I'm Akio Fernandes and I'm Lavesh Salgaonkar
and we're reporting live from the Serendipity Arts Festival
which is taking place in the beautiful state of Goa
The event is being spread across 6 places in Panjim
That is the Adil Shah Palace, Old GMC, Kala Academy
Bandodkar Ground and SAG Ground
This event is the first of its kind to happen in Goa
and Goa has never witnessed such an arts and cultural festival
on such a large magntitude
So because of this, we have a team of 6 people
that are gonna take us through each and every venue
and give us an insight into whats happening at the festival

at the Serendipity Arts Festival.
Today we are gonna interview some of the artists here
What sort of performance did you perform now?
It was Sattriya dance
and it was presented
as part of Drishti
where we had been discussing about the advances of the form
and how with contemporary approach
and interdisciplinary approach
we could see a form like Sattriya
Okay and where are you from?
I'm from Assam
and I presented a work called Parmachitra
which was based on painting and dance
So how was that experience like?
Yes of course, it was a good experience
being a part of this festival, which has helped
conceptualize the interdisciplinary approach
So personally yes
We also got to present our work..
Which we always try to see and percieve
in an interdisciplinary nature

and I'm from Moscow, Russia
Yes, this is my first time in Goa
Oh, I really love the weather
Because now in Russia its 20 below zero(-20)
and thats not okay
and in Goa its fantastic weather and people and really good
I come to this festival from Kochi-Biennale
Becuase I'm really interested in Arts
and this festival has lot of interdisciplinary things like
Theatre, Exhibition
Photos and Videos..
and I really love it
Incredible Love
and I'm really excited about the exhibition
specially in the old GMC
Its about the technological things and its really amazing
No....
I visited about 4 venues
Kala
*Referring to SAG Ground with the Circus*
and third one is old GMC, and this is the fourth one
I say best experience is Old GMC
I think because theres lot more exhibition

Where are you from?
We're from Bangalore, we drove all the way to Goa to take part in this fest
So, how was your response over here in this art festival?
It's been good, its a slow but steady response...
It's not like very great, footfall is not very high
But we get the same kind of customers who like our food and keep coming back
So what kind of special dishes do you get here?
We specialize in American and Mexican gorumet food
Curbside food, burgers, hotdog, nachos.etc
