SMILE - Doctor Who S10 Ep02 - A CHAUD ! (Review) - Duration: 1:40.

Hey, hi!

"Smile" is over,

it's time to react "A Chaud"! (Instantly)

The Doctor and Bill arrive in a heavenly colony

only inhabited by microscopic robots and emoji-speaking interfaces.

The episode starts well,

even if I couldn't resist to think about "Happiness Patrol",

a Seventh Doctor's episode in which everybody has to be happy,

but it quickly takes a different path.

I was a bit worried about an emoji-based episode,

but it's actually well handled.

I even would have like to see more about them.

For example to see the badges on people's backs even if it's not necessary.

At the beginning of the episode, the Emojibots are well used,

but I'm not 100% convinced.

The Vardies are not much used.

They should attack more

and they should be more important than the Emojibots,

but it doesn't look like that.

Bill stays in the continuity of the previous episode,

she learns to know the Doctor and he learns to know her.

There's a great tutor/pupil relationship,

and she asks relevant questions all the time.

She's less in the spotlight than in the first episode and she gains her companion part.

Now let's talk about the Doctor as we forgot to talk about him last week. Shame on us!

We get back to series 9 Capaldi's Doctor, but more nutty and overexcited.

It's such a pleasure to listen to him and to watch him shaking his arms

and running like a penguin with its arse on fire.

The directing is fluid and pleasant to watch,

but there are many elements and everything seems rushed and too simple.

This feeling is enhanced by the final plot twist,

way too easy so disappointing.

It's a classic episode with a good start and a funny concept,

but who suffers unfortunately from its too simple ending.

A very new �group� frequency of energy came through in the last 24hours.

One of the most massive I have felt and heard in this way.

As it was many layers all at once and very intense.

We know that we need to pull our energy �back in� from others regularly, and now is one

of those times, with a difference.

So much has been going on with our Spirit and Souls growth to do with others in our

spiritual family group.

Especially with all of the Ancient ancestral healing as well

And now the energy has shifted yet once again, that each are needing to progress further

�on our own� � as in our own personal energy space.

Yes we need to do so �on our own�, yet this is about those that have had links to

their spiritual family groups where being a part or linked to this for our soul and

spirits growth and ascension, has altered energetically in the last 24hours.

Time to re-group and �pull-back� yet once again.

As when we have soul contracts our energy is linked for both (or more) parties growth.

And now I am sharing that we have reached yet another �stage� of pulling our energy

back in, with and for ourselves..and then we can continue and carry-on with others,

yet in a new and different way.

If one is not aware of this and has their energy �out� or linked with others, and

due to the energy changes that have just occurred, what can happen, is that there can be an overwhelm

of energies in the astrals, which is linked and flows into the human.

The Blue Beyond Wagon Wheel method is a great tool to assist one to �bring our energy

back in� and it is very beneficial to do this as often as one feels.

As when ones energy is around other souls close to them (especially with soul contracts)

what happens is we �automatically� pick up on their energy due to this connection

not only in the human soul, but also in the spiritual soul

WAGON WHEEL METHOD

Picture a huge wagon wheel, with the hub and then spokes coming out of it.

Then see that wagon wheel above you, with the hub directly above your head.

Then bring the hub come down over your head until it is around your waist with the spokes

going out, disregarding the outside circle.

Then as the hub is around your waist and the spokes are going out, one by one, focus on

the spoke in front of you and as you put your energy into it, see it go out a couple of

feet and then turn it upwards and then bring it down into your head (crown chakra).

Keep concentrating until it comes into your crown chakra as the first time it can take

a bit of visualising while putting your energy into it.

And then go around your body with each spoke until they are all going out and up and then

down into your crown chakra.

Do this one by one until they are all done.

Then you will see and feel them all out and arcing up and down into your head and flowing

the energy into you.

It is an amazing feeling when this is done.

More on this soon as it comes, I just wanted to share this brief update during this new

transition of energies from group to inner, to form a new link with a difference.

The king is likened unto God.

And we are the one that had that humungous, humungous debt.

And it says in there that, in verse 24, the servant owed 10,000 talents.

And if you do the math on that, that's like 230 years of wages.

Now how many of you could pay that debt?

Obviously, none of us because we would not live 230 years to pay off that debt.

And that's just a comparison to show our debt was so big

there was no way we could ever pay it off.

But God loved us so much, and His love swallowed up that whole debt.

And He, you know, I mean, the guy in the story pleaded, you know, "Please let me off."

And the guy had compassion and let him off.

And that's what God did for us.

This big debt was swallowed up in God's big love.

In comparison, it says in verse 28, that this guy went out right after he's been forgiven of this debt,

you can go free, and he goes and he finds somebody who owed him like ten dollars.

