Hey guys, thanks for watching Beyond Science, it's Mike Chen.

If you watch my Vlog channel then

you'll know that the Grand Canyon is one of my favorite places in the world

I love to go hiking

or just sit there, admiring its beauty, non-creepy of course.

Now if you didn't know the Grand Canyon, it's pretty big.

It's 277 miles long up to 18 miles wide and over 6,000 feet deep.

And every time I go there, I don't know,

it just has this mysterious spiritual vibe to it.

I feel like, there are so many mysteries within the Grand Canyon

You know, one of the reasons I wanted the super power of teleportation,

if I could have any superpower,

it's just so I can go explore the Grand Canyon.

Because, I don't know if you see them or not,

but, I see these like random cave openings in the distance

and always wonder: "What's inside?"

What would I find?

Maybe some ancient cave paintings, hidden treasures, sleeping bear, I don't know.

But recently I was sent a story that I can't believe I never came across.

It's a story that was featured on the front page

of the April, 5th, 1909 edition of the Arizona Gazette,

which talked about the discovery of an underground city

that was founded the Marble Canyon region of the Grand Canyon.

You know, I don't do conspiracy theories all that often,

but, this story is so interesting.

So, according to the news article,

an explorer named G.E. Kinkaid,

who was funded by the Smithsonian,

was going down the Colorado River along.

And in his words, he was looking for minerals.

And by minerals, I think he means gold

because gold mining was forbidden at the Grand Canyon at the time.

So, he couldn't just come out and say it.

Anyway, Kinkaid was looking for his minerals

when he spotted stains in the rock formation about 2,000 feet above the river bed,

approximately 40 miles upriver from Crystal Canyon.

There he said he saw a cave entrance that is 1486 feet down from a cliff.

The cave was hard to spot and extremely hard to get to.

But Kincaid went in,

because, you know, he's got to have his minerals.

Anyway, he went in and found something remarkable and history changing.

Kinkaid then collected some of the items he discovered,

shipped them back to the Smithsonian back in DC.

And shortly after, 30 to 40 archaeologists were sent by the Smithsonian

and led by Professor S.A Jordan, further explorations were made.

And according to Kinkaid, they found a long passageway connecting hundreds of rooms.

The rooms were about the size of ordinary living rooms of today,

those are 30 by 40 feet square.

These are entered by oval-shaped doors and are ventilated by round airspaces

through the walls into the passages.

The walls were about 3 feet 6 inches in thickness.

And inside the rooms were all sorts of artifacts,

such as, weapons, copper instruments.

And here is where it gets mind-blowing,

some of the rooms contain artifacts as described in the article as quote

"doubtless they had their origin in the Orient"

including a big Buddha statue sitting cross-legged

with a lotus flower or lily in each hand.

In other rooms, ancient Egyptian artifacts were found

such as vases or urns and cups of copper and gold,

Carved on all the urns over doorways and tablets of stone are mysterious hieroglyphics.

And in one of the largest chambers, mummies were discovered.

Some of the mummies were covered with clay and all were wrapped in a bark fabric.

All the mummies examine have proved to be male,

there were no children or female being buried there.

This leads to believe that this section was the warriors' barracks.

Now this underground Citadel was so humongous,

it was estimated that around 50,000 people could have lived there comfortably.

So, this is real! Think about it.

All the history books from around the world is gonna change

because not only will we have to reevaluate the sea bearing abilities of the ancient Egyptians,

it would challenge everything we think we know about our own history.

Not just about who made at first to the Americas,

but, we will also have to consider:

"What else have we missed, what might we find tomorrow or next week

that could completely change something else

that we are teaching in our history books?"

And what's so interesting about this is that

let's say this is real,

ancient civilizations from Asia and Egypt went on vacation

cos they heard about how awesome the Grand Canyon is.

They came, thought it was beautiful and decided to stay.

Let's assume that happened.

Now, if you start examining some historical stories and legends

from China, from Egypt and the Native Americans in the area

then all sort of connect together.

For example, when we think of the ancient Egyptians nowadays

we think of these people living in the desert

but the Egyptians had very advanced sea bearing capabilities.

