Waching daily May 21 2017

There is no postcard from Cuba without image of American car from 50s.

There is also no Youtube film, including this channel, where it is possible to avoid shots

of one of 60 thousand cars of that type in the country.

That is the reason why we get down to vehicles from beyond epoch,

and why there is so many of them and why there are still running in a country of Castro dynasty.

I've found 20 synonyms of a word 'car', so I hope that it will be as nice to listen about them as to watch them.

American cars American cars are the heritage of rich Americans and Cubans, running from Cuba after revolution, in 1959.

Cars had been taken over by people's movement and they are in use till these days.

Fidel Castro after coming to power in 1959, has decided that buying a new car will require a permit from the State.

And just a year after the revolution, the USA imposed on this expensive, communist country the embargo, so all cars you see really come from 50s.

hat is before this period and often with the same drivers, of their children,

or their children's children, although their stylization is rather for show up tourists.

How old is it?

49

It's beautiful

Man is making up the car for photo.

Cuba has a little better relationship with other countries, unfortunately from distant lands.

Therefore on the streets rarely but still appear wartburgs, ladas or fiats 126p,

which are called here affectionately "polaquito".

In 80' the cuban government had been offering to the owners of American cars - that they can exchange them for a brand new Ladas

and then (government) had been selling them to rich foreign car collectors.

After the fall of USSR - this business collapsed.

American embargo made the Cubans can say 'Adios' to possibility of importing spare parts, because where they could from?

But necessity is the mother of invention, that is why today the locals are considered the best mechanics in the world.

Cars which are is use for tens of years are usually in very bad condition.

They are ramshackle, rusted, and often they don't have any original parts,

cause Cubans didn't have an access to them, so they've been improvising.. Just like me right now...

Often those parts are taken from other brand's cars or they are custom, homemade.

And it is very funny that when they are rebuilding or fixing the engine, they don't care how it look like under the hood

It's working. - that's important.

The body is also rarely original cause Cubans love to decorate their cars. But I think it doesn't make the cars less charming.

There are no traffic jams because cars and fuel in Cuba is rationed. And because there is always a shortage of it

you can see here many horse carriages, bicycles, rickshaws, which are working hardly to take tired tourists to their destinations.

In recent years, the ban for importing cars was lifted, and the Cubans again may purchase a four-wheeled vehicle.

However, their prices are so high that for buying even one car, the savings of entire life still may be insufficient.

Car such a fiat 126 p is about 4-5 thousand Euro, while the salary is not higher than 40-50 Euro.

I think to myself, what more could be interesting for motoring fan… Maybe that they're singing?

Thanks for watching and see in my channel the other movies about Cuba and not only.

MOMMY'S DREAM FINALLY CAME TRUE!!! - Duration: 5:27.

Hey everybody! Welcome to the Hisko Family Fun Channel!

Robin and auntie Lily have gone to Comic-con today. Whoa!

Hi everyone! You ready for Comic-Con? We're going to Ottawa!

So they should be having some fun right now.

They took the camera hoping to make a vlog.

So we'll see if we can use some footage.

Me & Ever are at home and unfortunately it's raining.

All Ever wants to do is go outside in her stroller

and go to the playground.

But we can't today cause it's raining.

Dan Parent - Archie Comics writer & artist.

So Robin usually goes every year to to comic-con.

And she gets her picture taken with a celebrity.

But this year she is so excited and so nervous

because John Cusack is going to be there.

20 minutes until John Cusack.

Robin just loves John Cusack and around 12:30pm

which is right about now actually,

she's going to be getting a photo op with him.

Robin met John Cusack. Yaaay!

So we made it to John Cusack's photo-op.

And I got his autograph.

I met the girl who plays Cheryl Blossom on Riverdale.

So excited! Great day!

Now we're going to get some food.

when Ever comes up and starts to snuggle

then you know she's getting tired.

Do you want to go get ready for a little nap?

