Gruzja po sezonie / Georgia off season [ENG SUBS] - Duration: 10:58.

Drop the all hope, if you are a blogger

and you have very ambicious schedule for shooting

because here you just can't have a strict plan.

Georgians will gladly help you with anything you need

if you want it or not

And usually in every country it is like this that help from locals makes things easier

Here - not really

The day starts here late

Leaving the house is even later

A lot of time you spend here on not doing anything specific.

This is my 4th day in Georgia, and I'm just starting to shoot anything.

Everyone knows someone who have visited Georgia.

Not very far, there are cheap flights, and every year 50k polish tourists come here.

I came here in Winter.

I wanted to see something more than what's Georgia is famous from: landscapes, wine, food, etc..

Just everyday life.

And also a bit because Martyna, a manager of Tbilisi's hostel was available.

And she knows a lot about Georgia and she has all bunch of Georgian friends

in which you can blend in.

It wasn't easy.

Cuz even though they are extremely open people, the road to friendship is difficult

cause it leads though the crazy fun time which survive only the strongest heads.

I am in Georgia for 1 hour (6:00 am) and I am here with Martyna, who invited me.

She's got nominated to be a producer of Georgian Serie.

So I am here like 1 hour already and...

...at the airport I got a welcoming bottle of wine

and now I am drinking 4th shot of chacha, which is local homemade alcohol, the moonshine...

But there will be more time to talk about georgian hospitality in the other episode.

Meanwhile..

How many stories is hidden in every locker...

Just imagine a country without ZUS (public insurance obligation)

Country where no old lady is getting a fine for illegal street trade

Country where you can drive anything you want, event if it is a bathtub fueled by french fries oil. There is no regulations about a car you may use.

Sounds a bit like a anarchy vision of freedom which many would like to have in their countries, right?

In off season, when there isn't so many tourist you can better see a little sadder side of Georgia. Georgian reality, which is not that simple and great.

According to official report the unempleyement rate reaches here 15%.

But everyone knows that it is actually around 60%.

This doesn't mean that noone is working here, it just mean that people have a problem to find a full time, stable job.

Everyone is trying their best, do all kinds of job can find,

starting with selling out their belongings

trade: buy low, sell higher

finishing at being a taxi driver. You don't need papers to be a taxi driver. Just a car with a sign "Taxi" - and you got the job.

People is trying all, till they can. If they can't - they ask money on the street - but that means that their situation is really really bad.

Do you know who is that man?

No, who is he?

This man is a buisnessman who is offering a delivery service, for people who do shopping on market

Georgians know that they can count only on themselves. And that they must carry on.

There is a quite good judging and prosecution system, there is no big problem with crime itself.

But not very big cases are not going to court. They are adjudicated by table, in a fights or... local lynch.

Georgians are very short tempered, valorous and honorable

and very much into their community.

Besides, there is no generation in Georgia, which doens't know what war is. The last one was here in 2008.

Despite this, many Georgians can't imagine living outside of their motherland.

Far from family, far from friends, which are often even more important than the family

Besides they have a huge warm hearts, they like to have fun, they like to drink

they love to receive guests and they will be hospitable to anyone who wants to join them.

They share everything they have, whatever they have. And most of them always have chacha or wine.

This is Georgia. This is a place to drink!

All of it?

To us!

People here are very religious, and you can see that nearby church most of them will do the cross sign.

And always when you drink, and making toast, first one is always - To God!

From our point of view it may look like it's very oldfashioned country.

Differences between role of men and women are here still quite solid and feminism is not popular.

All social rules and their mentality makes it hard to be original, or different than the others, out of the box.

There is a map in internet which shows what each country is specialized in.

For example - for Poland are currants.

For Georgia it is... homophoby...

Cheer to me! For my gloves choice!

Couple of months ago here was a vegetarian restaurant but it was pelted with meat and sausages by Georgian nationalists.

Cause it is obvious that the Real Georgian eat meat, and is heterosexual.

And every vegan is a gay!

This is a great example of local architecture which explains how the life looked like before Facebook, when people had to contact in a real life only.