We know this because in 2011, ancient docks and ships

were found on the coast of the Red Sea at Mersa Gawasis

that once launched voyages onto the open ocean.

Other evidences are scenes carved into the walls of ancient Egyptian temples,

which tell of a remarkable see voyages.

A fleet of cargo ships bearing berry exotic plants, animals and precious incense

navigates through high ocean waves on a journey

from a mysterious land known as Punt or "the Land of God.".

Researchers were never quite sure where Punt was

but I guess it's possible it could be the Grand Canyon.

Also in local Native American [Law],

the Hopi Indians have lived in the Grand Canyon area for thousands of years.

They have a legend that's tell the story of the Ant people

who during times of disaster,

help the Hopi and escorted them into subterranean caves

where they found refuge food.

The Ant people were said to be generous and very advanced,

they gave the Hopi food and taught them all about food storage.

Also, let's bring this interesting bit of information into this discussion.

In 1992, a German researcher Dr. Svetla Balabanova,

was examining Egyptian mummies that were over 3,000 years old

when she found what appeared to be cocaine tobacco on one of the mummies.

And this is strange because cocaine and tobacco

could only be found in the Americas at that time.

And it wasn't until the Victorian era in the 1900s

that was transported to Egypt.

Of course, when Dr. Balabanova announced the findings

she was met with, I think, harsh criticism was even putting it [mouthly].

She was even getting death threats

but she stuck to her findings

because she knew everything she did her test was correct.

The hate and the trolling continued until a very prominent researcher Dr. Rosalie David

conducted the same test and it proved her right.

So, if you think about it, mummy that were thousands of years old

had cocaine and tobacco on them from a land far far across the ocean

That they really had no access to

So, I guess there's only a couple of scenarios here,

either the ancient Egyptians went to the Americas

or some ancient civilization in the Americas brought them to Egypt.

So now you must be wondering, well, if the Smithsonian was involved

where are the official reports, where are the artifacts?

Well, here's the thing.

The World Explorers Club decided to check on the story by calling the Smithsonian in DC.

They reached a staff archaeologist

who said quote: "The first thing I can tell you before we go any further

is that no Egyptian artifacts of any kind have ever been found in North or South America.

Therefore, I can tell you that

the Smithsonian Institute has never been involved in any such excavations."

Of course, no record of Kinkaid or Jordan were ever found in connection to the Smithsonian.

And no one really knows what happened to them.

So here's the question then,

if this was all true, why would a museum suppress this information?

I don't really have a good answer to this.

The only thing that comes to mind is that

the government doesn't want shocking discoveries information is leaked to the public.

Maybe because it wants to retain stability.

Maybe, governments don't want the masses to question institutions such as our school systems.

Well, maybe they don't want that

because once we start questioning our history classes

then maybe we start questioning everything we learned about physics, about chemistry

and that was somehow shake the foundation of our society.

But I don't know guys, that's just what I think,

and I'm really interested to hear your thoughts on this.

Do you believe that this ancient city actually exists inside the Grand Canyon.

Also, if this does exist and it was discovered,

why would the Smithsonian be trying to cover it up?

My Vampire Art & Limited Edition Book! | Avelina De Moray - Duration: 25:59.

