Comey Admits Under Oath That Obstructions To Investigations Never Happened

DXY is rallying as traders pass around a CSPAN video of Comey testimony from May 3.

This is not a new testimony.

Under oath, he suggests that there have been no obstructions by saying that a President

did not seem to be telling Comey to stop investigations for political reason.

One could imagine that the deputy Attorney General saw this testimony before appointing

a special prosecutor, but it adds to the puzzle investors are trying to put together.

As we detailed earlier, next week's James Comey hearing is certainly setting up as a

'grab yr popcorn' moment with Democrats lining up for their 5 minutes of fame to ask the

question that 'proves' Trump deserves impeachment.

However, it appears there is no need for the hearing as Mr. Comey already confirmed - under

oath - that "he has not been pressured to close an investigation for political purposes."

Testifying under oath in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee on May 3rd, Comey states

that he has not been pressured to close an investigation for political purposes, "not

in my experience."

COMEY: Not in my experience.

Because it would be a big deal to tell the FBI to stop doing something like that -- without

an appropriate purpose.

I mean where oftentimes they give us opinions that we don't see a case there and so you

ought to stop investing resources in it.

But I'm talking about a situation where we were told to stop something for a political

reason, that would be a very big deal.

It's not happened in my experience.

Caught on tape?

Some have pointed out that Comey is responding specifically to a question whether someone

at the Department of Justice or the Attorney General had ever asked him to halt an investigation.

That is true, however, his response is not specific.

His response is general...

It seems like ANY "pressure" to stop an investigation is a "big deal" and that's "not happened."

My sister has a sign name.

My best friend has a sign name.

All of deaf and hard of hearing friends have sign names.

A sign name is a name given to you by a deaf or hard of hearing person that can be about

a physical feature, a facial feature, or a personality trait.

Another thing about sign names is that they can change.

Which I love because people change, ya know?

You're wondering, "why a sign name?

Why not just spell the name?"

My best friend, Andrea, her sign name is 'short' into an 'a'- Andrea.

I don't say 'Hi A-N-D-R-E-A" I say "Hi, Andrea (sign name)"

So, the reason I'm really bitter about this is because I don't have one.

I don't have one because, mainly because my deaf and hard of hearing friends won't give

me one.

Yeah, my name is pretty easy to spell- just abby.

but but like- I want one.

*laughs* I don't know.

I want to see what my friends like think of me because sign names are usually something

about that person.

I think it frustrates me a lot because when I introduce myself to people I feel like,

that I'm not really a part of the community.

It doesn't bother me to a point that I like hate people that have signs names.

I can't give myself a sign name because your friends have to like discuss it, and figure

out what fits for you.

I guess I just wanted to talk about that I didn't have one.

You actually have to stand in your POWER, you have to be visible, translucent and you

human wants, yet your highest aspect you won�t allow this. And you will have to choose which

you that you are going to BE and which reality you are going to experience.

As you move into SOURCE CREATOR roles, you realize that every moment, every thought,

every word, every everything creates. You realize the magnitude of your existence here

and how everything is about to change.

How do you move from a whole reality to another? How do you function in the physical and accomplish/BE

all that you came here to BE and DO?

How do you WALK as who you truly are in this �little physical world�, for when you

are fully expanded, the physical doesn�t matter anymore, not like it once did?

All of a sudden you find yourself with a new existence and figuring out all new things.

How to experience the beauty, the magic, the magnificence in every moment and not contract

back down into your little human aspect ever again.

This is the challenging part, for every part/aspect of your life gets re-created constantly and

continually now� all in accordance to the vibrations you transmit out and where you

come from; this is what matters here.

If you separate off from the whole, you go unconscious, so you have to �learn� (Remember)

how to stay connected to OUR NEW EARTH CRYSTALLINE GRID from inside, all of the time and you

have to learn how to interact, engage, support to receive support, connect in a whole new

way.

Your desire is to connect with others who �get this� and come from this place too

(unity), yet now you realize that the only way you experience this, is if this is what

you transmit out, the frequency your cells/ atoms/ particles vibrate at for you to materialize/arrive

in a dimensional timeline where others function from this place too.

You now realize HOW EVERY BIT OF THIS IS ALL UP TO/ON YOU, and how it always has been,

yet your human never knew� because your heart was closed/walled up and your mind was

closed (veiled), because you were not ready to believe � yet.

Now, how do you move into realities where all of your highest dreams and desires already

exist? How do you bring all of that magnificence and abundance forth for you to experience

here?

You let go of the need to continue unconscious realities, you choose, you start to step up

and contribute to OUR NEW EARTH EXISTENCE FULLY, instead of holding back/holding out

for yourself. You reverse everything energetically.

You realize the illusion YOU CREATED as a part of your own Galactic Soul�s experience

here.

