Hi everyone and you are on FreshMania Channel

And today I wanted to share one topic with you,

about which I've been asked few times.

Once I've mentioned that I am a vegetarian and that I don't eat some kinds of food.

And that's true. I don't eat meat, fish, eggs and few more things that I would like to avoid.

And in this video I'd like to tell you my story

about how I became a vegetarian

and to name you few reasons that maybe will help you to understand my choice.

Just in case you are considering to be a vegetarian

or you've got that thought in your head before.

Watch, listen to my story and I am going to tell you few reasons why being vegetarian is a good thing.

And I will do that not alone.

I am not trying to push you into this.

I don't say that it's the only right way.

I just want you on my example to show you how it was with me.

I am a vegetarian already for 4 years.

In the beginning it was really hard but the video about that you will see already tomorrow.

About problems that I've got cos of quitting meat.

So subscribe to my channel if you don't want to miss it.

I started being vegetarian because I've met one person in my life.

He helped me and he said that being a vegetarian is really good and I should definitely try it.

And smth inside just told me that I should do it, some intuition.

So I actually didn't consider it much and just tried.

I do like that all my life: I don't think much and just act.

And than I see how it goes.

And it went pretty well for me.

There are a lot of reasons why I became a vegetarian

but its hard for me to explain them because my decision was more intuitive.

Exactly because of this I have here today with me my friends.

And they are vegetarians already since 20 years.

And they will help me to name all of those reasons

and to find out why being vegetarian is good, healthy and right thing to do for everyone.

Antelope Valley Poppy Fields - Duration: 5:00.

it's adventure time

(I'm such a dork, I know) so my daughter

and I are heading out to the Antelope Valley,

to the poppy fields (and there's an

airplane flying overhead so I'm hoping

you can still hear me.) We're going to the poppy fields

in Antelope Valley (I already said that, I know)

I've always wanted to go. It's

about, I don't know, maybe 80 miles from

where we live outside of LA and we've

had so much rain this year that the

puppies are supposed to be just amazing

right now and this is the end of March.

This is a perfect time to go, or you know,

through mid-April probably, so we're

heading out on our adventure!

{sound of wind blowing in the fields}

We've had a lot of rain outside of Los Angeles this year

and the Antelope Poppy fields are just exploding right now!

I hope you can hear me between the wind and the trucks on the road.

And it's hard to get a good shot because the poppies are blowing so hard

But it's so beautiful here! You gotta come out!

It's good in March and sometimes into April

We're going to have a really good bloom this year

because of all the rain.

We took some pictures off of Avenue D but then got back on the road

to get to the "proper" entrance to the

poppy reserve in Antelope Valley and

there was probably I'm gonna say a

million and I'm not exaggerating...

Ok, I'm exaggerating but there's so many people

we would have had to parse about two

miles out and then hike in, so we just

turned around and came right back to the

gorgeous fields that were just off the

highway. There are some people but

nothing like the official reserve

entrance so we're going to we're going

to go back and take some pictures.

It's so windy, I hope you can hear me...

We're going to take off and head back to LA

But this is the spot to come

if you don't want to go to the official

Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve entrance where there's a million people.

This is Avenue D and I think the cross street is 130th.
