-So, is -- is this the moment?

Is this when we find out if we´re having a boy or a girl?

-[ Sighs ]

-Wait. What´s wrong, Dr. Schneider?

-What would you guys say if I told you

you were having twins?

-[ Chuckles ]

I´d say you´re lying. -[ Chuckles ] Yeah.

-I am.

-[ Sighs ] Okay. -[ Laughs ]

-You´re having triplets.

-Once this realization really hits home

that there are three babies coming,

three children can´t grow up in one bedroom, it´s just --

They sort of are at this -- this crossroads.

-Crossroads. Yeah.

-And, um, trying to figure out how to make it all work.

-I love that moment where you send them out for the ice cream.

´Cause I -- As I was reading it, I totally bought it.

I was like, "Oh, she just suddenly wants ice cream."

Craving. You know what I mean? -[ Laughs ]

And he runs out and does it like, you know,

so many men are willing to do because they feel like,

"Oh, I´m not having the baby, holding the baby.

Let me do the most that I can." -Yeah.

-And then to just watch her just lose it, you know?

-Yeah.

I think she was trying to convince herself

while she was trying to convince him

that this is, you know, the path of least resistance.

It´s the only way to make this work.

I´m not going to lug three strollers

up, you know, six flights of stairs.

This -- It´s -- It´s the only thing we have.

It´s the only option we have.

And Jack then, to sort of, you know, unbeknownst to Rebecca,

hear how miserable this idea makes her,

and that sort of flips the switch in his mind

to go ask his father for money is remarkable.

It´s such a beautiful gesture. -Mm-hmm.

-Right. It just shows how much they love each other.

-Yeah.

-And it´s so beautiful.

-At the start of this family, too.

It´s really the birth of their family, no pun intended.

And that he´s really willing to, like, put it all out there

and sacrifice his own dignity and, you know,

this complicated relationship he has with his own father

and, like, having to go back and sort of grovel.

"You were right. I´m -- You know, I messed up.

I´m exactly what you thought I was,

and I made nothing of my life."

Like, this monkey wrench that´s been thrown in their lives

of, "Okay, now we´re having three children,

and we´re gonna have to figure that out instead of one."

Like, those are things that really, you know,

make the water super-turbulent.

And somehow they´re able to navigate them together.

-Listen, this is scary.

This is all just... scary, honestly.

But I want to spend the rest of my life with you, Toby.

I mean, if you´ll -- if you´ll have me.

-That would have been a lot hotter

if you were in some kind of, like, sexy nurse´s outfit.

-W-- Uh, how long have you been awake?

-About an hour. -What?

-I -- Sorry. -Wh--

-After Toby comes and visits and this huge incident happens

where he falls to the ground and nobody knows what to do,

and we´re not sure what the diagnosis is,

and then he´s in the hospital and we figure it all out,

and it´s like, "Oh, my goodness. After all of this?!

And then this?!"

And she´s like, "You know what?

I´m not gonna let him go. I can´t let him go."

We´ve gone through all of these --

We´ve jumped these hurdles, and she´s finally like,

"You know what?

Yeah. I´ll propose to him. Shoot. I´ll --"

You know, whatever it takes for them to be together.

It´s -- The ego is removed, and it´s just like,

"How do we start our lives together

in the best way we can?"

And it´s so romantic.

I mean, nobody really wants to propose in a hospital,

but, um -- And the fact that he´s like,

"Yeah. Let´s do this."

And they´re on the same page,

and then he goes, you know, into surgery,

and it´s like, "Wait.

I don´t want to let this man out of my sight."

And now he´s in the hands of someone else.

Oo-ee.

-Yeah. Oo-ee. -Yeah.

-So metaphoric. -Mm-hmm.

-You came and...sealed that hole in his heart,

and now he goes and seals the hole in his heart.

-[ Laughs ] -Love can do that.

Love conquers all, for sure. -It sure does.

-Yeah. -Also, it´s just acceptance that

he is going to be a part of your life.