You look outside and you determine which is which, with your fully activated pineal gland

that merges with your eyes as the crystals in your NEW CRYSTALLINE LIGHTBODY STRUCTURE

activate, evolve and bring you further online to see and experience that which was only

a distant dream before � as you WALK in the lucid dream, as you experience those other

dimensions in your physical here.

The old human experience fades, as a distant dream that almost never occurred. You see

all that you held onto out of fear and how minuscule all of it was.

You understand all of the necessity in everything you CHOSE to EXPERIENCE here, you see the

programs, the distortions, the untruths and how you believed yourself into that reality

too. You see ALL AS A GIFT, you FEEL everything now from within� you NOW have NEW PURPOSE

AS AN AWAKENED SOUL HERE�

What your human fears is not having anything �safe� to hold onto, not realizing that

holding on is what is not �safe�. That when each finally and fully lets go, surrenders

and opens up fully, the most magnificent, brilliant and amazing everything becomes visible

to experience again.

NEW Earth is a physical place, a real dimensional plane of existence, that each REMEMBERS their

way back to from inside. It materializes all around us as we ascend in physical form and

choose to leave the old behind.

NEW EARTH does require each still work, yet it�s very different than before. At first

it will be challenging, because each has to learn how to do everything all over again

and in-full alignment with the highest consciousness all of the time.

Becoming a multi-dimensional in the physical, with your whole body and whole everything

will be the next biggest challenge for you to EMBODY all things as ONE inside of you

CALIFORNIA MOTORCYCLE ADVENTURE! | (WILDFLOWER SUPER BLOOM) - Duration: 12:51.

You know why this is the best trip for us?

Why? Because I got to get here on a

motorcycle, and now you get to play with

flowers. True

Good morning ladies and gentlemen.

Welcome back. Today is a big day.

I'm super stoked because finally after

eight months of owning my bike, I've got

it all packed up, and Carrie and I are

going to hop on my motorcycle and

head off into the wilderness. So it's

going to be beautiful; supposedly there's

crazy wild flower blooms happening out

there, and I am frothing. I cannot wait to

get riding. Let me properly introduce you

guys to my motorcycle. I don't know if

you've met Bucephalus yet?

It's a 2013 BMW F800GS.

Panniers on there; I also put

an adventure touring windscreen.

I named this bike Bucephalus

because Bucephalus

was the trusty horse who took

Alexander the Great from Macedonia, all

the way to India. I feel like it's a

fitting name, although I'm not Alexander

the Great. I want a trusty steed that

will take me far and wide. You ready?

I am ready and I also have a tip for

ladies that are riding on the back of

a bike.... put your hair in a braid because

if you don't, your hair will be completely

knotted....Dreadlock biker.

One of my favorite things about

California, especially Southern California

is that..... you might not know it,

but there's a kind of wilderness and

that's what we're headed to go see. We're

going to be going to a place called the

Carrizo Plains, which is the last

remaining stretch of undeveloped

California grasslands.

To get there we're

going to be riding the highway 33, which

goes out behind Ojai, California.

Highway 33 is widely regarded as one of

the best motorcycle roads in California.

That being said ....let's go.

Probably been on the bike now

for what, an hour and a half?

Where are we, Babe?

We are in Ojai,

the Ojai Valley, in fact.

The view is gorgeous.

It's so beautiful.

This whole ride was amazing.

That's what we're about

to go down right now.

Gatorade, banana. All right, we are in

Ojai now. My two favorite things:

Number 1 and number 2. That's right.

Do you miss Ojai?

I love Ojai.

This was like our first little spot...our first

adventure together was here. This is our

first big adventure. Yeah. We still

have two and a half hours to get to

where we're going, but we're going to

follow the Maricopa Highway. We're

going to be going up and over, and then

we get into a little town called

New Cuyama,

and we hop onto this dirt road,

which takes us into the Carrizo Plains.

That's the game plan.

We still have a lot of riding

to do, so we're not going

to dilly-dally too much. Let's go.

We have some beautiful riding

out in front of us.

It's just been twisty roads

and absolutely gorgeous scenery.

Also have all these incredible wildflowers

everywhere. It smells so nice out here.

Let's just pull over and take a look at

this view real quick. It's so pretty.

We made it. We are at the top of

Highway 33, the Maricopa Highway.

We ripped all the way up here

along this ridgeline.

And here we are.

All right you guys. We have just arrived.

The asphalt is about to end.

The paved road is about to end, and we're

about to start on to some dirt.

Basically, the Carrizo Plains is the last

undeveloped section of California

grassland. It's 50 miles long, and it's

basically a dried-up lake. At the

very northern section of the Carrizo

Plains, you have this

beautiful little section of grasslands.

It's full of wild flowers right now.

