Good night. Today our partners Dora, Leidy and me Fabiola, want to show to you a special recipe that you can to share with your family.

Our recipe is: Red fruits ice cream

the Ingredients for four portions are:

three hundred grams of frozen red fruits, one banana,

one hundred twenty grams of oat bran (or wholemeal bread without rind).

thirty leaves of fresh mint

two hundred grams of sweetened natural yogurt.

one hundred grams of honey

Today we are going to learn

How to make red fruit ice cream and yogurt without a refrigerator

In the blender add the frozen red fruits,

the banana in pieces, the oat bran and the washed fresh mint leaves to blend until

there is a homogeneous mixture

Then add the sweetened natural yogurt

and honey

shred again to integrate all the ingredients.

We serve immediately.

If we are not going to consume it at the moment;

we must divide the mixture into trays for ice cubes

and freeze to crush it again when we decide to consume

it and in the desired amount.

Tasting

This ice cream of red fruits and yogurt is a refreshing and original snack to enjoy a summer meal.

Due to the oat bran, its texture is more compact than a traditional ice cream and prevents it from melting quickly.

You can served this on a cone or between wafers for ice cream sandwich style.