-Right. -Like, and totally accepting

that at that point, you know what I mean,

when you realize, I guess, that his life may be gone,

may be over.

You know, and it´s like, "Okay."

It really seems to put you in that place

where you´re like, "I guess this is the man."

-Right. -Yeah.

-He´s all about --

-Forces you to make that decision.

-Forces you to really make that decision

when we though you had made it. -Right.

-You know, but then this happens.

It´s funny just how tragedies open your eyes

when you feel like it´s finite.

-Right.

-Why am I so thrown by William and Jessie?

-Oh, we´re doing that instead, then?

-I mean, what the hell is wrong with me, Beth?

Am I homophobic?

-You are not homophobic.

-Well, how do you know?

-Because you´re good and you´re open-minded.

That´s why.

Plus your favorite co-worker is gay.

-Keith´s not gay. -Really?

-No. He´s French-Canadian. It´s confusing.

-Damn.

-It´s so interesting, this question of, like,

William coming into their life and --

And it´s -- I think the fear if there --

The concern that she has is like "Is this a legitimate thing?"

Like, is there anything being hidden there?

I think one of the things that Beth likes

is for everything to sort of be out on the table.

Like, for her to know what´s going on.

´Cause at least if I know, then we can do something about it.

-Yeah. -The idea of, like,

"Oh, he´s in my house and it´s just cool?

Like, the guy who left you, you know, and was on drugs,

you know, now he´s here,

and we´re just supposed to think that this is --

this is good," you know?

Um, she questions that.

And I think there´s gonna always be a little something

at the back of her mind of, like, "What else is there?"

You know, I don´t think she´s an idealist.

I think she´s a realist. I think she´s just like

"Let´s talk about what´s really going on."

-Yeah. -So I think William,

she allows it to evolve,

whereas Randall sort of immediately accepts in a way.

Not immediately, ´cause he goes through his, you know,

back and forth with you,

but there´s something about him that wants to accept, like,

his father´s here, he´s in his life,

let´s see what this is about.

I think for her, it´s definitely a slow-peeling onion.

She just keeps trying to figure it out

and keeps trying to get to know you

and keeps allowing, I think,

that room for another surprise to pop up.

Because she just doesn´t know, you know?

And she can only imagine.

And she also doesn´t have the --

the same relationship as -- or the same need that Randall does

for this to be okay, you know?

For her, it´s like

"Okay, he´s here, but this can go either way.

We don´t know, you know, what it is."

-I think you´re protecting your family.

-Yeah. -And initially,

it was about protecting to make sure there was no danger.

-Mm-hmm. -I think that´s a big part

of what that monologue to William was about.

First thing´s first is that you can´t be any danger.

And your protectiveness of your family

really represented that monologue.

It was like, "Whatever´s going on,

let me tell you where I´m at

and how I feel about my husband.

Now, as far as you and him is concerned,

I´m gonna let that ride because I love him."

So it shows that, but also,

it spoke volumes about me being in the house.

It was like "You have to prove that.

You have to be trustworthy."

So of course she would say "Well, what´s going on?

Why are you away all day

and then you come back at night and you look sick?

I mean, what´s going on with the drugs?"

And so I love that moment.

It kind of sets up where we go from there.

And then my journey is about earning and winning your trust.

5 Strategies to Promote your Business on Facebook - Duration: 5:22.

Hi, Ivan here from Solocube. And in this video, I want to

talk to you about 5 strategies you can use right now to

promote your business on Facebook.

So, the first thing we need to do here is- assuming you

have a website- is that you need to install the Facebook

pixel on your website. This is a piece of code that

basically lives on your website and it tracks all traffic

coming to it. So if somebody goes to Google and does a

search and gets to your website, that visitor will be

tracked by Facebook, so later on, inside the Facebook

ad management tool, you can create an ad to target that person.

The number one way to target your traffic on Facebook

would be to target your website traffic. So once you have

the Facebook pixel installed, you can create an ad

targeting your existing website traffic. Over time, that

website traffic will grow as more visitors come to your

page from all over the place and you can target them. So

you're basically retargeting them with an ad. And you can

safely say these are warm leads, since they have been

already to your website and have shown interest in your

business, in your product, or in your service.