People had a good access to their neighbours, they could easly go out and meet. On this galleries they could set the table and spend time together.

Polish people have very good opinion in Georgia, thanks to our rip president - Lech Kaczyński, who died in a plane crash in Smolensk.

And they also know that Poland is one of not many countries who doesn't have a bad episodes in their common history.

They like polish people much more than for example Russians, who are sometimes difficult during holiday.

Different from Poles who are always happy, they like everything, they like to have fun and drink as well.. And it works!

I've never seen any Polish who didn't like Georgia.

Just once one of my friends after 1 week of eating everyday chachapuri got tired and he run at the aiport back to the plane, just to make sure he will catch it, for sure.

But even him - after a week - said that he misses food and chacha.

And as we already speak about food...

Let me show you how to eat khinkali.

We don't use knifes and forks

We don't order just one khinkali but at least 5

This part is for you to hold

And beware! There is a hot broth inside

So you should bite a little and suck it out while eating.

Very hot.

It may look like you are kissing with the food.

SUBSCRIBE!!!!

We don't eat that part cause it is a raw dough. It's not tasty and you can get sick of it.

Today at the end there will be a conclusion, of me trying to blend in in Georgia...

And at the same time a simulation of beign a woman, If you guys wondered how doesn it look from our side...

Earth vs Mars - How Do They Compare - Space / Planet Comparison 🌎 - Duration: 5:33.

For as long as humans existed, the planet Mars has always been an object of fascination.

Man has often dreamed about what could be lurking on Mars, or if it is even able to

sustain life.

We thought it would be fun to compare our own planet to the Red Planet in this episode

of The Infographics Show, Earth vs Mars.

As is commonly known, Mars is named after a mythological figure - the Roman god of war,

also known by his Greek name, Ares.

In addition to its official name, Mars is sometimes called the Red Planet because of

the brownish-red color of its surface, whereas Earth is mostly blue and green.

Mars is a little further away from the sun than Earth is, with Earth being 93 million

miles away and Mars being 141 million miles away.

It is also half the size of earth, with a diameter of 4,220 miles compared to earth's

7,926, though it does have the same amount of land mass, due to the earth's oceans.

The speed at which Earth orbits the sun is 18.5 miles per second.

If one was travelling at that speed from New York to Los Angeles, it would take approximately

2 min and 12 seconds, barely enough time to stow your tables and turn off your electronic

devices.

Mars orbits the sun at the speed of 14.5 miles per second, so that same trip from NY to LA

would take a little over 3 minutes.

Because Mars moves slower than Earth and is further away from the sun, a year on Mars

is 687 Earth days long compared to Earth's 365.25 days.

Due to Mars' slower rotation, however, a day is 24 hours and 37 minutes long, compared

to Earth's 23 hours and 56 minutes.

Mars and Earth have very similar tilts, which means that both Earth and Mars experience

winter, spring, summer and fall.

Because Mars is further from the sun, however, it is much colder than Earth.

The average temperature on Earth is 57 degrees F, while Mars' is -81 degrees F. On average,

Mars is colder than the Antarctic and dryer than the Sahara.

As far as gravity is concerned, Mars has 63% less of it than Earth.

This means that you will weigh 63% less on Mars; a 120 lbs woman on Earth would weigh

44.4 lbs on Mars.

This also means that if you can jump 2 feet on Earth, you could jump 3.4 feet on Mars,

assuming you aren't in heels.

Humans could not survive breathing in Mars' atmosphere, which is 100 times thinner than

that of Earth.

While Earth's atmosphere is a whopping 77% nitrogen and 21% oxygen (with a measly .038%

Carbon Dioxide), Mars' atmosphere is only 0.15% Oxygen and 96% Carbon Dioxide.

With such a thin atmosphere, the resulting atmospheric pressure on Mars is only about

1% of that found at sea level on Earth.

This is the equivalent pressure found at 22 miles above the Earth's surface.

The tallest mountain on Mars is a shield volcano called Olympus Mons, which is more than twice

the height of Mount Everest.

Scientists have found a lot of recent evidence of volcanic lava which suggests Olympus Mons

may still be active.

