I have three kids of my own.
My oldest daughter, a junior in high school,
is planning to go to college.
For her, college isn't just a dream—it's a possibility.
But that possibility only exists because I have the freedom to
negotiate a fair wage, because I have
the freedom to attend my kids' school conferences.
Because I have the freedom to give my family a decent life.
Without my freedom to join a strong union,
going to college would just be a dream for my daughter.
