Waching daily May 3 2017

Every day I have to tell myself this is

going to be a good day. You're alive,

you're good-looking, you're quite

intelligent, and then I get up and I do

what I've got to do. It's important to

say something so that somebody knows

that they need to help you. If you don't

say something it's like you get our

bottle of fizzy with the lid on, and you

shake it, and you shake it, and you shake it.

If eventually you do say something

after shaking it so long it's just going to explode.

So every now and then you need to loosen the cap, and then put it back on,

loosen the cap, put it back on.

Just talk!

Maori males, in particular, don't talk.

Kiwi males, in particular, don't talk.

We just bottle everything up.

"We're tough enough."

"Nobody wants to hear it anyway."

"Get over it, mate!"

But the important thing is that you do need to talk.

You need to tell somebody.

OK. So, it's your first time in Japan..

Cherry blossoms, Mount Fuji, Geishas...

electronic toilets, etc..

But no trip to Japan would be complete without seeing a robot or two.

and there's no better place to see one than at Miraikan, here in Tokyo.

It's not just robots here.

This is the National Museum of Science and Innovation

and it's full of fascinating sciency stuff!

I could show you all that too, but...

I know you just want to see the robots!

Probably the most popular attraction here is ASIMO.

One of the first humanoid robots with face and voice recognition.

Also one of the very first robots with the ability to run...

and sing!

and...

I want one!

Hmmm. What are they peeking at?

I hear a voice...

reading the news..

its...

a little girl!

Is she on the toilet!?

I know some people read the newspaper on the loo, but...

that's a step too far.

Hello Otonaroid. How are you?

I recognize you.

Really? From where?

I have seen you on YouTube.

Anyway!...

Yes. Visit Miraikan.

It's in the Odaiba district, and it's awesome.

Top 6 Cancer Prevention Foods - health - Duration: 6:58.

Top 6 Cancer Prevention Foods

According to the US National Cancer Institutes Surveillance Epidemiology and End Results

(SEER) Database, 43.3% of American males and 37.8% of American females will develop cancer

in their lifetime.

Thats a staggering number. Almost one out of two men and a little more than one out

of three women.

So what can you do about it? beforehand? before that diagnosis comes in and its too late.

There has been a lot of research into preventative measures, even some done by the American Cancer

Society (surprisingly) but its all scattered and unclear in many ways.

So I decided to do some of my own research and really create something valuable. I decided

to research the best specific anti-cancer, or cancer prevention foods in the world.

These foods were made to keep your body in a peak state of health and avoid cancer from

developing in the first place.

The best way to Fight Cancer is to prevent it, its to live healthy, eat healthy, exercise

and get plenty of nutrition. When I was doing research for this article I wanted to creating

something unique, interesting and new.

Weve all seen articles and scientific journals stating that a specific food prevents cancer

in lab rat studies, and thats great! and those foods are definitely on the cancer prevention

list.

What about taking another approach though? what about focusing on the causes of cancer

and then backtracking a bit.

Why not research foods that have the best anti-cancer development effects, meaning,

find the main causes of cancer and find the foods that have the closest matching nutritional

profile to supplement preventing the main causes of cancer?

Does this make sense? I hope so! if not, Ill be recording a video on youtube about this

within the next week or so.

Heres how I came up with the content for this article

It makes sense right? take the the top alkalizing and anti-inflammatory foods on the planet

and these have to be the best cancer prevention foods as well. So I did my research and this

is what I found

The Top Alkalizing Foods On The Planet

1. Kale: Kale is one of if not the richest alkalizing food on the planet. Its rich

in many vitamins and minerals that alkalize like calcium and magnesium. Its a great

source of chlorophyll which plays an important role in alkalizing the body.

This is also a very strong anti-inflammatory food because of the omega 3 fatty acids contained

in this green so it really tops this list in two ways!

2. Lemon: Lemon is acidic in nature but when in the human body it creates an alkalizing

effect. Once it enters the metabolism its minerals enter the bloodstream and really

help to alkalize the body.

Lemon is also very rich in vitamin C which boosts immunity to prevent tumorous cancer

growth.

3. Broccoli: One of the top alkalizing foods on the planet and a great source of fiber

which is healthy for the Colon. It also contains sulforaphane which is a known anti-cancer

compound.

Other foods worth consuming to alkalize the body are coconut water, any leafy greens,

celery, cucumber, and most green vegetables in general because of the chlorophyll content

in them.

The Top Anti-Inflammatory Foods On The Planet

1. Turmeric: Turmeric is one of my favorite medicinal spices on the planet, coming from

India. According to PubMed.gov, cancer rates in India are lower than those in western countries.

Duke University found more than 200 citations for turmeric and cancer and more than 700

for curcumin and cancer. In the book Phytochemicals: Mechanisms of Action, are discussed.

Curcumin, which is the active compound in turmeric were effective in animal models in

prevention and/or treatment of colon cancer, mammary cancer, prostate cancer, murine hepatocarcinogenesis

(liver cancer in rats), esophageal cancer, and oral cancer.

Duke said that the effectiveness of the herb against these cancers compared favorably with

that reported for pharmaceuticals. I personally love this liquid turmeric for bioavailability

and assimilation reasons.

2. Blueberries: With a rich blend of nutrients and anthocyanin antioxidants, blueberries

protect the brain and aid in anti-inflammatory efforts. They are low on the glycemic index

(like most berries) which some people believe feed cancer cells already out of balance.