It is the second highest mountain in the entire solar system, topped only by the Rheasilvia

central peak on the asteroid Vesta, which is 14 miles high.

The radiation level of Earth is drastically different from that of Mars.

While Earth is protected from most radiation from space because of its strong magnetic

field, Mars has no such field.

The Mars rover Curiosity has enabled us to calculate an average dose of radiation over

its 180-day journey: it is approximately 300 mSv, the equivalent of 24 CAT scans.

By contrast, a person living next to Fukushima's damaged nuclear reactor received a radiation

dose of 68 mSv.

In terms of moons, Earth only has one, named Luna by the Romans, whereas Mars has two,

named Phobos and Deimos.

Both moons were discovered in 1877 and are named after the mythological figures of Phobos

(or fear) and Deimos (or dread).

In Greek mythology, Phobos and Deimos often accompany their father Ares, the god of war,

into battle.

Phobos is a doomed moon because it is spiraling inward at a rate of 1.8 centimeters per year,

and within 50 million years, it will either collide with its parent planet or be torn

into rubble and scattered as a ring around Mars.

For much of the 19th century, it was believed life existed on Mars.

After a false observation of straight lines that appeared to be canals constructed for

irrigation purposes, some scientists concluded that they could only be the work of intelligent

life.

The development of more powerful telescopes in the early Twentieth century determined

that these straight lines were merely an optical illusion.

As of now, no definitive evidence for biosignatures or organics of Martian origin has been identified.

Life on Earth, on the other hand, is believed to be about 4 billion years old.

At this point, some of you might be wondering how humans would fare on Mars.

Because Mars has only 0.6% of Earth's atmospheric pressure, as far as humans are concerned,

the planet might as well be a vacuum.

After around 15 seconds on Mars, the human body would use up all of its oxygen and it

would lose consciousness.

The moisture lining in the lungs, as well as the saliva in the mouth, would boil, in

effect rupturing the lungs.

Any chance of humans living on Mars would obviously require a dramatic terra-formation

of the planet.

We hope you enjoyed this brief comparison of Earth and Mars.

Do you think that humans will ever be able to live on Mars, and if so would you go?

PWF 2016 Henri Monfort interview FR/IT/EN - Duration: 9:22.

me, what matters is not so much the prana, is the pranic state

Prana is all around us

but not because of that people are more tolerant or more free

Prana has always existed It is the energy of life,is all around us

pranic consciousness moves us into awareness that we can live through this energy

only through this energy

not anymore become a predator and stop living in the destruction of the planet,

but to live in harmony with the planet

we are not anymore disconnected from the universe

most people who live in duality are obliged to look outside for their food

to look outside for their action

in the pranic state everything is in

everything is inside, and from there, unity will be installed in life

everything becomes simple and easy and from there we enter the space of respect

respect is tolerance since every human being is unique

there aren't 2 leaves that are the same, there aren't 2 seeds that are the same,

there aren't two human beings that are the same on earth

every being is unique, unique and exceptional

therefore it must be fully respected

once you reach this consciousness of Unity, everything becomes ONE

each person is equally important than another,

is equally fundamental for the universe than another

So, whatever is the tradition, the religion, the color of the skin, the culture

The pranic state allows to reach a state of oneness where everything is ONE

as the Lakota Sioux says "Om Metakhoyasi"

that means all is One All is Unity

and from there, there is no one superior to another

No, all people are on the same plane

and from there all the other kingdoms are affected

it means that humans evolve, and with them the animals evolve

and the mineral kingdom, and the plant kingdom evolve

that's Unity!