Okay, so Ever is up from her nap.

and now we're going to pick up her cousin Kara.

And you can have a little play date with Kara.

Would you like that? Yeah that'll be fun.

How are you, Kara? Good.

What's your favorite subject in school? Lunch.

Ever is very excited her cousin is here to play.

Well that's really nice.

She just loves you.

Yay! Ever has never done that before.

She's never stood up on her own before. This is awesome!

Did you know auntie Robin got to meet John Cusack today?

I don't even know who that is.

You don't know who John Cusack is?

You can give her a kiss Ever.

(Lots of laughing)

I think mommy is home.

Hello.

How was Comic-con?

So good.

How's John Cusack? He's so dreamy!

I love him! He didn't disappoint.

This picture is of Jughead, who is my favourite.

It was drawn for me by Dan Parent.

He's an official writer and artist for Archie comics.

I'm a huge fan!

And this year just for me he put

Jughead in one of our cure Angelman Syndrome shirts.

And I think it's fantastic and wonderful.

You're having a good Mother's Day weekend so far?

I'm having a great Mother's Day weekend.

Eveything's been so fantastic.

Ever stood up from the floor today all by herself.

Which is amazing. That was awesome.

It's been fantastic.

All right everybody. Thank you so much for watching.

We hope you enjoyed this video.

Thanks again to John Cusack and to Dan Parent.

You guys rock.

Amazing! Thank you so much!

All right, take care everybody.

BYE!!!

Getting Out of a Rut · Drawing All The Time #1 · semiskimmedmin - Duration: 22:09.

It's Friday.

It's half one.

And today is the day that I start drawing all the time.

I've been wanting to start a new video series for a while, and I knew what kind of content

I wanted, and I had a lot of suggestions from you guys that were pretty much the same as

what I had in mind….

I wanted to keep the sort of casual, informal, but also at least somewhat valuable nature

that I had with my sketchbook series.

It's been great to see how me sharing my experiences and things I've learned and

mistakes I've made can help other people and just start a discussion, to where we're

all sharing our experiences and learning from each other.

In terms of the format of the videos, I'm not 100% sure yet, that's where your feedback

comes in.

But for today, I like watching videos where people draw and talk so I'm gonna draw and

I'm gonna talk.

So, in terms of the 'drawing all the time' thing.

At the moment I'm really pushing this draw every day mantra for myself.

Trying to make art a solid habit in my life.

I've said this before but, the key to improving and evolving as an artist is to create as

much as possible, and not rely on being inspired to be able to create, let the constant flow

of productivity and creativity be what fuels the inspiration.

And to do that, the habit of drawing constantly has to be as entrenched in you as something

like brushing your teeth.

And I thought what better way to motivate me to really commit to this than to share

that journey of consistant art-making with you guys.

And just talk through how I'm doing it, how it's going, what issues I have, how

I deal with them.

This can be like my Big Brother diary room, where I come back after a week of trying to

draw as much as I can and let you know how it's going.

Show you what I drew, a bit of the how and the why…

I've also been really keen to show more of the behind the scenes of the art process...

of the art making process.

And show more of how art fits into real life, how I find the time....

So that's what we're doing.

That was a long intro.

I fell like these videos are gonna be such a departure from my concise, straight-to-the-point

videos.

That's something I've been probably the most nervous about.

Just this like free-form rambling.

A lot of you might prefer the short and sweet but I guess for that you can watch my speed-paintings.

This is gonna be my chatty… chatty… not knowing what I'm talking about… kind of

video.

So what I'm doing at the moment, I'm actually playing catch up in my sketchbook.

This is my new Stillman and Birn sketchbook, its a one of their… zeta series, I've

been using it as like a visual diary, the same way I do my travel journals, documenting

the days with pictures with drawings and writing and also just using it for my usual doodles

and studies and concept stuff.

But my aim has been to do one drawing a day based on something that happened that day

or the previous day.