But it says a hundred denarii.

And a hundred denarii is like a hundred days of wages.

Now the other was 230 years.

This a 100 days of wages.

And he would not let him go.

You know, I think if we can't forgive, we don't really understand

the greatness of what God has done for us and the great love that He has for us.

Either we don't understand it or we've forgotten about it.

And I remember one time we were singing the song… it's back a few years, but it was

that song where it says, "I'll never know what it cost to see my sin upon the cross."

And we're singing that, "I'll never know what it cost to see my sin on the cross,"

and I'm like, "God, I don't get it.

What is that cost?

How come I can't really know it?

I mean, You died on the cross and You rose from the dead and You paid my sin.

Show me.

I want to know what it cost."

I mean, for just a split moment I had this picture: There was the cross, and there was

all my ugliness, all my yuck!

Everything!

Every ounce part of me was on that cross and all was left was beauty and freedom and purity,

and I thought, "Oh, my goodness!

That's awesome!"

And then it's like, that's not just for salvation.

It's like every single day of the year all my yuck on the cross and purity and freedom

every single day for the rest of my life all through eternity, that's what He did for us.

Isn't He wonderful?

Thank you, God!

You're amazing!

And Your love is beyond description for us.

You care so much You took care of that for us.

WHY DOCTORS ARE URGING PEOPLE TO STOP USING PLASTIC FOOD WRAP

There�s a lot of controversy happening in your kitchen. While we tend to focus on how

the foods we eat can work for or against our health, it�s truly so much more than that.

How we cook our foods and how we store our foods has a lot of weight on our well-being

as well. Plastic wrap, for instance, rose to fame in the 1950s, sold in rolls and used

primarily for wrapping food. It�s since become a staple in many people�s kitchens.

For decades there�s been controversy surrounding plastic wrap, but now research is supporting

the concerns. For instance, the phthalate chemicals used in the product, were found

in a study of nearly 3,000 children in The Journal of Pediatrics to raise levels of blood

pressure in children between the ages of six and 19.

�We know that phthalates damage the walls of arteries by oxidative stress and they may

directly damage heart cells,� says the lead researcher, Leonardo Trasande from New York

University School of Medicine. �We know these chemicals get into food from plastic

wrappings and gloves, and that they are in PVC flooring and cosmetics. We think they

may have an effect on cardiovascular health and that children and adolescents should have

limited exposure.�

Evidence also suggests that heat makes chemicals in plastic wrap, along with other plastic

products, leach into food and drink. In fact, heat appears to increase the rate of chemical

transfer by up to 55-fold.

The National Institute of Environmental Health Science even recommends consumers avoid microwaving

food in plastic containers, acknowledging that heat increases the likelihood of chemical

leaching.

�Do not allow cling wrap to come into direct contact with food when heating it,� Cancer

Research UK warns.

Prior to 2006, plastic wrap in the United States was primarily made with PVC, which

is made from vinyl chloride � a known human carcinogen. Now most brands are phthalate-free,

and instead use low-density polyethylene (LDPE) or polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC). However,

plastic wraps made with LDPE may contain diethylhexyl adipate (DEHA), which is another potential

endocrine disruptor that has been linked to breast cancer in

women and low sperm counts in men.

But important to note is that manufacturers aren�t required to list the actual chemical

makeup of their plastic wrap on the boxes, so it may be best

to avoid all plastic wraps in their entirety.

�If you�re heating a plate

in the microwave, just cover it with another

plate or a chemical-free paper towel,� suggests Andrea Gore, professor of pharmacology at

the University of Austin in the U.S., who has studied the effects of chemicals on reproductive

function. �I heat food only in glass or ceramic, and although I use cling

film in my

fridge to cover cooked food, I remove

it before reheating that

food

in the microwave.�

not exactly blamed me but they were kind of like

and you know what you and

your friends are like you always try

and you were probably leading them on

and they shouldn't have done that but

if you gave them the wrong impression then

you know what can you expect to

happen really I mean you shouldn't put

yourself in such a dangerous situation

and it's not exactly your fault but you should have

like.. done something to prevent it.. yeah

and that was.. that was just very

upsetting because it was entirely

unjustified and it made me feel really

guilty as well and ashamed

because it made me start thinking like 'oh

well maybe I was being flirty and I

mean I was wearing quite a low cut

top and maybe that does give the wrong impression

of me and I was drunk so you know maybe

maybe they had a right to assume that I

would have some reason want to be

touched up and taken out of a club by

two middle-aged men...' I don't know it was

just like a really horrible reaction to

receive from people who are really close to you

and they didn't mean to.. they weren't saying it maliciously it was just

a very sort of typical

institutionalized reaction to.. I don't know.. harassment.