Avelina De Moray here and welcome back

to my channel today I thought I would

film a little video that's very close to

my heart

it's on my book the limited edition

version of my band's album so if you

don't know I am the singer of that band

right here as angels bleed and I don't

know why we always are coming up with

this number 200 with everything I do but

there are only 200 of these in existence

you might have recently seen Black

Friday mentioned this on her channel I

think it was a video of her yearly

favorites and also two of my favorite

youtubers vessel of blood Heather is

lovely hey Heather and I'm Sarah monster

she is gorgeous I don't understand why

our channel isn't fucking massive but

anyway those two lovely ladies were kind

enough to review my books ago and check

out their channel and their review after

watching this video so this book is like

5 years of my life it has every single

vampire artwork that I have done to date

along with my band's album so what I

thought I would do today is just kind of

talk through the pages with you and the

write you know my memories of actually

creating the artworks and share that

with you because I realized that I kind

of didn't do that I made a little

release video on it that I think I was

in the recording studio or the rehearsal

studio with the fans at the time closer

to the year that this was released in

2013 and I think I was just like hey

it's out you know really proud of it

yeah and that's kind of all I did so I

thought I should go into more detail and

kind of share my thoughts like a little

behind the scenes on this gorgeous cool

so it's unfair leather the logo here was

created by myself but I probably spent

seriously maybe close to two months and

that's a lot like pre children spending

two months on anything is like massive

and when I work on something I work on

nothing else until I get it finished I'm

a little bit OCD like that so yeah that

logo was created by myself and

with some input of course I get his

input on everything from colliding so

the cool thing that some people haven't

noticed is that we're out here it's the

a of the B I've made Marid reverse

almost but it's very tricky to get an A

and a B to look similar success this is

appreciate that for a second so you got

a and then like as angels plead

obviously I was able to change it into a

B I don't know what that's called but

it's like the Kat Von D metal Matt we

switch it upside down on it it reads

different words the ones comment below

and tell me what that's called

and also the upside down a for at the

credibly in here but you turn it this

way you get another a so it's a very

intricate logo so yeah even before you

open it it's a gorgeous looking book and

I do sign these as well so if you wanted

to pick one up for my online store um I

do time opening page

yeah which looks very blank for the

house without the signature so obviously

it comes with my band album which had

some really cool artwork on it as well

there's another little cross that I made

and that kind of geometrical shape is

basically just like versions of the logo

from the front that are just piled on

top of each other I really enjoy doing

that to make different logos if that

makes sense or different designs from a

mover that already exists yes I'm

rambling okay so let's open the book up

okay I didn't looked at this in ages so

it'll kind of be like a first reaction

with you so first page go to watch the

glare at the camera it is just a shiny

glossy version it's really thick GSM

paper from I think it's like 280 or

something like that it's really it's

more like artboard paper and paper yeah

it's we dimensional like here we have

nothing is that interesting that the

credits figure out how to hole

the credits on this page hmm and this is

the album cover the first page that

you're seeing here this is one of my

favorite vampire artworks today a lot of

people think it's me it's not here thank

you for thinking sir because she's just

gorgeous as I always say I am not that

well endowed I wish I was that she

wasn't either and ever since

anyway she was just a gorgeous model to

work with

and she gets ahold and these are the

stories I want to share with you

she'd behold that damn candelabra that

was like solid broth it was heavy and it

was also like the candles would actually

lit so it was dripping hot wax all over

her so she endured a lot of pain and

suffering but as you can see it was well

worth it

this is a lot of editing this video will

go for hours if actually actually go

into the detail the post editing but um

to give you an idea of what was

regionally redrawn obviously live

enhancer endowments Larry had boobs

this is Gertrude on the eye as a makeup

it was just a week that she was wearing

because she had blonde hair at the time

so I had to redraw her fringe to make it

nice and meet I've redrawn the blood to

make it Theresa mentionable

I'm not sure if that's showing up on the

camera i rehired all of the blood on her

hand and it annoyed me that she's

wearing a gorgeous little eye ring like

an eyeball ring and it was like turn

sideways so I just changed that yeah

there's a lot of stuff that you know

just goes into making a very very neat

and nice artwork I you guys know I love

symmetry so that's very important to me

I guess they're turning over to the next

page we have a double spread of a very

sexy looking band look at that oh so

that's nonsense isn't gorgeous

oh good guitarists are so sexy

and I've talked McCracken Schwimmer

ladies back off

me yes that's me with hair extension

