGHLIGHTED IT AS AN IMPACT

WEATHER DAY, YOU CAN SEE BY 4:00

IN THE AFTERNOON, A BIT OF SNOW

HERE IN THE BERKSHIRES,

APPROACHING THE WORCESTER HILLS

WHERE WE'LL MIX WITH AND CHANGE

TO RAIN, AND BY THE TIME IT GETS

TO ALONG THE COASTLINE SO ANY

SNOW ACCUMULATION WOULD BE A

COATING TO AN INCH AT MOST.

IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE A BIG

DEAL, AND A SECOND BIT OF RAIN

COMES IN, IN THE OVERNIGHT AND

THAT IS WITH US EARLY ON

WEDNESDAY MORNING, AND EXITING

QUICKLY SO I DON'T THINK IT HAS

MUCH IMPACT ON THE DAY, WE'RE

DRYING OUT AND WARMING IT UP AND

YOU CAN SEE WE'RE AT OR ABOVE

THAT 50-DEGREE MARK INTO FRIDAY

AND WE BEGIN A COOLDOWN WHICH

WILL SETTLE US BACK CLOSER TO

For longtime talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, her favorite moment also includes the First Lady.

'The CVS experience with Michelle (Obama) was pretty cool and dancing with Barack at his birthday party. And he's a good dancer. He should not get any flack for that — you're a good dancer,' DeGeneres said.

Apollo 13 actor Tom Hanks said: 'When he just changed all the rules on the table in regards to Cuba with the most succinct motivation imaginable, which is 'What we've been doing hasn't worked' — which made all the sense in the world.

For Samuel L. Jackson, his favorite moment with Obama in the White House actually related to the passage of the Affordable Care Act.

'The moment that we got the Affordable Care Act passed, because I have relatives that can't afford health insurance, so it was really a great thing to know that if something happened to them, they could get cared for,' Jackson shared.

Retired Los Angeles Lakers player Kobe Bryant shared that his favorite moment with Obama happened last April when the president dropped his mic at the end of his speech during the White House Correspondents' Dinner.

'Dropped the mic on 'em, blew the kiss. When I saw that, it absolutely blew me away,' Bryant said.

Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan shared that his most memorable moment is not necessarily an event, but what Obama's legacy means.

'How often do we remember Jackie Robinson — everybody knows him,' Jordan said. 'To me, he will be the Jackie Robinson of politics.'

'You really felt those first three words of the Constitution, 'We the People. It was one of the first times in my life that I felt like I was really part of that 'We,' ' Washington shared.
