Hello everybody, welcome to the class Women in Intellectual History.
My name is Victoria Franco Rubio de la Torre and I will be your instructor for this class.
Originally, I'm from Ukraine where I was born, raised and educated.
My undergraduate and graduate degrees are both in philosophy and I have done lot of
research work in the area of women and gender studies.
This course is a fully online class and it will have a lot of interactive work and collaboration
between the students.
We will be mainly focusing on studying women's contribution in Natural and Social Sciences, Humanities
and Arts.