because at the time I was stupid and

chopped off my hair and yeah I wanted

long hair for the photos so there's

Frankie drama a live drummer at the time

and mr. savage there obviously I look at

these ads people absolutely crazy

all the jewelry that they're wearing by

the way all those crucifixes they're

mine because I didn't earn any some way

I felt like 500 so just with someone yes

I guess so on to the next page up here

is a track listing as well so the idea

was that when you buy this book you get

to listen to the album and then go

through the pages of this book as you're

listening to it so it was definitely

created with the conceptual ideas that

you would also have this book in hand

and look at the two at the same time yes

so they are a sense the pages are

actually oiled as well silver I'm not

sure if that is coming again see that so

yes very glamorous okay on the next page

we have some live shots I love this

photograph we've actually done in the

studio taken I like going to spinners of

myself

the same kind of setup that I would use

for my my artworks as well so the whole

band like I took the photos on both of

the photo of me and then the next page I

believe it will be animal photos of guys

doing this thing it's funny when

Frankie's in the middle is it yes it

looks funny in an angle yeah mr. Savage

is rich look at that lady's husband on

okay now we get into the ops so this is

called vampires Overlook woods and this

was actually the first vampire artworks

that idea and I

kinda thought well if I'm going to make

artworks

what would the content be like I don't

want to paint fruit bowls not this is

anything wrong with that I don't want to

paint flowers what am i into I'm really

into gothic things and really into bad

players like duel vampires and like well

I'm good at Photoshop let's try to do

that and all the things that you're

going to see people I don't use up until

the the shit that I did was really I

don't know why I changed that we did use

the Scarecrow the sink vampire fangs and

actually attach them to her that every

single artwork in here is digits the

lead to Ron so even the same she would

just would get her to smell okay and

then I will draw in I'm trying to get

the things in there go in Photoshop and

as the highlighting and stuff like that

I go I said I thought it works better

than actually using proper things but

this year with RiRi was hella easy

because she had them there all the time

but yeah I don't know I enjoy drawing

him in I guess this one is one of those

favorite artwork I'm going to say that

every time but it was a lot of fun to

shoot so that's me on the bottom there

there we go it's my really short hair as

quite a few years ago I loved flora

green if you know me I love Sarah green

and black I love hyper having those

colors like forever so what you're

seeing here is the song then on the next

page you'll have like there somewhere

it's all that some pretty

self-explanatory good love death and

what lies beneath

it's a cut-down version of the whole

entire artwork is actually a lot bigger

and you don't get to see them the little

gothic church that's kind of in the

background there it's kind of hidden and

the original version is a lot more

colorful I just kind of turned it down

and write with plain um like a black and

green color scheme here but yeah yeah

one of my favorite artworks is you can't

love them all okay next one yeah this

one

it's my favorite there's my good friend

Oliver fug well as a vampire and my

other good friend Natalie they were a

lot of fun to shoot together hey guys I

hope you're watching my videos better be

so Oliver is I've done a lot of work

with him are musically and so I'm

looking at the LCD look at the camera

isn't a really cool band

our last enemies that I'll link them

below in the description but um if

you've got our album you would have

heard his male vocals let's get it

through a few songs on the album and at

least just gorgeous she's got a little

boy the same age of Steel - yeah that's

up there and the lyrics essentially you

all and again this is a very colorful

artwork this one is I think called in

mortal sins artwork but again I changed

the color scheme I wanted to make the

book really like even more special than

just I could have just popped all of my

artworks in as they were but I wanted to

kind of recreate them without changing

them too much so it's a different color

scheme okay here we have Wade I call

this one I think this one's Wolfman

again you guys know my last one after

negative okay I don't need to explain

that here the streets of Aberdeen so

this is a poem that my husband born

wrote so he's very talented poet if you

guys didn't know that and that yeah is a

werewolf artwork I really like

werewolves as well like vampires

werewolf like in off I wish all of those

things around wouldn't world be such a

better place I get on third the firey

artwork this one I think I was actually

pretty boring and cold this this artwork

desire but yeah pretty cool girl with

blood this very much reminds me of the

fight like besides the color schemes

being like warm and like fiery if I did

a blue version of this this reminds me

of what I remember her name but the

princess that ends up dying in

underworld and possibly the third on the

all the really like cold looking one

with dead straight hair you guys know

the one I'm talking about

anyway she reminds me of her and it was

kind of inspired by that fight scene in

that movie I do like to have an idea in

mind before I actually arrange a