But, in all my umming and arring about the new series and also going on holiday, finishing

my moleskin, I've been generating the ideas, but not had the time to record them and missing

loads of days in between.

So at the moment I'm sort of playing catch up, filling in the gaps and that's what

I'm doing today.

Today's page is in amongst the beginning bits and bobs, this week is actually linked

back to my moleskin, there are pages in that sketchbook that lead into this one for me.

This was a week of being in a major creative funk.

It was actually way back at the end of March.

I had decided I wanted to draw more constantly but I was really struggling to draw at all.

The weird thing is I felt productive, or motivated, I had the energy and desire to do things,

but for whatever reason, actually doing things and art things in particular felt really daunting.

I do occasionally have different kinds of funks, but as far as they go, this was a pretty

decent one.

Because I was still getting out of bed and doing things.

Well I still spent a lot of time in bed but… that's just what I do.

But because I am kind of used to that feeling, I knew more or less how to deal with it.

The first and most important thing is to not be like mad at yourself.

It's really frustrating to want to do something but at the same time feel like something is

holding you back or you're holding yourself back.

But getting down on yourself about it, throwing blame and judgement, is never gonna help.

I just kind of thought, okay, this is how I feel, not loving it but I can deal with

it.

So… the thought of drawing at that point, for whatever reason, filled me with dread.

I tried to feel like less of a bum by getting on with other, kind of art things, art business

things like packing orders, responding to comments, stuff like that.

Also tidying, keeping a tidy space for me just welcomes calm and an openness to do things

and keep going.

And that was the start of it.

Being gentle with myself, acknowledging how I was feeling, what I could and didn't really

feel like doing.

And then the next thing is… if you find yourself afraid or hesitant to make art, don't

let that stop you being creative.

If there's something in you that really wants to just do something even if it doesn't

involve putting a pen to paper, keep that spark alive in any way you can.

For me, at this time, my boyfriends birthday was coming up, I'd got him a lens for his

camera and I had the bright idea that I'd make a heart shaped gift box to put it in

so he wouldnt know what it was straight away.

I've never made a heart shaped gift box before, I never thought I'd be that person.

But I was in a making mood.

Even though I didn't want to draw I wanted to create and thats important to recognise

when you're in a rut.

It isn't always an overarching thing.

Sometimes it is, but be open to exploring other avenues, don't write yourself off

and say well I'm not gonna do anything cos I'm not in the mood or it'll turn out

badly.

So anyway I made this box, it wasn't great, I got glue everywhere.

And yeah, I am always in my bed, I definitely should spend more time at my desk, but when

I am feeling a bit fragile or anxious, I'll always at least give myself that.

I'm allowed to stay in bed as long as I'm doing something.

You gotta go easy on yourself without letting yourself get away with murder, You gotta be

good cop and bad cop to yourself.

And that really helped, it was a lot of fun, I felt accomplished and I kind of thought,

okay maybe I can potentially do some drawing.

I'm just setting up my laptop so I can have my reference images to look at while I draw.

So yeah I got to point where I thought maybe potentially I can do some drawing.

Still in my bed, and still actually in my moleskin, I grabbed the first pen I could

find which was a pink fineliner and I just kind of started doodling.

And it was pretty horrible.

Like, I mean it doesn't look great, but it also wasn't like this immediate breath-of-fresh-air

experience.

I don't know if this is something people can relate to.

I think we all kind of assume that people who do art and love art should love every

moment of it and especially if you're just doodling for the sake of it.

But the reality for me, and I'm sure for other people is that it can be kind of torturous

sometimes and it sucks when something you love doesn't bring you the joy that it normally

would.

I'm just gonna interject quickly, I hope this isn't all too much of a downer.

And like I'm fine.

I hope it's okay for me to talk about these things that aren't the most positive.

This is still just me having a chat, it's probably just a bit more raw than what I would

usually do.

But yeah, if we look at the stuff I did while I was just trying to draw for the sake of

drawing, I have my moleskin here and you would have seen it in my sketchbook tour, I can

just remember how I was feeling at the time BUT I was TRYING.

