Today I want to explore an big issue

that a lot of people have sent me messages about.

"What can I do to grow taller?"

Also,

"Would training affect my height?"

So I want to explore these two questions

and assess whether or not its true.

Also, if there's any way to grow taller.

Now, lets begin our discussion.

First: "Would training affect my height"

Actually, it won't.

I don't know why so many people thing this

but you should consider:

there are many athletes, the most high class, most professional

just like the sprinter, Usain Bolt, he starting training at around age 14

taking his training very seriously. All of his training very strenuous.

But he still grew to be tall.

There are many athletes that workout and grow to be short.

There are also that many that workout and grow to be tall.

So this is to let you see that working out is a factor.

A factor is your genetics.

Your genetics have the most effect on your height.

So you don't need to worry about if you train you'll be short.

This is something you can't really control.

This is what your genetics determine.

This factor is more fixed.

So when you're about 16 years old, I think you can start training.

Just like myself, I started training at 16 years old.

I don't think this is a problem.

As long as you don't overdo it

But even if you do, you still will grow to the height determined by your genetics

Just like my brother for example

Me and my brother have very similar genetics.

But my brother never trained. He just wakes up.

On the other hand, from 16 years old I started training a bit.

But as a result, we were still the same height.

So would training affect your height?

If so, then why am I not shorter than my brother?

I don't think this makes any sense.

I'll let you guys see that my brother and I have no difference in height.

Also, my father from a young age was always workout out.

As a result, he is still taller than me and my brother.

Why hasn't his height been affected by training?

Also, why haven't my height been affected by training?

How come me and my brother are shorter than my father?

So I don't think this makes sense.

You should spend more time and effort on increasing things you can control

such as your muscle mass, your personality, wearing more attractive clothing

This is more important than your height.

Also, this is what you can control.

So that's the first question.

"Would training affect your height?"

I don't think it will.

The second question is "What to do to grow taller?"

So,

Its like I just replied to this question.

Actually, there is no healthy way to make you grow taller.

Your genetics determine your height.

This is already finished. You're too late.

You probably have to wait for the next life.

Probably in the next life you would be a basketball player.

But in this life you're too late.

Probably give up on that dream of growing taller.

A lot of people believe that stretching,

start playing basketball,

that these will help you grow taller.

But I don't believe this makes any sense.

There are many people that do yoga who still grow to be short.

There are many people that do yoga who aren't tall at all.

So this stretching theory in the end, has no significance.

Also, many people believe that if you play basketball

because many basketball players are tall you will also become tall.

This also doesn't make any sense.

It's because they have extraordinary height

they will have more desire to play basketball.

That's why many basketball players are tall.

But its not as a result of basketball why they are tall.

So you'll notice many people play basketball

but what about their height?

About the same as mine.

Or shorter than me.

So there really is no way to make yourself grow taller.

You genetics say that you'll grow to 170cm

Then you're just a 170cm person.

You genetics say that you'll grow to 200cm

then you'll grow to that height.

whenever we discuss about the aho

feature that means automatic headlight

on feature in motorcycles the first

question which comes to our mind is will

it affect my battery life if you also

have the same question then stay tuned

with me in this video when I discuss the

possible implications we all are aware

that when the motorcycle engine is

running the battery is getting charged

so how this is achieved so in simple

language when the motorcycle engine is

running the alternator produces enough

power output which is required to charge

the battery however many of us may not

be aware that at low engine rpm

alternator may not produce enough power

to start charging of the battery so now

this is the risk we are we are in a city

traffic condition we are running at a

low rpm due to the iho feature our

headlight is on an alternator is not

charging the battery so headlight is

drawing current from the battery and

thus our battery will get drain right

this is what we are thinking but wait

when I discuss the same thing with the

Royal info service center guys and one

of my subscribers who also took his

Thunderbird 350s delivery two days back

he also confirmed with the royal and

filled eyes and they said that to cater

to this problem they have installed a

bigger permanent magnet so that means

even if the engine is running at the low

rpm alternator will produce enough power

to start the charging of the battery so

they are trying to reduce the risk of

battery getting drain at the low rpm due

to aho or if the system works perfectly

fine then the risk may get completely

eliminated let's see if it is reliable

time will tell the story so that's

that's a good initiative they have done

their part but is it enough to save our

battery from the automatic headlight on

feature well i personally believe no i

mean from our side also we need to take

care of few things for example the new

feature of the bigger permanent magnet

will only be helpful when the engine is

running that means the alternator is

producing power which is then getting

utilized to charge the battery however

the headlight is getting on whenever we

turn on the ignition key so when we just

turn on the ignition key the engine is

not running alternator is not producing

power and thus it is not charging the

battery but the head light is on and it

is drawing current from battery and

draining the battery so we must

understand one thing that you turn on

ignition key only when you want to

immediately start the engine and keep

moving so at the traffic signal you

should always switch off your ignition

instead of just killing your engine so
