#3 CakePHP 3.6 Beginner Video Tutorial - Integrate font-awesome and create login and register page - Duration: 7:34.

open routes config file and create route

controller name is `Home` and action name is `index`

Now we change the names of the pages controller to home controller

index function is also made

And by going to the Templates folder, I change the Pages folder to Home and the index.ctp file is created

No error show

Create a new Users controller

After creating the User Controller creates login and registration action

And creator login and registration template files

Now gives new routes to login and registration

Now in the menu give their links

go to cakephp documentation and search html helper

Copy the PHP code to create a link

Paste code default layout file

And modify the code accordingly

Now paste the font awesome css and fonts into the `webroot` folder

Now include font awesome's css in the default layout file

Fonts error

Change Font Folder Name

Panel tiga hakim diketuai oleh Datuk Ahmadi Asnawi memutuskan demikian selepas mengetepikan hukuman penjara 18 bulan yang dijatuhkan terhadapnya kerana mendedahkan satu halaman Laporan Pengauditan 1Malaysia Development Bhd

(1MDB), dua tahun lalu. Beliau yang bersidang bersama Datuk Kamardin Hashim dan Datuk Abdul Karim Abdul Jalil sebulat suara memerintahkan bekas Ahli Parlimen Pandan itu dikenakan bon jaminan RM10,000 dengan seorang penjamin

Kuorum berkenaan mencapai keputusan itu selepas pihak pendakwaan tidak membantah rayuannya agar beliau tidak dipenjarakan dan sebaliknya dibebaskan dengan bon berkelakuan baik

  Mohd. Rafizi disabitkan atas tuduhan mendedahkan laporan pada halaman 98 Laporan Pengauditan 1MDB dalam satu sidang akhbar di lobi Bangunan Parlimen, Jalan Parlimen di ibu negara pada pukul 3 petang, 28 Mac 2016

#1 CakePHP 3.6 Beginner Video Tutorial - Installing CakePHP 3.6 - Duration: 5:30.

open cakephp website and click download button

check requirements

check php version in your computer

PHP 5.6.0 or greater (including PHP 7.2)

Now check php extension `mbstring` and `intl`

‪Go to this path `xampp/php/php.ini` and open php.ini file in editor

search `mbstring` php extension in php.ini file

check this line

check `intl` php extension line

Also, ensure to restart your webserver (Apache) using XAMPP control panel.

Go to htdocs folder and open command prompt

Installing CakePHP

copy this command and paste in command prompt

and rename the project if you want

hit enter

If you are installing the cakephp project for the first time, it can take 5-10 minutes

If you are installing the cakephp project for the second time, then the computer cache files from memory

open app.php file in config folder and change security key

open xampp apache `httpd.conf` file `‪xampp\apache\conf\httpd.conf`

create new virtual host

Pass `server name` and `project folder path` in settings

Pass server name in window hosts file. I am using `HostsFileEditor` Software.

After doing all this, restart your apache server

Everything is right, just the error in the database is coming, so now we create a database.

open cakephp project folder in editor

open app.php config file and pass database name

Database successfully installed

go to home.ctp file and erase all test

open default.ctp layout file and modify

include menu code this side

include page footer code this side

You can insert css and javascript in the page by html helper

All these files are in the `webroot` folder

delete cakephp css, images and fonts

go to bootstrap 4 download page

download css and javascript files

Insert the bootstrap CSS and JavaScript files into the page

Include Javascript files in the footer of the page

go to bootstrap 4 navbar documentation

copy navbar source code and paste in default.ctp layout file

navbar code modify

copy footer navbar source code and paste in default.ctp layout file

This includes the template as per the action

Or you can include any template through the render() method

You can send the data to a template via the set() method