There are differences between the pranic state and the present state?

what's the difference between someone who is in duality and someone who is not a person who is

emotions are all harmful, all

either beneficial or malevolent they all are harmful

Emotion comes from the Latin EX MOVERE that means moving out from himself

emotions decentralize you

whether you are experiencing a positive emotion or a negative one, you are no longer you anymore

you are projected, and that's the duality

if you're in the world of emotions you are in suffering

pleasure and pain are the two faces of the same coin

here is only one thing that matters: the feelings, which are not emotions

disease, pain, suffering are illusions

but you can say that only after you come out of it...not when you're still inside ..

when you're in duality you are subjected to these forces

and you're subject to this force called "vital emotional"

the forces of thought, that are all around us

and use us as puppets

coming out of this kind of vessel as Sat Prem said

out of the vase of the mental and of the vital emotional

brings to a State where there is no duality

all is One, there are no emotions anymore

We find ourself in the feelings The feelings make us grow

they give us strength, joy, peace, love

coincidentally all feelings are positive

and when you live in this state you have no emotions

you are never destabilized

but you have feelings. Compassion is a feeling,

but I will not suffer with people I accept that people suffer

but I say that it is not normal that the people suffer

They must emerge from suffering

this is what the Buddha also had realized

the suffering had become unbearable for him

Bodhisattvas say: as long as on this earth there will be someone suffering I will be there

This is the sermon of the Bodhisattva of the realized people

it's the same, when you live in unity, you begin to live in a world where

sickness, suffering, death don't exist anymore

I can not answer questions that relate to other pranic person

since there are several pranic and several different paths

each pranic will do so in a different way

There isn't a path that is better than the other.

There is no one who understands and others who do not

The knowledge of the experiences as the shaman say is

I speak of what I know and I know what I have experienced

what interests me is put in communion and transmit the testimony of what I live

but I only know what I experience

you can not transmit it in words

but a pranic being resounds when meets another pranic being

there is such a vibration of love between us that we want to hug each other

and want to tell each others "we are real human beings, together to change the world! "

it happens that some pranic persons return to take in food

they feel to return to something heavy dense,

something that is not the reality but that is the body imposed by the food

everibody can be pranic now

How can we come out of all the big problems that will arise soon on the Earth

in a few few years or months

overcrowding, destruction of the planet climate change,

all these people dying of hunger worldwide etc.

all these people that are getting old and sick

all that is related to Pranic State is related with food

so if you decide to make a change in your life become pranic

because from there you can change all

every person can become pranic if they wish so

because it's in the mind that happens

it's about going beyond fears and limitations

>> I'M METEOROLOGIST CINDY

FITZGIBBON, ONE OF THE COLDEST

MORNINGS OF THE WINTER SEASON,

LOOK HOW MANY OF US WERE BELOW

ZERO THIS MORNING.

AS COLD AS FOUR BELOW IN NASHUA,

AND 11 BELOW IN ORANGE, SOUTH OF

TOWN WITH THE DEEP SNOW PACK

HERE IN SOUTHEASTERN

MASSACHUSETTS, 10 BELOW IN

TAUNTON, AND EVEN TWO BELOW OVER

TO PLYMOUTH SO COLD START THIS

MORNING FOR SURE.

AND IT IS GOING TO STAY COLD

THROUGHOUT THE DAY.

AVERAGE HIGH THIS TIME OF YEAR

IS IN THE MID 30s.

AND WE'RE GOING TO TRANSITION

CLOSER TO AVERAGE TOMORROW, AND

LOOK WHAT COMES TOWARDS MIDWEEK.

TEMPERATURES SURPASSING THAT

50-DEGREE MARK COMING UP BY

THURSDAY.

THAT WARMTH RIGHT NOW IS SURGING

UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE COUNTRY

AND THE LEADING EDGE OF THE WARM

FRONT WHICH IS PRODUCING A LOT

OF CLOUDS AND SOME SNOW SHOWERS

AND WE'RE GOING TO CONTENT WITH

THOSE THROUGH THE DAY TOMORROW,

AND WE'RE ON THE COLD, DRY SIDE

OF THE HIGH PRESSURE TODAY, SO

SUNSHINE WITH THE AFTERNOON

CLOUDS, AND YOU CAN SEE THE

TEMPERATURES BARELY BUDGE,

HOLDING IN THE TEENS OUT THROUGH

THE WORCESTER HILLS, ELSEWHERE,

ONLY IN THE LOWER 20s TODAY SO

WELL BELOW THE AVERAGE, WE ARE

GOING TO HAVE A BIT OF A WIND

CHILL THIS MORNING.