They can also be frozen without effecting their antioxidant benefits, unlike many other

foods.

Be sure to eat organic blueberries as new studies are showing that organic blueberries

have higher concentrations of phenol antioxidants and anthocyanin antioxidants giving you the

best anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer effects.

3. Flaxseeds: You may be wondering why flaxseeds made the list right? well, its the richest

source of omega 3 fatty acids on the planet. Omega 3 fatty acids are one of the main drivers

for creating an anti-inflammatory state within the body.

Other anti-inflammatory foods include, fish, walnuts, ginger, cloves, garlic.

And there you have it, eat more Kale, Lemon, Broccoli, Turmeric, Blueberry and Flaxseeds

to prevent cancer. If I had cancer I would load up on these foods as often as I could

as well.

Notice one more thing, Kale is green, Lemon is Yellow, Turmeric is orange, blueberry is

blue and flaxseeds are brown. Notice the different colors? Eat the rainbow (the rainbow from

the earth, not skittles) and youll notice dramatic positive effects on your health!

To your health and well-being! Please share this article to help spread the word about

these amazing foods and help inspire more healthy choices! David Benjamin

P.S. If you already have cancer eat these foods, or share it with those who it may bring

hope too. My mother is a stage 4 colon cancer survivor, if she can do it you can too!

Keep your head up, take care of your health and laugh a lot! Laughing boosts immunity

which gives you strength, vitality and life back!

5 Beauty Secrets That Will Solve Your Skin Problems - Duration: 2:05.

5 Beauty Secrets That Will Solve Your Skin Problems

1.

Washing your face with soap

Soap dries your skin and deteriorates its protective layer if used regularly, which

results in acne.

You should also get rid of aggressive cleansers containing SLS (Sodium Laureth Sulfate), choosing

gentle foaming creams or cleansing lotions instead.

2.

Using scrubs

Scrubbing damages your skin and makes it rough.

While its effects are quite dubious, they are very short lived and make you use scrubs

more and more frequently.

The most efficient skin peeling and complexion leveling aids are those containing acids.

3.

Being overprotective of greasy and problem skin

The more you stress your skin, the worse it becomes.

Pick some aids for your skin type, follow the basic rules, and youll see the results.

If you have some serious issues, like acne, better consult a good dermatologist and cosmetologist

than begin self-treatment.

4.

Getting a suntan

Sun isnt good for your skin.

Damage dealt by the sun accumulates, and it will eventually show itself in liver spots.

Thats why you should protect your skin from the sun all year long, especially your

face.

If you still want to boast bronze skin, use spray tan.

5.

Turning your fridge into a vanity bag

Traditional cosmetics are all well and nice, but lets be honest they can be obsolete.

There is a difference between applying sour cream to your face and using a cream with

lactic acid.

Yes, vitamin C is good for your skin, but its potential effect is lost while youre

trying to mix a pill into your cream.

Indie Gaming News May 2017 - Week 1 - Duration: 3:43.

Welcome to your weekly indie gaming news goodness.

My name is Nakusoo and today I have some of the most recent news about a few games that

caught my eye during the past week and the Kickstarter game Yooka-Laylee, coming right up.

The recently released indie game, Yooka-Laylee will be making it's way to the Nvidia GeForce

NOW platform, which will allow users to play the game on Nvidia shield tablets and TVS

through their streaming service.

Users who also purchased the game through GeForce NOW will receive a key that they can

redeem on the steam platform to play on their PC.

If you're using GeForce NOW, it's probably better to pick it up on that as you can just

play Yooka-Laylee on your steam account later down the road.

Now... let's get into three indie games that I took a look at and wanted to share

for this week.

Rabbit Story is a casual top-down adventure game where you take control of a fluffy character

Rabbit.

After a birthday mishap with his friend Kitty who decides to leave after getting upset,

Rabbit decides to wander out on an adventure to take his mind off the situation.

This game is aiming to tackle human relationships while providing some mini-games and relaxed

exploration gameplay.

You can grab the demo to this game in the description below if you want to try it and

get a general idea of how the game will play.

Rabbit Story is actually set to release this month on May 16th.

Next up is ORB a puzzle game where you control a small orb going through various puzzles

and challenges to help piece together his fragmented world.

These constellations are filled with varying difficulties ranging from easy to hard with

different branching paths.

It doesn't stop there, 12 unique and fun abilities are there for you to collect throughout

your journey and it looks to offer some fun replay value if you're a speedrunner.

The game is currently on steam greenlight and there is a demo available to play if you

are into puzzle games.

Check out the links in the description below for more information on the game and demo.

Lastly for this week is another greenlight game on steam, PsychoDelia, which is a first

person platforming adventure game set in a trippy world where you can use power-ups to

get across landscapes and other obstacles that are in your way.

There's also pickups that will help with accelerating your movement speed, altering the environment and the ability to

possess bug-like creatures to help you press

a switch or destroy an object in your way.

The atmosphere looks to be one of the main draws of the game and seeing how it develops

as you play it is an interesting concept.

This is probably the game I'm most curious to see more of out of this list as environments

can make or break a game for me depending on how well they are handled.

That's going to cover this week's Indie Gaming News, but I'll be back next Monday

for another round-up of Indie gaming news or video games I discover.

If this video offered any value, then consider subscribing and clicking the bell icon to

stay up to date with the latest indie gaming news and other game content I release each

week.

You can also follow me on other social media such as Instagram and Twitter for any other

information that's posted.

I hope you all have an awesome week and until next time take care.