specific shoot for a vampire artwork I

try to have some kind of inspiration

relevance you know shooting blanks so to

speak okay this one again was very very

inspired by that fight scene in

underworld and that's a lot more visible

with the color schemes and this one with

the cool blues shimmery kind of you know

that could be like flame embers in the

background snow whatever you you want to

imagine it that's what I like about art

you know you can look at this and you

can see something that I don't see and

that's fine it's supposed to make you

thinking okay hey what's going on there

the whole definition of art isn't it to

make you think hmm again this one is

very captivating I have no idea what

this one's called I know that when I

first the first context is direct

Macon's I wanted to send her one of my

artworks and this is the one that she

picked yeah cannot earn enough just so

many artworks account the cool thing

listen so yeah very bloody okay and

there there's I think two art works that

have topless women so when I get to

those pages because I don't know where

they are I'll just like blow them out

you know keep it G rated for um for

YouTube that's me ha can you say there

is a month so if I smell yeah yes me

with bloody tears

pretty cool huh I love their reflections

and that's like like I'm in a pool of

blood like literally and then the

reflection in the water gorgeous so that

yeah has the lyrics tonight around

next page I guess this is the male model

here is Lux he listens has mania so he

want a competition to being one of my

artworks

and here's a lot of fun to work with he

was like really like a hot coal golf so

it was very easy to work with him

because he got the aesthetic he was into

vampires himself I I didn't have to tell

him to do anything you just got it you

know so it's a look it makes my job a

lot easier if I'm working with people

that you know golf isn't Halloween it's

everyday you know Halloween everything

see that one's really sexy like it's

just you know I just didn't shit the

suicide of crystal clear so that's

another poem here I have no idea what I

called that one

yes very cool so the flames a bunch

playing favorite taking myself to the

chili here we go again a lot of my one

of my favorite but this one really is

this to the exorcism of Lucy Westenra

look at the detail I loved what I did

with her eyes there she's got the fiery

eyes and then all that like she's just

being turned again if you know Dracula

Francis Ford Coppola's version

oh that's the the movie the actress that

played on Lucy that's where I got

inspiration from once the fiery red hair

that that extra fat actually has so this

would be the scene where you know she's

died she was buried and then they come

in and find that she's not in her

comment cuz she's alive and I'm yeah

that was completely inspired by that

scene from the movie so here we have

driven to clean please she break into

song okay so here we have flux again and

my friend Rihanna's I love that woman is

really good I don't know it's like a

magical moment in there like he's so

nasty and then Pyrrhic Oh Matt it was

really the wrong word let's say

monstrous he's monstrous and she's just

looking at him with complete love

adoration I love that okay that's me

there's something to me women get Lumia

oh it is me again so this one I didn't

realize it at the time it is very

similar to an album cover of Cradle of

Filth I hadn't even seen it at the time

but yeah few people hey that's kind of

too much and yep what intentional of

those things that happen that's the

lyric to Lumia oh okay I will I'll keep

that skill still so I can blow that out

so this one is called angel of death

that's pretty fantastic

I love how I've edited her eyes again

these artworks people are available all

little book does not do them justice so

I made this yellow for the book but it's

more um blue on the merchandise yeah

love that one look at the intensity a

lot very just like ok it's so

animalistic termina can bite into it

churches or gothic art way behind this

girl whose son very very violently

whether look of it maybe she's just had

it first feed or again it it leaves it

kind of leaves you wanting which is nice

and it just makes you come up with your

own story

hey but I call Lars it count is that

work it's completely digitally drawn so

I'm very proud of this one because I I

don't know I didn't study drawing or

anything like that

goodie I just knew what I wanted and I

use constant specular in the background

this one's available in Canada sadly it

hasn't been super popular I don't know

why one of my other artwork sell a lot

better than him but I like him yeah yeah

cover of um yeah my band's debut album

with the first album that we were going

me yes this one I really like because

it's like she's um maybe in the

Transylvanian or cupcake in forest or

something

and she's putting yourself there she

needs to turn someone really quickly but

the little trees and the background

their snow again this is only a little

snippet of a bigger artwork which looks

so cool on canvas I better get a few of

them frames and I will be hanging them

up in my house and bedroom and just so

you guys can see what they look like

It's good! Very different from the one I made for myself

So creamy and rich. The custard. nutty flavor. So good

The consistency is thicker than regular puddings

The taste itself is similar to Banana bread from Japan

They're famous for their red velvets

It's really creamy and the cake is really moist. Rich in flavor!