I even watched this Blender video on youtube, something like '7 Habits of Effective Artists',

took notes, to kind of make my youtube procrastination slightly worthwhile, but yeah.

And even in this mess, see heres the reason I always look back and appreciate pushing

myself to just put a pen onto the paper, cos out of all this mess there's this random wheel

I drew and I like that.

I feel like that's useable.

Next day again, I tried to just put pen on paper, cos I felt up to it.

Had a different outcome.

I ended up just writing this so not the drawings.

But um, I'm not gonna show what I wrote, hopefully you can't read it.

I don't know what it says, it's the kind of thing I think I just wrote just to get

it out, Ihave no real desire to read that over again.

But I can say that it helped.

I had allowed myself the satisfaction of being able to say I had done another page in my

sketchbook.

I achieved something.

You could literally practice drawing straight lines.

I do that sometimes.

As long as you congratulate yourself snd appreciate yourself for putting in the work, you're

gonna be moving in the right direction.

And gradually, that heavy feeling kind of lifts.

You feel a little bit more able.

So that's what this is about.

Blind contour drawings as I came out of the rut, great way to ease back in to drawing

more creatively.

No pressure, bit of fun, occasional spark of something.

Like this face looking down.

I like this one a lot.

Down here I even wrote, 'feeling much better, back in a stride of sorts.

creating again and out of bed.

those are the important things.'

So just to recap the points so far in getting out of a rut.

By the way, I do have a little cheat-sheet down here of my talking points so I don't

go too off course.

So, acknowledge the feeling without judgement.

Do what you can / do something / do anything.

Explore other creative avenues.

Ease back into it.

The next thing, which also kind of ties into my 'writing how I felt' bit, but the next

thing is to get it out.

However your feeling, try not to just hold onto it and let it fester inside you.

If you're frustrated or disappointed in yourself, your art whatever, you can write

it down but I do think it's better to talk to someone.

It doesn't have to be a deep, soul-baring chat.

You don't have to get completely into it, just kind of saying out loud, yeah I'm kind

of frustrated at the moment, I'm a bit stressed, my art isn't going how I want it to, my

creativity feels stunted.

It helps with processing how you're feeling and cycling that feeling from rolling around

in your head, out of you and into the world.

A lot of people who maybe aren't into art or stuff like that, they might not necessarily

understand.

But I don't really share those feelings to get comfort or validation, I just like

having a bit of a back and forth with someone, maybe changing my perspective.

I talk to my mum a lot, again not in depth, but just you know, it was a tough drawing-day

today, I couldn't really manage to make anything I liked.

She always has like the typical mum advice but just the act of me saying how I was feeling

to someone else, lifts a weight.

And it was actually after talking to Ozzy that I got that final little spark, that bit

that you hope and wait for when you're in a creative slump, where it's like, the fog

clears and 'I wanna draw right now and I can't wait.'

It was his suggestion that I would say is the biggest contributor to my getting out

of a rut.

Obviously you all know I'm not huge on going out and about, I'm a proper homebody, whenever

I watch any kind of advice video where one of the tips is like 'go out and have a walk'',

like deep down I know that it would probably, definitely help, but at the same time…

I could really just not.

But yeah I was kind of at this hurdle of, I feel fine now, I'm feeling positive, I've

got my life together, I'm not down about my lack of creating, but there's still no

spark.

It's stopped raining but the sun hasn't come out yet.

And he goes, 'Well why don't we go to the Tate or something', the Tate Modern

gallery, here in London.

And my first reaction, genuinely was like… 'mmmm, I don't think that's gonna inspire

me in the way I need inspiring.

But yeah I guess we can go.'

And then like, within a day of that conversation, so before we'd even gone…

That was it.

I was excited again.

About art.

I had ideas and I was looking into what they had on at the gallery and thinking about what

bits I wanted to see and also just being out by the river in the fresh air.

