to she'll go wait in some way shape or
form moving forward to be more
persistent and consistent with the
vision or the lifestyle but we're
creating for ourself and so you know I
fundamentally look at a large portion of
my life as where I can shell out weight
because for me spring cleaning is a very
important thing spring cleaning my diet
my mind my physical life my house my
surroundings my car et cetera et cetera
even within my hobbies you know when we
declutter a lot of that life we can
ultimately show a lot of weight of
burden of things that are holding us
back or down even if it's just in a
physical sense of the effort it takes to
move that or you know clean it up now so
if you look into your life where are
there some areas where you can
fundamentally bring yourself to a
greater level of potential clarity what
about in your relationships do you have
relationships where people aren't
understanding is you as you intend to be
understood because it's something I had
to learn to accept a movie on learning
to accept the people in my life and
without and then for who they are

needed them to be aware i thought we can

relationship setbacks and downfalls
windfalls of those relationships cost us
within our diet because when we've had a
hard conversation or we've haven't got
resolved in a conversation or have end
up in agent Lee somebody close to us you
know it has an emotional jet lag that
has it's more likely to not eat some
healthy vegetables and some good food
and more likely to partake in numbing
activities or you know eating fatty
foods and not really keeping the mindset
consistent to a lifestyle change you

worthy of love beyond what's ever deemed
possible

and the way that expression gets

might end up on the other side of the

things you love and how they lose weight
and have fun what's not to love about

want to lose weight what is it it really
brings you to life and who are those
people that really bring you to life
where are they orden what are they doing
and then you get on to them cuz i'll
show you the path i'll help you there
real quick trust me you won't want to
eat for hamburgers once you've been
hanging around with people that have
inspired you you be like I'm good to go
you'll be so buzzing on the amp'd idea
of spending time with those people
you'll forget about Mackers or hungry
jacks and you'll drive straight on
bloody past them because you're mine
will be going a million miles now but
all the inspirations come through your
life and how beautiful it all is and how
beautiful you really are but you'll get
over your local hungry what do i do new
Oh quick we'll cook some brown rice and
some turn or something and it'll just be
a thing because when it's a thing it's a
thing if you see yourself as overweight
and obese and not having a good life or
a good relationships that'll be the
thing that becomes the thing you start
to shell out that weight and there is he
don't need to mate and make you make
more choices that are more conducive to
who you really are what you really want
to create and that thing will become the
thing because the thing becomes a thing
because to sow it works in this world
that's why we've got to start staying
focused on what it is you really want
and what we don't want I'm starting to
open up new conversations with those old
cronies that really just want to see is
live a miserable and unfulfilled lives
because they have and start open up new
conversations with people that allow us
to move beyond those degradation of the
human experience just have to need to
have got to because we just work a holic
confinements of people who aren't
willing to step into our vulnerability
and resolve the things in the
conversations the emotions and the
relationships that we really want to
result to move back to happiness and
abundance which is in itself an
addiction and it's a problem because
perfectionism is also pigheadedness and
it's just a one-way ticket to the life
you don't really want to live but let's
not do that
let's not do that in this tips for

areas of your life that you can shell
that wait where are they not just in the
flabby bits on the side of you of your
bits but in your life in your mind in
your friendships in your world in those
habits and those things you do on sat

where is the area in your life or you

abundant version of yourself because one
of my biggest tips in my weight loss
started off without any exercise at all
i was still drinking beer for most of
time i lost my weight although i
modified my diet i started chopping out
the dairy and then I've got rid of the
sugars and then i got rid of the carbs
and then i was basically like the salad
leaves and tuna and it wasn't very happy
times we've got rid of all the potatoes
and rice and i just ate vegetables
pretty much and a little bit of chicken
and fish it wasn't much fun for anyone
but then i even got to support row
started to go fully vegan and solve
watch my body go through different
shapes and different vortexes of growth
and d growth decluttering of the fat and
stacking it back on again hitting the
gym and becoming super fit gone around
the circle's what I had to do is
constantly switch up my diet switch up
my nutrition and switch up with patterns
in my life in order to be able to find a
renewed version of myself that was so
much lighter in my potential and belief
in what was possible for me and in doing
so I've well I'd like to say the results
are inevitable in there in the votes are
in I've got a 10 out of 10 for how sexy
I am and the ladies think I'm pretty
snazzy a lot of blokes might not agree
there might be a bit jealous and think
they this bugs taking all the attention
but I'd like to feed that back to them
and say hey this is available for all of
us we can all make the ladies as happy
as I do however moving right along only
space

for my life I want to fall in love for
the first time and get married and have
some beautiful children and live that

that are don't need it and you can too
it's not an easy road it's a path less

control and take the reins of their life
it's by leading by example and starting
to do the hard jobs and make the
decisions that most people believe that
you can but I do I believe you can not
believe you can get there quick and
you've got it covered I reckon you're
ninety percent of the way to your weight
