Hello, this is Ryan Frankel from Ziege Schwanze

and today we are officially looking for a new drummer

so your a drummer and your considering playing in a band that dosent fuckin suck

we have some criterea

our first rule is dont suck, our second rule is play in time

if you suck and you cant play in time,

im sorry but your just not ready to be in ziege schwanze

we've been a band for about 6 years now and people expect a certain level of muscicianship

when they come to see us play,

its harsh but its a cruel fact of life

a good work ethic is mandatory,

we've written alot of songs and your probably gonna have to

learn most of them... including the ones in this video.

you would also have to be alright practicing to drumless tracks

and dummy tracks alone on your own time.

Evan and I work in film, and we're really busy allot of the time, so we cant always

rehearse in person,but we still do when we can

but don't worry

we'll be practicing and writing on our own time as well,

and if you come up with any sick beats

we'll be more then happy to write sick riffs to go with them

we also have an extremely varied style,

theres songs with an insane amount of tempo changes, songs that dont

*choking to death on phlegm*

I smoke way too many cigarettes

2 minute songs, 20 minute songs,

and most songs go all over the place.

so what i suggest is to listen to our releases

to understand what im talking about and get a feel for the style of music that we play.

I'd list genres, but no one really knows what genre we are,

and to be honest we dont either.

but thats a good thing.

some of our biggest influences though are Morbid Angel, Sodom, Primus, Mayhem,

and what ever else we listen too,

we dont just listen to metal all the time, and we all listen to different stuff

So lets say you make it through our rigorous selection process

and have been chosen to join team ziege schwanze

congratulations

that means you probably dont suck, can play in time,

arent a dick (that includes lady dicks),

are probably between the ages of 20 and 26 (exceptions can be made for the right person),

live near vancouver or kelowna

and have a great work ethic.

you get to be in the band

and will get to record and be part of the writing process of our next ep.

the ep will be recorded at Ziege Schwanze Headquarters aka Empire Sonic Recording Studios,

located in beutiful west-kelowna

we also have plans to eventualy do another cross Canada tour,

maybe north american, who knows.

We split all profits after cost evenly,

AFTER COST WE CANT PAY YOU WITH MONEY THAT ISNT THERE.

You will also get to be eligable for our touring health insurance benifets

which is one can of sardines and an apple a day.

Dont touch ryan and evan's groupies, and practice and everything will be ok.

you dont need to know what happened, to all the other members that used to be in the band,

that is confidential information

but we will release vague statements like,

freak longboarding acidents, freak getting ran over by a van accidents,

not feeling it anymore, ODing, being institutionalized, psycho-bitches, ect...