The number two way would be to create an ad targeting

your existing Facebook fans. These are people that

already like your page, therefore they are already engaged

with your content. If you don't create ads to people that

already like your page, right now, the way that Facebook

algorithm works is that your visibility in their feed is

going to be super low. We all know Facebook is a pay to

play platform and that is the only way to really reach all

of your audience. So if you have 500, 1000, or 10000

Facebook likes, a certain way to reach them would be to

create an ad targeting them.

The number three way would be to target your current

email list. If you have a newsletter that you email to any

existent email list, you could take that email list and

upload it to Facebook and target those people with a

Facebook ad. So there, another great way to target your

audience but on Facebook.

The number four way would be to create what is called a

lookalike audience. A lookalike audience is basically a

audience list of people based on a current audience that

you have already created. So, for example, a website

traffic audience. So basically, Facebook takes that list and

goes out and finds, inside its data, a list of people that are

similar or lookalike of your current list. Therefore, you're

going outside of your circle of people that know your

brands and finding new people that have similarities in

this audience. So, a lookalike audience is a very powerful

way to go outside and find new customers.

Number five would be interests. Every user in Facebook

has interests. You like different things, different bands or

music, or companies. So, you can create ads targeting all

of these different interests. So depending on what type of

service or product you have and doing your research, you

can target by demographics right down to a job title or

band that they like or a brand that they like that is similar

to yours, therefor you are laser targeting the people that

might be interested in your company or service. Another

powerful way to market on Facebook.

So to review, the five ways you can market your company

on Facebook would be your website traffic, your fans on

your page, your email list, a lookalike audience, and

interests. These are five simpler ways that you can get

started. Now, the first thing I need to tell you and remind

you is go install the Facebook pixel. If you're not ready to

do Facebook ads right now, that's fine. But, install it.

Therefore, your website's traffic will be tracked by

Facebook. And once you're ready, down the road, you

can start marketing to those people that have already been

to your website, which is the simplest way to do

marketing on Facebook right now.

I hope you liked this video. Please leave me your

comments below and I'll be happy to answer them. Thank you for watching.

One of the things I've been up to is a

little bit of crafting-- holiday crafting.

Check out these super-cute cookies in a

jar that I made. I got to use the

mason jars which I had stockpiled in the

cabinet, that I don't even know where they

came from-- um, how I accumulated them.

These super-cute holiday lids that I

bought last summer for this intended

project, and then these are the printed

instructions on the remainder of the wet

ingredients and how you complete making

the dough.

(music plays)

Oh, look who looks so cute!

Alton, ready for Santa?

Huh?

Ready for your stocking?

He looks so thrilled.

Oh, whoa! Mr. Santa!

Mr. Santa

Yeah.

What's this?

Squeaky chicken!

(squeaks chicken) oooh yeah!

(music plays)

Okay pick what you want to play with.

He's like, I want to rip that Santa apart.

No more µ's covers. - Duration: 1:03.

Hey guys! So, it's me. [laugh]

I'm- you read the title right. Like, I'm not doing anymore Love Live covers

[stuttering] And it might sound a little bit clickbaity,

And it is a little bit clickbaity, because it's kind of true, kind of not true.

Like- it's fun to do it but I want to reach a broader demographic and like

I've been doing µ's for so long, like, why don't I move on to Aqours instead?

So that's what I'm gonna do, but before that happens

I'm gonna do 3 more µ's songs. And that's it. 3.

And you guys can leave what those 3 songs should be in the comments below.

And whichever comment gets the most likes- I will do.

And that's gonna be [more stuttering] that's what's gonna happen.

[Inhale]

And then...

Yeah.

OH! Also. Oh my god. I almost forgot. The LITERAL most important part.

[Inhale] Um...

All my µ's covers are gonna go up on iTunes. Every single one of them + the last three.
