wanted to give you a recap of Friday's
activity for my 30 day video challenge
from my MLM company International silver
Network man as you guys know I'm just
giving a recap of my activity Monday
through Friday what I do throughout the
day to advance my network marketing
company is N and Friday was a was a very
very good day
no closes but I advanced you know I
pushed that rock forward so to speak so
I started off I put up three videos on
Friday how to edit those and put those
up I Trant I trained a new rep on how to
call leads a rep had called me for a
couple three ways so we did a couple
couple three ways on that I called a new
lead from yesterday it was a big non
from Thursday that was a big network
marketer and that went very well and
sent him the information we're going to
follow up on on Monday tomorrow and and
I also followed up on an older lead than
I had and left a message for that
gentleman and I will call him again
Monday I also called a lead for Jim Jim
Lowe's my best partner lead that he's
been working on and I finally flush it
out the guy wasn't ready to move forward
so that was excellent and I made 30
dials and I had and let me tell ya I
spoke with four and two said yes they
wanted information which I'll be
following up with them on Friday so that
was excellent I also did some recruiting
on Facebook which went well and they're
taking a look at the information so it
was it was a good day guys
oh and I've been reading and a little
bit of downtime my book from Gary
Vaynerchuk Jab Jab Jab right hook
incredible incredible incredible so
a phenomenal phenomenal day I ended up
on Friday going and then I ended up
lifting and running Friday Friday night
after was all said and done so it was a
great day it was a fantastic day for me
for ISN and I'm really pushing hard guys
I've got two weeks until this contest is
over for the Caribbean cruise I'm the
only one at the level where I am I've
got recruited every one two and a half
times and I want to even hit the next
level they made for me because I had
gotten so many points so I'm going to
keep pushing hard keep doing that DMO
the daily method of operation and keep
forging ahead so hey guys if you

HEAD ON EAST PRESTON STREET.
FIVE PEOPLE SHOT, THREE DEAD, IN
12 HOURS.
10:00 SUNDAY MORNING, POLICE
FIND A 35-YEAR-OLD MAN WITH A
GUNSHOT WOUND IN THE BACK OF HIS
HEAD.
IT HAPPENED IN THE 1600 BLOCK OF
ASQUITH STREET.
THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD
AT A HOSPITAL.
THAT SHOOTING COMING ON THE
HEELS OF A VIOLENT NIGHT.
A 26-YEAR-OLD MAN TOLD POLICE HE
WAS SITTING IN A CAR, IN THE
1800 BLOCK OF PRESSBURY STREET,
AROUND 10:00 SATURDAY NIGHT,
WHEN SOMEONE STARTED SHOOTING.
THE VICTIM WAS SHOT IN THE BACK
AND IS EXPECTED TO RECOVER.
15 MINUTES LATER, A DOUBLE
HOMICIDE.
18-YEAR-OLD STEVEN JACKSON FOUND
WITH A GUNSHOT WOUND TO HIS HEAD
AT BALTIMORE AND CAREY STREETS.
AROUND THE CORNER, 29-YEAR-OLD
LARRY LAWSON WAS FOUND WITH A
GUNSHOT WOUND TO HIS ABDOMEN.
BOTH MEN DIED AT SHOCK TRAUMA.
THEN AROUND 10:40 SATURDAY
NIGHT, OFFICERS RESPONDED TO A
CALL FOR A WALK-IN SHOOTING
VICTIM.
THE 29-YEAR-OLD MAN TOLD POLICE
HE WAS SHOT IN THE 1300 BLOCK OF
SERGEANT STREET.
POLICE SAY THE VICTIM SUFFERED A
GRAZE WOUND.
POLICE ARE ASKING ANYONE WITH

okay we won't explain what am I going to
do for the next week's for my 10-week
volumizes challenge I had two reasons
what am I trying to do this
the floor is energy because I show the
one to make real content for you guys to
make it especially easy for most people
who doesn't know how to start one to eat
what exercise to do in the gym I truly
want to show you guys what I do do in
shape fast in such a short period at
least ten weeks
I have researched a lot in the past and
I have learned a lot of techniques that
will help me to improve my muscle tissue
and to to gain shape by doing safe
things without some really making my
body get into a high high level of
stress and I want to show you guys that
is possible to build muscle tissue and
to get shred at the same time I have
done in the past okay I know it's not
meant to tell you how it's going to work
so I will calculate a what I beat and I
will turn my workout sessions so you
guys can do it in the next place this is
a really different training session so a
usual of techniques which are the
opposites superset 57 portions I use all
of these things to make my workout
sessions say I don't choose believe and
live right super super heavy work I
cannot believe the way so I raised
myself only trying to be done so I want
to luckily instead of that I use a lot
of techniques in this way I can make
really struggling muscles without having
to use a lot a lot of weight thank you

Testing Out Daily Vlogs, Welcome to the First One! - DragoNate Daily Vlog - Sunday 2017/04/30 - Duration: 2:57.
well hello there it is Sunday and
welcome to the first of my daily
vlogging videos I'm going to try out
some daily vlogs doing the exact same
thing I have been doing but instead of
making one big video at the end of the
week I'm going to do one video every day
so I'm going to record this tonight and
then upload it tomorrow Monday morning
when you guys will be seeing this and
we're going to test this out for daily
stuff and see how that works I do like
the idea that and it will at least allow
me to make one video and hopefully not have
such a huge long video with a bunch of
stuff in there and I don't have to
condense all the information so much as
it's a lot for me to talk about in a
single day then I can kind of do that
and this video can kind of go on for I
don't know 5-10 minutes
I really can't see it any one of these
videos going on for longer than 10
minutes though to be honest so today not
only did I play a new game that I got a
request to play for my Fiverr page I also
edited it which is very difficult for me
to do to record and edit the video in
one day that usually does not work for
me and I usually procrastinate a bunch
just because I find it very difficult to
sit down for long periods of time doing
kind of the same thing over and over but
it worked on that edited it and it took
me a long time to get that done and it
written the video render time was like 4
hours or so which is ridiculous but it's
again because I had two videos on top of
each other and multiple video effects
applied to the one so that's what pretty
much my entire day consisted of was that
and then the rest of it of course like
usual mom and I watched videos we
always do this every Sunday I also took
a bit of a nap and there really isn't
too too much else for me to talk about
so oh but I did if you guys want to see
the slide challenge I talked about
literally yesterday so you can just go
to my Instagram which is just DragoNateYT
and you'll see the video for of the
different slides that I did and why it
was such
silliness but it was so much fun and I
guess that's it so today was a great day

because you know time change know that
yeah and let me know what you think of
this daily video idea I mean granted
this is the first one so there's really
not a whole heck of a lot for you to say
anything about right now but and we'll
try this for at least a week probably
I'll probably do for a for at least a
couple of weeks and we'll see how that
all goes and I'm sure it'll be fine I'm
sure I'm sure this will kind of be an
interesting thing and yeah we'll see how
that goes that's either way for now see