THE WIND REALLY HAS DIED DOWN,

UNDER TEN MILES PER HOUR AS THEY

SHIFT, WE WILL SEE SOME

INCREASING CLOUD COVER, BUT

CLEAR TO PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES

THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS, AND

TEMPERATURES DON'T DROP QUITE AS

MUCH DUE TO THE SOUTHWESTERLY

WIND, SO IT'S MOSTLY IN THE

TEENS, A FEW SINGLE DIGITS BUT

WE'RE NOT TALKING ABOUT THE

SUBZERO READINGS THAT WE HAVE

THIS MORNING.

IT'S A DRY START TO THE DAY

TOMORROW, AND HERE COMES THE

WARM FRONTAL BOUNDARY, THE

CLOUDS FILL IN AND AS WE GET

TOWARDS THE SECOND HALF OF THE

DAY, WE'RE GOING TO WATCH AN

AREA OF SNOW TRANSITION TO RAIN

OVER OUR AREA, AND BEHIND IT

ONCE WE ARE IN THE MILDER AIR

ANOTHER BIT OF RAIN OVERNIGHT ON

TUESDAY NIGHT AND INTO THE FIRST

PART OF WEDNESDAY.

SO A LITTLE TO MESSY WEATHER TO

GET THROUGH, RAINFALL AMOUNTS

COULD REACH CLOSE TO A HALF AN

INCH IN EASTERN MASSACHUSETTS,

AND PERHAPS EXCEEDING A HALF AN

INCH CLOSER TO AN INCH IN THE

WESTERN PART, SO WELCOMED RAIN

ON THE WAY, BUT TOMORROW MAY BE

A BIT TRICKY FOR THE EVENING

COMMUTE, THAT'S WHY WE HAVE

HIGHLIGHTED IT AS AN IMPACT

WEATHER DAY, YOU CAN SEE BY 4:00

IN THE AFTERNOON, A BIT OF SNOW

HERE IN THE BERKSHIRES,

APPROACHING THE WORCESTER HILLS

WHERE WE'LL MIX WITH AND CHANGE

TO RAIN, AND BY THE TIME IT GETS

TO ALONG THE COASTLINE SO ANY

SNOW ACCUMULATION WOULD BE A

COATING TO AN INCH AT MOST.

IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE A BIG

DEAL, AND A SECOND BIT OF RAIN

COMES IN, IN THE OVERNIGHT AND

THAT IS WITH US EARLY ON

WEDNESDAY MORNING, AND EXITING

QUICKLY SO I DON'T THINK IT HAS

MUCH IMPACT ON THE DAY, WE'RE

DRYING OUT AND WARMING IT UP AND

YOU CAN SEE WE'RE AT OR ABOVE

THAT 50-DEGREE MARK INTO FRIDAY

AND WE BEGIN A COOLDOWN WHICH

WILL SETTLE US BACK CLOSER TO

It was Trump, the oompaloompa, who was the inspiration - actually it was grandma who inspired me

Trump was only the cause of our conversation, the heat that lead my grandmother talking about war,

the fights and the walls between Afghanistan and Russia

It was when I heard the latter, I felt big magic happening for my book's background history.

Grandma's stories and knowledge about history are almost always inspiring

Big magic sometimes is only 100 metre out of reach

I knew what I wanted to search, what words I wanted to understand and images I wanted to see

I have one major advice for you that has always helped me. Go out, go to a museum, soak up all the culture

Read about Russia until your eyes get tired, your vingers raw from turning pages, but most of all...

Save all information, write down notes of what you saw in the museum and take pictures

A pin here, a pin there, steampunk vintage scissors were what I looked for on Pinterest and ideas came forth.

I'm not saying, buy a ticket to Egypt to taste the atmosphere, I'm not that crazy

eventhough Egypt is now on my travel bucketlist

An app like Pinterest and sources in the area will get you on the way

I once read that you had to visit a city/country before writing about it, so I asked a fellow authortuber for help

Jenna answered, and I could hear her say it:

What is a Social Justice Warrior? - What is an SJW? - English Hot Topic - 21st century buzzword - Duration: 5:24.

