hey whats up guys

osburn here and it's a new year so why

not start with some fresh new apps as

always these apps are down in the

description box and they all are free so

go ahead and check those links out i did

do some digging to get these abs so if

you enjoy the video to hit the like

button and if you're new to the show

let's get to today's apps

the first step is called pocket and it's

a nice little application that lets you

see of articles and web pages to read

offline

all you have to do is simply go to the

web page of your choice and then hit

share and once you do that you got hit

on the pocket app what it does is that

it saves at this entire webpage or the

article in its app so once you go into

the pocket app and turn off your

connectivity you can see that the entire

application is ready for you to use

where the article is ready for you to

read so this makes it really nice and

easy for all those bookworms you like to

read all the time so once you're done

reading it all you have to do is you can

add kind of the article and all you can

delete it if you want to

this makes all the reading the world and

easy task

the second is dash Lee it's a password

manager and gone are the days when you

can forget your password and you have to

go through a lengthy procedure to get it

back

this app keeps track of all of your

passwords from various different

applications be skype Amazon Facebook

exception it does more than just keep

track but you can add more accounts as

well so if you fill in your details

it also has a neat little feature of

providing an auto-fill on various

websites such as your name and address

and all those micro details so it comes

really handy for those people who have a

hard time remembering your password

it also comes with the password for the

app so as to keep away from the people

to get into the app and access the

information that you have saved secretly

so give this one a try if you're like me

and cannot remember every single

password that you set the third is pixel

filter now this especially for Amelie

displeased if you have one

this is a blessing what it does is that

it will light up only a certain

percentage of pixels which in turn saves

battery and you can set this percentage

now there are different applications

where you can set the threshold or you

can set the various refresh rate so that

these all the same pixels are not

overused and it comes with other cool

features as well it's a very simple

application that reduces the amount of

pixels that are displayed on the screen

that will in turn save your battery life

now do do not do this if you are viewing

a video and stuff like that is just when

your phone is on standby anyone squeeze

some more battery from your device

this next one is an absolute time killer

and it's an awesome game called time

locker

it is a two-handed game and all you have

to do is move front or back blasting

through the animals in your part

now you need to make sure that you're

destroying the animals before they get

to you it is a really nice endless

runner game and I found myself playing

it for hours

so there are upgrades and there are

different characters you can play with

so also they have different abilities so

you can unlock this as you go along the

way so this is a nice little application

if you want to kill time and i

definitely recommend it

the last appt is simple it's called

torchy now all it does is that it uses

the wall Iraqis in order to turn your

LED flash on and off so no longer you'll

have to unlock your phone go through

your menus and put on the LED it's

really simple to use and i definitely

recommend it for times when you need it

all you got to do is if you press your

volume rocker keys together it will

activate reality and to search it off

you just gotta hit the volume up and

volume down one after the other so those

were my top five apps for the start of

this month I thought of going two videos

one of the start and one at the end

considering you guys love it so much so

Friends are hellaway important and if a girl or a guy can't get what he want....

Here come the guidelines in how to be a better friend!

Tip 1: A good friend will allow you to have a opinion even if he disagrees completly.

Why the fuck not!

Why should we feel afraid of someone who just told us hey, I look at it that way, but I'm

only telling you because you are my friend... isn't he coming

out of the closeth for you, telling you that he knows you think differently but that

he yet likes you?

I think, so moving on to

Tip 2: A good friend will give without expecting anything back.

Here take what I got, no you take, no you take it

Okay let's both take it.

Tip 3: A good friend will recieve without feeling uncomfortable.

What a great deal, how nice, okay we'll both take it!

Tip 4: A good friend will not keep secrets from you or talk behind your back.

Tip 8: A good friend is forgiving but disciplined when it comes to crossing lines, the enemy shall not cross the lines my friends

Tip 9: A good friend will be there even if it's uncomfortable (fart sound)...

Tip 10: A good friend will ask you to do something for him as he expects the same of you

Tip 14: A good friend will smile with you and helps you understand mistakes are funny!

Tip 15: A good friend wants you to allow him or her in your life and wants you to learn

from the relationship so it becomes a friendship and that takes us to

Tip 16, lets be serious, A good friend wants to allow you in his or her life so be grateful for what he

or she gives to you.

It's like giving a part of your life and about being open to others.

To share feelings and to understand you can offer the other side of the coin and

help solve problems or help your friends in some hard times

It's about having someone to celibate your and their success with. It's someone who will tell you are nagging, you are to focused on your fucking problems

move on with you life, because life is pretty joyful, just don't stop at the stop-sign whenever it asks you to stop.

because quitting is not an option if you are a true friend, that's about it, that's how you can be a good friend,

Booty Building Dumbbell Workout.

Hello everyone, and welcome back to my channel.

So, because last week I did an upper body routine I can't be the reason why you guys

walked around with a jacked upper body and absolutely no legs.

I mean, we've all seen that, and it's not a pretty sight.

To make sure that you have a well balanced physique I created a lower body routine.

This routine is very similar to the upper body one.

And by the way you haven't seen that one, I just link it down below for you.

This routine's gonna be all about building the booty and leaning out the legs.

Let's get started!

Starting off the workout with GOBLET SQUATS.

Here you keep your feet a bit wider than your shoulder width apart.

Don't let your knees go over your toes, keep your core tight and your chest is up.

Make sure you're pushing from your heel, not your toes, and then you squeeze your glutes

at the top.

Now we're gonna go into GOBLET SQUAT PULSES for 30 seconds.

The cat is optional, but it's always a good workout buddy.

Next up we're doing SINGLE LEG GLUTE BRIDGE.

It's a really good exercise for the booty and the core.

But once again make sure that you're pushing up with your heel and not your toes.

Once you're done with one leg then switch to the other one and complete another 10 reps.

Once you completed all 20 reps on single leg, go into a normal one and do another 10 reps.

That's included in your super set.

Onto SUMO DEADLIFTS.

Notice that my feet are a bit wider here and rotated externally.

This is what you call the sumo position.

Slowly go down keeping a slight bend in your knees, go as far as you can and on your way

up feel the contraction in the back of your legs.

That means your hamstrings and your glutes.

More deadlifts, yay!

So now we're doing SINGLE LEG DEADLIFTS.

On these ones you want to keep everything really tight, especially your core to help

you stay in balance.

Go down slowly and once again, squeeze your hamstrings and your glutes on the way up.

You want to keep your hips parallel to the ground and not twist them, so that they open

up.

We're gonna do 8 per leg.

It's possible that you have one leg that's stronger than the other and you have better

balance on that leg.

If you're struggling with balance feel free to hold onto something around you or you can

put your foot down after every rep.

A little break from the weights here, but it's a great exercise if you want to build

the booty.

All you're doing is kicking backwards and squeezing the glutes once again.

As you guys noticed by now I'm saying SQUEEZE THE GLUTES pretty much every exercise.

And that is because that's what you need to do to start building some muscles there.

You're gonna do 10 reps on one side and then 10 reps on the other.

Onto our last superset: This one's a bit of a finisher and it's definitely gonna get your

heart rate up.

Starting with LUNGE JUMPS AND A OVERHEAD WEIGHT.

Of course you can also do this exercise without the weight.

The last one is a SQUAT HOLD which burns so bad with a FRONTAL RAISE.

This will force you to keep your core really tight the entire time.

After this last superset I think you'll be completely done.

Don't forget to stretch and refuel with good nutrition.
