Hi and welcome to my new video. I'm Revyls and the topic today is Bless Online.
To get the possibility to play the Open Beta in Russia.
I'm gonna make a video with 2 Parts out of this project.
First part is about how you can connect to the Russian Open Beta Server.
To get the possibility to test the game on the russian open beta servers.
The second Video will be about Gameplay, Character Creation, Classes, Races, Combat System etc.
For the first Video, I want to show you how you can Download the Bless.
How you can create an Account on the 101XP Website. This is the russian Publisher of Bless.
The open beta is running since beginning of december 2016 and will continue probably till the release in russia.
First Step is to visit the Russian Bless Online Page and create an account. You can use google translate to your native language.
All important links will be in the description of the video.
When you are on this page this is the official russian page for Bless Online.
The first thing you notice is that everything is russian.
How I can create an account now without russian?
There is an easy way. Just use google translate to your native language or english.
Then you are good to go and you can create your account.
Just type in your email adresse and you will get a password via mail and how you can activate your account.
The good thing is that you dont need an alpha or beta key. You can start straight away.
Next Step is to download the Client. Its around 2 MB in size and will download and Install the game.
Its the same like Battle.net Client or Game Launcher from NCSoft.
Next Step after downloading is to install the client. It will be russian but easy to get through.
After the installation process you can see the client. You navigate to Bless and click Install.
You need to login first with your account details. You got the password via mail after signing up.
There are possibilities to repair the game if you need a translation :)
The Downloadsize will be around 17-18 GB so make sure that you have enough discspace. Its not small!
It will install the game after the download is finished. Because its P2P it can take a while.
With a 50k Mbit connection I got it around 1 1/2 - 2h
You need to hope that you get a good connection.
After downloading and installing you are almost done and the worst part is over.
The next step is the english translation pack. Link for the Pack is in the description.
They already translated most parts of the KR Beta and doing it now for the russian.
After the download is finished just unzip the folder and copy everything in it into the localization folder. The folder is on your Bless Install Path.
Now just paste the files and accept. The game will be mostly english now.
The next step is a bit more confusing. There is a region lock for the russian open beta so you need to have a Russian IP.
To solve this issue you can use like me Premiumize.me as your VPN or every free VPN which will work to get a russian IP.
Good thing about Premiumize.me is that its not just a VPN you can use it for OneClick Hoster like Uploaded, Shareonline etc.
You can just use one account for everything. I payed 9,99€ for 2 Month of the service.
If you gonna use premiumize.me there is an easy tutorial how to setup their VPN on your Windows PC.
There you can see the already setup russian VPN in my windows settings. I just followed the tutorial.
You can check after connection if you got now a Russian IP adress on my sites. Now we are Russkis! Nastrovje!
Next Step is pretty easy. Just click Play and Enjoy.
Im gonna start it to show you if there are any errors and how it should look if everything worked fine.
After clicking on Start a loading screen will appear.
This on the right side is probably some kind of game guard we know from korean MMORPG's
With this loading screen the game is checking if you got a russian IP. If not the game wont start and you wont see the loading screen.
There is a diffrence between playing the Open Beta in South Korea or in Russia the ping will be ok with a good VPN. Get a good VPN.
Ive payed for premiumize.me 9,99€ for two month and I could use the OneClickHoster.
If you dont want to spend any money you can still use free VPN.
If you even got a really shitty VPN you just need the IP to connect. After beeing ingame you can disable the VPN and use your normal connection.
The Client only checks in the beginning if you got a russian IP.
Here we are already in the faction screen. Everything worked fine!
Where you can choose between the two factions. Hieron or Union.
You got the Settings on the bottom Left for Graphics and Audio.
We cant change Key or Gamesettings because we are still not ingame.
There are advanced details etc. to get the best possible for your PC.
Im not gonna create a character yet and everything about character creation will be in the next video about Bless.
We gonna look over Classes, Races and overall game design.
Do we have a tab target system or an action mode like in Blade and Soul etc. will be in the next video.
For me the Open World PvP will be a very interesting thing.
Will it be an open world map or with instances like Elder Scrolls Online.
I hope that this game will have a good oppurtunity to do PvP withouth restrictions.
Or People starting lagging because the enginge is crap.