Unless you've been living under

mossy rock for the past 15 months

you will no doubt be aware that

the general air of debate concerning

social issues and the opinions held

about them have been to say the least heated.

Rarely a day goes by now without

a new issue popping up above the parapet of social discourse.

women's rights, sexuality, religion, what can and cannot be said in public.

All of these things have become hot topics of debate.

There are many words that tend to be used

during these debates some of these words

are used so as to get a reaction of some sort.

This to and fro of harsh words tend

to emanate from both sides of the

argument in equal amounts it would

appear that these days there is no

longer a middle ground where opinion is

concerned there was a time when most

arguments fell into what we call middle politics (centre)

however these days there seems to be

more pressure on those wishing to

express themselves vocally to take on

what some view as extreme views.

In fact the word 'extreme' has become a generic

sounding word often used to describe

someone we strongly disagree with they

say that sticks and stones break bones

but words can never harm us.

While this is true there are certain trigger

words and terms that have become

commonplace especially on social media

one such phrase is 'social justice warrior'

or SJW for short.

social justice warrior is a term that is used to

describe a person who professes to stand

up for or defend those in certain social

groups who appeared to be hard done by

or mistreated they want to bring to the

forefront their own progressive views

and opinions as a way of changing the

perception of what they see as

intolerance and injustice.

The word progressive is a word that is often used

negatively by those who see the social

justice movement as those bringing in

their own version of suppression

and censorship the word progressive

simply means change or new rules to

bring forward new ways of looking at

social issues and those affected by them

can be described as being progressive

political correctness has also become a

hot topic over the past few years with

some people feeling that the so-called

pc brigade are creating an oversensitive

nation of ''snowflakes'' who are all too

easily offended those who react strongly

to counter arguments are said to have been

triggered by what they saw or heard the

trigger is whatever caused the outrage

an uncontrollable reaction to something

that has offended someone is what being triggered is.

progressive thinking is often viewed as being liberal

while anything that pushes against that model

is seen as extreme or right-leaning so

the choice becomes total freedom or

total control of course in reality

neither of those things really exist in

the mainstream the average person in the

street might find themselves agreeing

with both sides of an argument at

different times whatever the argument

happens to be about sometimes those

opinions may change or fluctuate over

time between now and 2020 the world will

have to address some really tough issues

especially concerning just how much

freedom the average citizen should have

too much freedom can be just as bad as

too little it is more than likely that

overtime middle politics will eventually

become a larger part of the zeitgeist

the agitated pendulum of current opinion

will over time

ease back to something less erratic

so who is right and who is wrong

at the moment it would appear that

whoever has the loudest voice wins the

argument venting ones anger has become

the new spectator sport especially on

the Internet where the left and right

slug it out together on sites such

as Twitter and YouTube like a bunch of

drunks brawling in a bar to those

trapped in-between these opposing sides

it would appear that those in the middle

seem to have no voice at the moment

their one drowned out wish is that

perhaps people should just take a step

back and try to see things from a more

realistic perspective

Hozd magad formába: 3 isteni quinoás recept | 3 Delicious Quinoa Bowl Recipe - Duration: 10:37.

Hey Guys, I'm Fatima from Yama Kitchen

First of all I'd like to wish you all a wonderful 2017

In the spirit of starting fresh this year

And eating healthier, making better and healthier chocies

I'd like to share with you three delicious quinoa bowl recipes

You're going to need a good amount of quinoa that you can make in advance

and then keep eating it throughout the week with different seasonings, salads and toppings

and today I'm showing you my 3 favourite ways to make these bowls awesome

so let's go over the ingredients

First of all, as I've already mentioned we're gonna need some quinoa

it is really easy to make

you need to wash your quinoa before cooking it

I've washed this ahead of time

I ran it under cold water with the help of a drainer

because the outside of the quinoa is covered with a bitter substance

so basically if we didn't wash it off the quinoa would be inedible

but if we wash it over once and then cook it twice as much water as the quinoa, it'll be perfect