The anticipation was a breath of fresh air and it was that one final push to get back

into things.

And that's when I drew stuff like this and this, just having fun, feeling like I had

a bit of purpose again.

A few days later we had a great day at the gallery, I did some doodles while I was there

and afterwards as well.

I actually have a bit of history with the Tate Modern.

Back when I was at uni, I was studying English and Spanish, I love languages, I love learning

languages, and I love literature, but I didn't love university.

For whatever reason, I just felt 'like this isn't it, this isn't what I wanna be doing

with my life'.

And this is before I had even really considered pursuing a career in art.

I have a blog post I'll link below where I talk about that situation in a bit more

detail.

But yeah, that time was essentially, the biggest rut in my life.

I felt stuck.

And my campus, I went to King's College by the way, its a lovely uni.

My campus was just across the river from the Tate.

So when I'd inevitably end up skipping my lectures because I really wanted anything

but to be there, I'd have a wander, go to starbucks, walk across the millennium bridge

and just I guess be drawn to the gallery.

Just wander around in there.

And it was a little pocket of peace and quiet.

And it made me just feel calm and grounded.

I don't know if its just the Tate that does that, I'm sure it isn't, I think it was just

the nearest thing to me at the time.

Just being in that kind of space is like a breath of fresh air.

Galleries and museums and even libraries or big art supply shops, they have this quality

to them of like, something so impressive and stable and secure.

And you just finally have room to think.

But yeah, I guess that final tip for getting out of a rut, the most difficult for me but

the most worthwhile; make plans, go out and seek inspiration.

Don't wait for it to come to you.

Give yourself something to get excited about.

Just to go over all the things one last time;

Acknowledge the feeling without judgement.

Do what you can / do something / do anything.

Explore other creative avenues.

Ease back into it.

Talk it out / let it go Make plans and give yourself something to

get excited about

So for the rest of that week I ended up going out actually too much.

That's be something I think I may talk about in another video like finding the balance

between your social life and drawing all the time.

Finding time.. finding time for it basically.

I hope that me sharing my experience will help some of you guys who have been in the

same kind of funks.

I'd love to know if anyone has their own tips for that.

I'd also love to know if anyone's still watching.

And I'd love to get your feedback on this style of video, obviously it's early days

so if you have any suggestions I'm all ears.

But I've really enjoyed talking to you all and sketching and I can't wait to do it

again.

Thanks so much for watching, I'll see you next time.

Bye!

Tony Robbins: How to Train Your Emotions (Tony Robbins motivation) - Duration: 15:55.

