In reality you are actually seeking acceptance and respect from other people.

How do we earn respect of others?

Nobody likes lazy people. Make sure you make a effort in every area of life.

People around you will like you for it.

Keep your promises.

If you promise your friend you are going to help him move last week.

Make sure you do. Otherwise you will loose his/her respect straight away.

Don't pretend to be nice.

We naturally think if we are nice people will be nice to us.

If you don't show your honest reaction, people will start to get confused.

The more you are straight with people the more you earn respect.

If you don't know something, make sure you say it.

Its hard to say "I don't know" for most people.

They try to pretend that know everything. This will put off a lot of people.

Nobody's perfect and we can't know everything about the universe.

You only receive respect, if you give respect.

A lot of teachers, leaders and bosses try to take respect forcefully.

Things you get forcefully never last.

The Cecile B. Demille Lifetime Achievement award went to Meryl Streep at this years Golden

Globes, and when Streep gave her acceptance speech, she used the time to talk about the

most powerful performance she saw this year.

Naming it as the performance that stood out the most to her for not necessarily being

good, but that it did its job.

Streep was speaking on Donald Trumps role that landed him in the White House.

"It kind of broke my heart when I saw it, and I still can't get it out my head because

it wasn't in a movie, it was in real life.

That instinct to humiliate when it's modeled by someone in a public platform, it filters

down into everyone's life because it gives permission for others to do the same."

After being introduced by Golden Globe winner Viola Davis, who described Streep as the reason

why she feels proud to be an artist, Streep went on to describe what kind of town Hollywood

was.

She explained, it was really just a town of people from other places, outlining her New

Jersey upbringing, plus the non-Los Angeles backgrounds of Sarah Paulson, Sarah Jessica

Parker, Amy Adams, and Natalie Portman just to name a few.

She finished off sarcastically with, "Where are their birth certificates?"

"Hollywood is crawling with outsiders and foreigners, and if you kick us all out, you'll

have nothing to watch except for football and mixed martial arts, which are not arts."

And as if her speech was not emotional enough, the legendary actress finished off by sharing

what her old friend Princess Leia used to tell her,

The backlash that came from last year's Oscars lacking diversity led to many boycotting the

Academy awards, and sparked the conversation of #OscarsSoWhite.

It seems that Hollywood is listening because tonight's 74th annual Golden Globe awards

was filled with celebrating people of color and diversity.

One of the first awards of the night made history, giving its win to Tracee Ellis Ross

who won best actress in a comedy/musical television series for her role in Blackish.

She became the first black woman to win in that category since Debbie Allen won for "Fame"

in 1983.

Filled with excitement and emotion, Tracee accepted her speech on behalf of women of

color in the industry saying,

"This is for all of the women, women of color and colorful people whose stories, ideas,

thoughts are not always considered worthy, valid and important...

But I want you to know I see you.

We see you."

Shortly after the bombshell 44 year-old-left the stage, Donald Glover took home a win for

Atlanta being the best tv series comedy.

Glover took the stage in shock but left us with perhaps the best gem of the night, shouting

out being thankful for 'black folk' and Migo's Bad & Bougie.

Also taking home a globe was 5 time nominee Viola Davis who won best supporting actress

in a tv series drama for her role in Fences.

Ladies and gentlemen we are at part 3 of 4 already!

Today I going to compare millionaires vs. middle class people

Okay so the first 2 parts where awesome in my opinion they need some tweaking because

everyone has another personal preforance in life but

they are quite solid advices

So here comes part 3: nr. 1 Millionaires think long-term while

middle class people think short-term.

When you look at it, it makes sense, the millionaires need people to get things going,

thus the middle class presents the awnser on a short-term bases that can help the millionaires

with their prospects in the future.

The 1st tip is therefor pretty obvious.

nr. 2 Millionaires discuss their ideas with peers hoping to grow the ideas.

Middle class people mostly talk about the latest and greatest things and people.

They are deeply in love with presenting their passions,

their fears, there love and hate towards things and they are driven by it.

nr. 3 Millionaires will embrace the change and make the best out of it.

The middle class however are like the middle ages

they are threatened by change and leave the risky things to those who are capable of handeling

them.

That brings us to nr. 4 millionaires make calculated risks while

the middle class is stunned by the idea alone of taking risks

The risks they do not want to take will fall on their shoulders if they do and therefor

a millionaire goes the extra mile and calculates the risks and the potential

that may come out of that risk.

It's not a lovely thing to do but they do it and still the reward is questionable

in every way.

You can lose it all in a day.

nr. 5 Millionaires continually learn and grow, they can't do anything else otherwise the

risks will catch up.

Middle class however has heard the bell ring and is on a vacation from learning more.

They trade in their learning and work that goes towards learning

for 'vacation'

nr. 6 millionaires work for profits while the middle class works for wages.

A difference in this is that a millionaire rather wants to see his

company make more money then he himself.

A middle class worker want to get the most out of the business

in profits and this way establishes a middle-sized company or works for himself

This point of the star is really golden people!

nr. 7 Millionaires believe they must be generous.

The middle class chooses to believe it can't afford to give.

However Millionaires are generous in very calculated ways.

nr. 8 Millionaires have multiple sources of income.

Anyway, the middle class has only one or two sources of income

Theirs and their partners.. ;)

nr. 9 Millionaires focus on increasing their wealth.

The middle class focuses on increasing its paycheck.

We all like that boat but some of us want it now others want it

when they can afford it.

nr. 10 Millionaires ask themselves empowering questions.

Middle-class people ask themselves disempowering questions.

Am I to fat?

When am I going to make more money?

What time should I get up?

VS Am I looking thinner to you?

Am I going to make more money next year?

What time will I get up?