You can add some salt once it's fully cooked

but the other ingredients will add really rich flavours to the quinoa anyways

The first combo that I came up with is going to be a chicken quinoa bowl

I'm going to garnish the chicken with oriental spices like tumeric, cumin, cayenne pepper, garlic

I'm goin to add a ton of egg plant that I'll caramellise with all the spices and it'll be really yummy fried I just love it

I'm also going to make a fresh salad on the side-because I love adding crunchy, fresh veggies to my cooked meals

the salad is also going to be an oriental type of salad

I'm going to add some cherry tomatoes, cucumber cut into small cubes, parsley or cillantro

I prefer cilantro but I could only find parsley at the store

And a good amount of lemon juice is going on top of the salad to finish it off

The next topping that I choose is actually prawns

I'll season this with spices and honey

I'm going to add oregano, garlic, cayenne pepper because I can't get enough of it so I just had to add a little bit in here too

I'll also add a generous amount of lemon juice because it completes all kinds of seafood very well

and then I'll add some red onions

and some red and yellow bell peppers

I'll let this veggie mixture fry and combine together and then I'll fry up the prawns

The third quinoa bowl will be completely vegetarian

I'll fry up some cubed sweet potatoes

It will caramellise and so it'll become even sweeter

I'll also add some red kidney beans. I'm using canned beans here but

It has a great nutritional value

It's very filling so it's a great choice if you don't eat meat

I'll put half on avocado on top, sprinkle it with some lime juice

And that'd be the three versions of quinoa bowls. Let's get started on the chicken-eggplant one.

To make the chicken, heat up a pan with the olive oil

I'm using a non-stick pan

Add the garlic and the spices, then the chicken and finally the eggplant

We'll cook the whole thing until it becomes golden brown and looks like a stew

To make the prawns, heat up a pan with some olive oil

I'll add the spices and fry the prawns in this spicy oil

Then I'll set them aside on a papertowel

And then in the same oil I'll sauté the veggies

and this is how it'll become a really delicious mixture of flavours

To make the veggie bowl sauté the sweet potatoes in olive oil with some salt and pepper

it's done when all the sides are golden brown

As you can see everything is ready to be served

First, I'll prepare the chicken quinoa bowl with the salad

The base of our bowl is of course the quinoa, I'll make a bed for the toppings

This is the foundation if you will

It's so fluffy when it's cooked. I really love the texture of it.

When I first tried to make quinoa I didn't wash it

and it was so bitter that I thought it's impossible to make something yummy out of it

but luckily, I was wrong :)

It usually fills me up pretty quickly so this is a huge portion

but I want this to be pretty so I don't mind if it's a bit too much

Let's add the chicken

And we also have a salad here that'll be done in no time

because I already chopped up the vegetables

I'll toss them around a bit

I'll squeez some lemon juice over

and I'll also pour some extra virgin olive oil to the mixture

Next I'll add a big pile of salad

I also leave a qurter of a lemon on the plate just to make sure it's enough

For the final touch I'll sprinkle some feta cheese on the very top. This salty flavour goes well with all the other spices in this dish

and the chicken quinoa bowl is done

Now it's time to serve the prawns with the quinoa

I'm going to use a plate made of sugarcane

Just like before

I'll fill this plate up with quinoa

let's add the prawns

they're so pink and pretty

when I first saw a prawn uncooked

I couldn't imagine that it'll change colour like this once fried

because when they're still grey...well they don't look that apppealing

I'll add the satuéed veggies

Look at these beautiful colours

In the winter it's great to find the way to bring colours on the plates

They say the more colourful your plate is the healthier your diet is.

As a final touch, let's squeez some lemon juice on top of our prawns

And we're done with the second bowl.

For the veggie bowl, let's make a bed of quinoa once again on the sugarcane plate

Let's add the sweet potato-bean mixture

scoop out half an avocado, it'll make this dish super creamy

place it in the middle of the bowl

For me it's crutial to add some lemon juice on top of the avocado

so I'll squeez some on top

Aaand we're done with the third, vegetarian quiona bowl