emotions are a habit if you say I don't

told myself out of my own funk of my own

frustration overwhelmed you got to first

own the fact that you've identified that

as the way that you live you actually I

always tell people you get what you

tolerate and so you've got used to

tolerating that and you start thinking

this is me when all it is is a habit

it's a habit of the way of looking at

life that's a habit and how you use your

body it's a habit of language that you

use concerting words when you use them

you become now I really believe what

you've got to do is train yourself train

yourself physically it's like working

out you know people say don't you have

bad day of course I get pissed off I get

frustrated I feel sad I don't think but

I don't stay there I used to live there

I used to be depressed all the time I'd

never get depressed now because my coz

I'm so positive my not fake it's like a

muscle you know you can train yourself

to get frustrated by doing all blah you

can train yourself to be stressed out

you train yourself to feel sad by doing

it so often we get wired the more we do

something more wired we get you can

train yourself to feel passionate you

can change yourself to feel strong and I

tell people don't settle remember you

get what you tolerate put yourself in

gear go for a workout start to train

your body and your mind and also find

something you want to serve greater than

yourself because if you're just doing

this for you you're going to probably

have that day but if you do it for your

family if you do it for the community if

you're doing it for humanity you really

are and it isn't bullshit you're going

to find a level of energy inside you

you're going to get insights you never I

really believe motive does matter if

your motive just for yourself you don't

get much insight life supports you

because you're part of life but if

you're going to support more than

yourself when you get a vision that's

how businesses grow that's some

movements happen right find something

bigger yourself to serve and make sure

that you don't tolerate weakness in

yourself that doesn't mean enough to

feel sad but you're not just going to

stay there because you made that

decision life's too short to feel like

crap I've decided I want to live in a

beautiful state for the rest of my life

that doesn't feel bad it means I won't

stay there because I'm in control and I

can't change it so can you

is the breakthrough by the way so we're

clear if you say you're having a break

you who'd ever had a breakthrough you

fought you fought and then here to break

you lose add will this happen before say

aye

a breakthrough is when there's something

you struggle with for a long time you

say you're going to change you say

you're going to make it happen you're

going to lose that weight you're going

to grow your revenues you're going to

make that profit you're going to make

something happier to find that

relationship you're going to stop

smoking and you start to get right near

the edge and then you pull back who's

done this multiple times before but then

finally how to break through you broke

through and actually change it say I so

jot down what a breakthrough is and let

me give you the three steps of it a

breakthrough is a moment in time that's

what it is it's a moment in time it's a

moment where suddenly what was

impossible becomes possible and what

makes it possible is you take immediate

massive what immediate massive life

action so that to happen for the

impossibly compatible and for you to

have action that's going to get results

really I found over the years any kind

of breakthrough you're going to have

requires three things to it and if you

never see me again and you're ever in a

place you say I'm sick of fighting this

I'm sick of not getting results I want I

don't want to just learn more I want to

break through if you remember this and

go back to the simple formula and by the

way I've made this simple purposely you

know why complexity is the enemy of

execution the more complex you make it

the less likely you're going to execute

I'm so good at getting people to do

things because I make it so damn simple

you can't miss it

so let's do it what's it going to take

to have a breakthrough before I tell you

let's have you think of an area where

you once fought and you finally had a

breakthrough for you personally what's

an area we pushed in pushing for she

couldn't do it couldn't do it and you

finally made yourself do it and broke

through

how many can think of a specific area

life where you actually did create a

breakthrough say I became m'boy

oh say it's wrong say I say I

what was that area say it out loud what

was here just say it out loud what area

did you break through and set out what

was the area okay so now you've had

success before let's do it again

I'm going to show you the three things

you need for breakthrough any one of the

three can do it all three of them

together you will absolutely

breakthrough and I'm going to give them

to you in reverse order of importance

meaning I'm going to tell you the least

important thing first because it's the

first thing most of you go through it's

not the most important but it's very

important now before I do it I want you

right now to think of it area you want

to break through right now

what's an air your life right now that

you'd like to create a breakthrough how

many can think of something you came

here for I want to change this I want to

rip this open I want to transform this I

want to master this who's gotta marry

your life right now great sit up in your

chair of some energy right now zip your

chair make sure the people on either

side of you in a peak state right now

come on get them up all right right now

pick an area you want to cry to break

through it what scenario you want to

pray to break through it money finance

great what specifically do you want to

create breakthrough about money in

finance I like some money here's the

problem ask and you shall so if she says

I'd like some money I could give her a

dollar and go okay now you got some

money let's move up if you're that

general you're probably getting what

you're asking for you just don't realize

because you're too general

what's the breakthrough you want with

money to be able to travel the world

what prevents that from happening now

money eat so we now know what a real

problem is I'm going to show you what a

real problem is in a moment somebody

else what's the breakthrough you on

what's the bracelet

tell me raise your hand what's the

breakthrough what's the break do you

want sir what is it to be a leader for

my family what's preventing you from

being a leader for your family my

mindset what specific mindset what focus

[Music]

