Hyperrealistic Sliced Apple | Easy 4-Steps Tutorial Video - Duration: 16:29.

I'm gonna use these three types of pencil for this drawing

5B for Draker shades

3B for Medium shades

and B for lighter shades and outlines

So first of of all I'm going to darken this rough outline with a B pencil

As you might be aware that I draw these outlines using grid method

or freehand in this case

you can download both the reference

image and great reference from my website

link is in the description (as always)

okay as we are done with this outlining

let's grab the same B pencil and fill this whole apple with a lighter shade

excluding these inner white areas

now take a dry brush and blend these

lighter shades smoothly

BTW, its a Synthetic watercolor brush of size 3/8.

You can use whatever size you have but make sure to blend the graphite smoothly

now grab your 3b pencil and add some Darker shades around

to make it a little bit more three-dimensional

blending the shades with a dry brush

moving on to the second portion you can

follow the same steps for this one

But now for this third one, you have to add a little bit darker shade here, using 5B pencil

I'm using this same B pencil because i can control the darkness through pressure technique

Repeat the process for this 4th one

Now blending the shades in these remaining 3 portions

Now grab your 5B pencil and darken the shades in these marked areas

Now i'm gonna use one of these smaller brushes and blend the shades lightly

Fill the Stalk with darker shade using a 5B pencil

Okay, lets Erase these extra white lines to get a clear workspace

Now i'm gonna use this mechanical pencil to shade the white portions

You can also use a sharp tip B pencil for this purpose

I just Love working with Mechanical pencil

Now fill this white area with some lightest possible shade

and blend it smoothly with a clean brush

Repeat the same process for remaining 2 portions

Add a slightly darker shade near the edges

to resemble the shadows of upper slices

Last portion will have a slightly darker shade

because it has the shadows of upper 2 slices

Now lets add some shadow below this apple using a B pencil

and darken the middle portion using a 3B and 5B pencil respectively.

Now the last and most important part is to add some white texture on this apple

So i'm gonna use a Tombow MONO zero eraser for this purpose

or you can use a kneaded eraser if you have one

Now fill the skin portion with some random white dots

Now take a brush and lightly blend the textures in these darker areas.

You can also highlight these white portions if you want.

and here you go!

Should you use a script for your YouTube

videos well in this video I'm going to

talk all about should you use a script

in your YouTube videos or not so be sure

to stick around until the end as I

answer that question what's going on my

name is Devin Street helping you build

your online presence and today we're

going to be talking about should you use

a script in your YouTube videos but if

you're not already subscribed to the

channel go ahead and click the subscribe

button there's a new video every single

Sunday showing you how you can grow on

YouTube so many have this question

should they use a script on YouTube and

my sort of simple basic answer would be

no you should but my long answer well

let's talk about that so when I first

started out on YouTube I actually used a

script and it wasn't very helpful it

wasn't very good basically because I was

having to stick a script right above the

camera and then read that off and it

looks like I'm not really looking into

the camera it looks like I'm looking

above the camera instead of at it so

with that that sort of automatically

creates a disconnect with your audience

where you're reading off a script

instead of looking straight to the

camera and then along with that you can

sound very very robotic when you're

reading your script now most people

aren't voice actors or audio book

readers so when they read this script

they're gonna sound very dull very

neutral and show no emotion now I've

been able to tell when people are

reading off scripts before because I

sound very Auto toned and very neutral

and no emotion is shown whatsoever and

there's sort of sound like this after

much anticipation from Android fans the

newest version of software was finally

named by Google as it declared the

original pixel and pixel to hardware to

be the first to experience the update of

Android Pi see like that doesn't sound

like it has any emotion in it whatsoever

it just sounds so neutral so bland

it turns viewers off they're not gonna

be interested in your video they're not

going to continue to watch that's going

to hurt your audience retention and hurt

you as a youtuber because you won't be

getting as much watch time and you won't

be able to grow on YouTube without that

watch time. Now many of you may be like

what am I supposed to do then I don't

have a script that I can't remember at

all and yes I know I'm the same way I

can't remember everything I'm supposed

to say in a video so what I do instead

instead of making a script where I say

every single exact word I'm supposed to

say I create a bullet-pointed list an

outline of what I'm gonna do so what I

would do with this list is first I would

start with a title and then I would have

what I'm gonna start out with as my

intro is saying and then I'm gonna say

that I need to remind people to

subscribe at the beginning and then I'm

gonna do bullet points of what I need to

talk about so I'm gonna do small little

keywords about what I'm gonna talk about

in that one section so it keeps me from

not rambling on by just not having

anything to go by in the first place and

then I'm still able to talk about it in

my own free way without having to go

word-for-word for something and not be

able to show any emotion with that so

simply creating these outlines it's

going to be much better than doing a

full-on script because it's not going to

be very real it's not gonna be very

emotional unless you're a great reader

or maybe you don't have to be on screen

to read your script off of if you don't

have to do that then that's fine to use

a script but for the most part you're

gonna want to sort of go off on your own

and show your own emotion and opinion

about the subject while just giving a

little bullet point to keep you on track

for how your video is supposed to be and

shout out to Catana raha who commented

two comments that I really like I said

they loved me so much and that they also

loved penguins and I have to agree with

both of those comments but if you want

to be shouted out in a video all you

have to do is subscribe to the channel

go down in the comments

and comment telling me that you

subscribed what you liked about the

video and I'll shout you out in a video

just keep in mind that commenting

multiple times telling me that you

subscribed and asking for a shout-out

will eliminate you from being shouted

out in a video but if you want to build

your online presence and grow your

YouTube channel make sure you're

subscribed to the channel and I want to
