The Magic of Thinking Big - Motivational Video - Duration: 4:03.

Most people can�t think big.

This is how the majority of my friends who went to college thought,� I hope I can get

a decent job when I graduate.� Like not even a good job but just a decent job.

That was their biggest plan for their life, finding a decent job.

Now then I also had a few other friends who said, �I am going to start a business and

will become a millionaire by the time I hit my thirties.� And guess what, they are actually

on track to accomplishing that.

Now here�s the thing, the biggest problem is most people can�t even think big.

And I always make sure to point out that yes, this is just the first step.

There are so many other things that you need to do in order to be successful.

But all of those things come after you are able to think big.

That�s the first step.

If you are not doing your first step right, if your ultimate life goal is to just get

a decent job like most people, you can�t really expect anything great to happen.

There�s just no hope.

It�s just like setting up a finish line a 100 metres from you every time you run.

No, you are not going to be a great marathon runner if 100 metres is what you are aiming

at.

And yes, there will many other steps ahead of you like you will have to work hard, you

will have to work smart but nothing�s gonna work if your finish line is set at a 100 metres

from you.

So, it�s really important that you do the first step right, and that is to think big.

Now the second step is to value yourself and to believe in yourself.

I know that�s kind of clich� but here�s the thing.

Most people cannot even believe that they are going to be making millions someday.

It�s like they cannot entertain that thought for a second.

I have many friends who think that they don�t deserve that beautiful girl.

And there are many people who feel that they don�t deserve to be around successful people,

and here�s the thing, you are putting a very low price tag on yourself and guess what,

you can�t expect people around you to put a higher price tag on you.

It�s like if you don�t even like yourself, how can you expect others to like you?

If you want to collaborate with someone for a business and you don�t believe that you

can make a million, why would your potential partner even consider working with you?

If you like some girl and you feel that you don�t deserve her, why would she even feel

that you deserve her?

No one�s ever going to value you or believe in you if you can�t even value and believe

in yourself.

It�s rightly said by Henry Ford, �The man who thinks He can and the man who thinks

He can�t are both right.� So, valuing and believing in yourself is really important.

Now the final big idea is Excusitis.

I remember talking to one of my uncles long back and he was telling me how much he knows

about success or whatever.

So, I asked him, well, if you know so much about success, how come you are not successful?

So, he pointed towards his wife and kids and said, that�s why.

Now, that was something which made feel really nauseous.

But, this is what most people do.

They play the blame game, blaming others for their failure.

They give excuse on top of excuse.

Don�t be that person.

Trust me with this, you will be the only one feeling sorry for yourself even if people

around you are encouraging your victim mind set.

So start thinking big and realize that it�s just the first step.

Once you get this step right, start researching on the other steps.

Believe in yourself and have a clear picture that if you don�t believe in yourself, no

one else is gonna believe in you.

And finally, don�t make excuses.

If you are not where you wanted to be, make an instant realisation that it�s because

of the decisions you took.

Don�t be the guy, pointing at his family as an excuse.

Almost every single person out there has a family and some dire circumstances but they

figured out a way to crush it.