I'm just not focused enough I want to

listen to people's answers because

you're going to see why people aren't

changing is it so general someone else

be honest what's the air you want to

break a good guess we have what do you

want to break through it she goes I want

to break through in clarity of what I

want to do is my career what do you want

to do with your career you don't know I

know you don't know but if you did know

and how does tell me right now what

would you say I want to be up there

talking to thousands of people she

doesn't know and then when I say I know

you don't know what's the answer she

fucking tells me the answer insulin she

just has a habit of saying I don't know

when you say I don't know I don't know I

don't know over and over again you tell

yourself a story you begin to believe

that story and once you believe it it's

manifest how many of you have ever had

when you're a kid you're eating dinner

your parents says to you could you get

me the salt and you're enjoying your

meal you don't want to get up so you

don't why you say I don't know what the

salt is it's not a lot you don't know

its exact position in this moment of

time and your parent says you know where

it's in it's in the kitchen you know I

don't know what it's Altis you go get me

I don't know if you've given it salt

right now what are you saying your head

as you walk in the kitchen out of the

salt is out of their sauces I know the

salt is yoga cabinet really still look

it's not here it's on the second shelf

they tell you you stay out of the salt

is on the softest you look it's not here

they come storming the kitchen they

reach right for you basically go what is

this who's ever has one who's

experienced to say I here's my question

did your eyes see the salt yes or no yes

your eyes saw the salt but your mind did

not allow you to perceive the salt

because you told yourself a story over

and over again I believe over and over

again and it didn't want to make you a

liar with yourself

so you created what's called a scotoma

or a blind spot now if you list all the

people here they're all searching so let

me give you the answer three keys to a

breakthrough make of the error you want

to provide you in right now your body

your money your relationships your

career your business your joy your

happiness and let's look at what your

choice is our first element there are

three assets for a breakthrough first

element most people looking for is

they're looking for the right strategy

you're saying if I could find the right

strategy I could get this result right

now and by the way my life I am a life

and business strategist all I do is seek

out the world for finding strategies I

find people been together for 60 years

and they don't just love each other

their intimate they're passionate they

make love and I want to know what do

they have different than other people

and I don't think it's luck and I know

it's not luck and I figure out what

these strategies are they do things that

excite each other and I find out what

those things are and you can put them in

anybody's relationship that's reignited

I find people I just got done doing a

four year project where I interviewed 50

of the most wealthy human beings on

earth the greatest investors in history

and these are all people that started

with nothing and became multi

billionaires and I interviewed them put

it inside the book the very best of what

I've learned I learned I got a PhD from

the people to control the world economy

from the warm buffets of the world and

the raid al use of the world once I knew

what their strategies are like right now

one of the strategies I put in my book

it's called money master the game I

believe it's an Australian I think it's

comes in here yet you have your senior

in this book I got one of them to

actually give me a strategy and in a dis

man named Ray Dalio he's the largest

hedge fund in the world this is a guy

that rich people they have money to give

to a hedge fund guy the big hedge funds

are 15 billion ray is 160 billion he's

ten times larger than anyone on earth

you have to have a billion dollar net

worth and give him a hundred million

dollars ten years ago to even begin

investing with him now he doesn't care

how much money you have you won't take

your money and I got him to give me the

strategy that he has all of his personal

money and he's never told her anyone on

earth and I put in the book if I

convinced him you're not taking

anybody's money anyway so you're not

getting all the money you could ever

take you're taking you're giving up

after Network I wanted to give this the

average person anybody to follow the

strategy last year beat the stock market

stock market the US was 13.2 it did 15.6

in October last year his strategy not

mine I just got it from him the stock

market the Dow dropped a thousand points

in one month

it drops six percent this went up point

two percent first seven days of this

year the market was down 3% this is up

1% right now it's up three and a half

the markets up by two and a quarter and

in the last 75 years it's made money

eighty-five percent of the time imagine

and when it lost it only lost one point

six percent and when it wins it wins an

average of 10 percent if you go to Vegas

and when 85 percent of time at 10

percent and there's one point six fifty

