In this video, we'll be taking a look at where median home values went in the 1st quarter

of 2017 in Sonoma County.

. But before we do that let take a quick look

at interest rates. Good news here.

Interesting enough, we are seeing interest rates trending down as of late.

By the end of the first quarter of this year interest rates were down near 2017 lows at

4.14%.

Excellent news for buyers in need of financing.

Hijab Shawl Tutorial 2017 - How To Easily Make a Hijab Criss Cross Style in 2 Minutes! - Duration: 2:52.

Hey Zolace fans!

Welcome back to another edition of Hijab Friday!

Today we're excited to bring you a look that might seem hard to do at first glance,

but it's actually super easy!

We're creating a unique criss cross style that gives you great dimension by providing

a blossoming look that doesn't look bulky.

This is made possible by the Zehna Bubble Rectangle Shawl, shown here in the colour Watermelon.

It just might be the easiest shawl you've ever worked with— It's the perfect weight

for styling, and comes in many colours too!

Also, make sure you have an inner that matches your skin tone or headscarf since it will

be shown.

Today we've paired this look with the Classically Captivating Dress in Grey for a classic but

modern look.

So, just grab 4 pins and we'll get started!

First, put the shawl over you and slide it to one corner, so your head is resting near

one of the tips.

Have just enough fabric so you can pin the corner right by your ear.

This will ensure the rest of the shawl is slanted properly for easy wrapping.

Line the shawl around your face in a slightly forward slanted motion, and gently pin it

to the other side.

Take the shawl and continue wrapping it around your head guiding it slightly towards the

back to give it that criss cross look.

Once you've brought it back around, pin it again close to your ear.

Continue wrapping the fabric and pin the last piece up on your shoulder.

Make any final adjustments, and you're done!

In just two minutes, you've created a stunning shawl look that is perfect for any occasion.

You can dress it up for a function or simply wear it to work or school.

Don't be afraid to try something new, you'll be glad you did for this one!