percent of time honky fucking flag it's

in the book that's strategy you do once

a year you rebalance it and you're done

that's how powerful it is and it's only

not work twice 2008 and in 1932 and in

both cases it did twice as good as

everything else but it did was money now

that's the power of a fucking strategy

but getting it from the best on earth

that's what I do now to do that it's a

time energy money effort it didn't

interrupt me I to pursue it and expect

no answers that I want the answer and I

got it so I know the power of strategies

for anybody else does but I want to tell

you most of you want to lose weight

you're looking for the strategy one

relationship you're looking with the

strategy look at business you want your

strategy all good things the right

strategy save you years save your

decades convert results in minutes that

you would have struggled for forever so

I know the value strategies but with all

that I just said about strategies

they're not the most important piece to

a breakthrough

let's think about it 70% of the United

States is overweight I don't know the

current number in Australia but it's

starting to catch up to the US most of

the world is catching up to the US you

polluted everybody else for the same

lifestyle and so guess what is it really

that hard to be fit and strong is it's

so complex that you'll never understand

it is that why the strategy complex or

Fitness strength to be fit and strong

yes or no is it like so unique and

special that only the 1% can afford it

no in fact don't you have to work your

ass off to avoid the information that

could make you fit and strong in fact

today god forbid if you wanted to go

work out and be trained how far would I

have to leave this building to get to a

place where they were trained me how far

there's one right over there isn't it

and we'll probably thrive there God

forbid we'd actually walk to the place

we're going to workout in shed right and

oh by the way you don't have to do that

now you can take out your phone or your

iPad right now and download ten books we

live in a world where the strategies are

all around you so strategy may be your

problem often it is but more often

you're missing the number two thing you

need and that is the right story because

the story you have about your life about

your business about the area life that's

not where you want the area breaking

through your story is with making you be

stuck what's a story it's a belief that

you tell yourself over and over again

like I'm gonna solve this out of the

stall this you tell the story so often

you believe it this man once said you

tell a lie big enough loud enough and

long enough sooner or later people will

believe you who said that

Hitler and most of us are Hitler in our

own minds we convince ourselves with

challenges so when person says well you

know least I tried somewhat it hasn't

lost weight they'll say I've tried come

on well they say I tried everything

bullshit if you tried everything you'd

be fitting strong well I've tried

thousands of ways name them well tried

hundreds name them well I've tried

dozens name them why did do these two

stupid things that don't work over and

over again

mine was on big boats I am big-boned but

I was 38 pounds heavier with the same

bones so we often say things that are

true to back things up they are true

you're big-boned but that is not why

you're fat right so the story keeps a

sermon if you know the relationship you

want what's the story all the good ones

are gone and they're gay and I'm not or

they're not gay and I am the story the

story is there got write this down the

only thing keeping you from getting what

you want the only thing keeping you from

getting what you want is the story you

keep telling yourself about why you

don't have it the only thing keeping you

from getting what you really want is the

story you keep telling yourself about

why you don't have it yes here's what I

said divorce your story and marry the

truth divorce your story and marry the

truth and don't make it one those

divorces where you revisit with your old

past belief system again divorce it cut

it off and marry the truth the truth

will set you what but you got to develop

the empowering story without that now

some of you think an empathic story is

the one that allows you to be keep going

at what doesn't work I'm not talking

about a story where you cover your ass

and explain that you're still going to

achieve you want some day in the future

because no one can argue with that

because the futures not here but really

you're not doing anything to change

significant who knows what I'm talking

about here say I so you've got to find a

story that's going to empower you to act

a story that's going to get you to find

the breakthrough because otherwise with

a lousy story you'll never find the

strategy or you'll come up with a reason

why it's too expensive you can't get

there you can't access it or you'll even

get the strategy and then half-assed

apply it just so you can reward your

story that says it doesn't work as I

tried it I thought bullshit boasted as

opposed to the bullshit

jumping and doing something different

your head of course it's not going to

work

not doing it it's self fulfilling how

many following say I so I want you to

get this is the secret