First things first, we're going to find a

place to camp. We're going to pull off on

one of these little dirt roads and

follow it up and see if we can't find a

cool little campground to call our own

for tonight.

All right, well....this is home, Carrie.

Now we've got to unload all of our stuff.

it's time to make the tent so that we sleep

in the tent. Are you ready, Carrie?

Ready. Let's go.

It's crazy how much stuff you can jam into

these panniers, you know. Look, four

liters of water, bottle of wine, red wine,

Malbec, obviously.

Spare gasoline for the bike,

jacket, bike cover, girlfriend,

beef jerky. Beef jerky.

Done.

I'm just hiking this little hill

above our camp site

to get a shot.

Ohhhhh. This is insane.

I just want to communicate to you guys

how happy and excited I am about this.

First video I ever made for YouTube was

me riding my bicycle basically from the

Atlantic coast of France over to the

Mediterranean coast and back through

Spain. 1,500 kilometers on a push bike,

camping along the way. You know I saw

this motorcycle on the cover of an

adventure magazine in 2013, and I knew

right when I saw it that that was the

bike for me, and the last three years

I've honestly just been putting

pennies in a piggy bank until I was in a

position where I could buy this bike.

The fact that I'm here with my girlfriend

and my motorcycle, surrounded by nature

is like the best feeling in the world

for me right now. I'm glad that we

could take you guys out here too.

Marko, dude, we miss you. Once you get your

bike all sorted; once you get your

motorcycle situation sorted out, you will

be here too, Bro. Yep.

you gush over life right now,

and I like it.

It's happening ..... water is boiling,

and then we will be eating

Pad Thai and Santa Fe style rice with

chicken. Getting an appetite, Babe,

because it's time to eat.

Today has been so much fun.

It's been new for me and for Carrie.

It's something that neither of us

has ever done. We've ridden around

together a lot on the bike, but we've

never properly loaded it up with all of

the stuff that you need for camping and

gone on a spontaneous adventure.

I think one of the best things in life

is spontaneous adventures and nature in

my opinion, being outside sleeping under

the stars is like a cure-all for

everything and anything that might be

off in life. I don't know. It's just been

a really, really enjoyable day.

I'm loving it. I love this moment

right now, you know, after we just ate and

just chillin'.

And that moon rise was incredible.

That was so amazing. Alex was

like, "What is that that bright light

behind the mountain?" And then fifteen

minutes later, we were watching the

moon rise. It was incredible.

Boiling some water for coffee, of course.

Some French press coffee? Super strong.

We survived the night, and I hope that

you guys and girls enjoyed this video.

Top 10 Kanto (First Generation) Pokemon - Duration: 11:54.

Greetings Pokefans! Michael here.

If you're wondering why the setup is completely different, you probably missed last week's

announcement video. So real quick, I'll summarize what's up: I'm a full time youtuber

now, I'm posting to my 2nd channel again, I've started streaming on twitch, I've

launched a Patreon where you can support me if you want, AND I'm giving away a Nintendo

Which you should be.

But anyways, welcome everyone to my first Top 10 as a full time YouTuber! Top 10s are

going to be a lot more frequent now that this is my job, so I hope you're excited. I definitely

am.

And since this is my first Top 10 as a full time YouTuber, I thought it would be fitting

to start a new Top 10 mini series by counting down my favorite Pokémon from every generation,

starting with the original 151 of Kanto. There weren't any Gen 1 Pokémon on my updated

Top 10 Favorite Pokémon list, so this list should be a totally new cast of characters

for me to talk about. Well, at least since my Top Pokémon of Every Type. But things

have changed a bit since that video.

and subscribe if you haven't, and without further ado, here are my Top 10 Favorite Kanto

Pokémon.

Number 10 - Gyarados

If you've been paying attention to my video backgrounds for awhile, you may have guessed

that I like Gyarados. If you did guess that, nice work. You're very astute.

But even though you may know I like Gyarados, I've never really discussed why. So now

I will! I think Gyarados is really cool, because not only does it look super awesome, I think

it has one of the best "stories" I guess you could call it.

I love the idea that Gyarados starts out as one of the weakest Pokémon in existence,

but if a dedicated trainer is willing to put in the time and effort to train it up, it

turns into the raging terrifying sea monster that can destroy towns singlehandedly. To

me it seems that anyone with a Gyarados is someone to be respected, and I like that about

it.

Number 9 - Blastoise

Sceptile was the first Pokémon I ever played through a game with, and Blastoise was the

second. When LeafGreen came out, I started with a Squirtle that I aptly named Squirt

and trained it up into a powerful Blastoise. I beat pretty much the entire game with only

it since I didn't understand the concept of a team at this point, so I'll always

have a bit of nostalgic attachment to Blastoise.

And of course as many people agree, it looks awesome. It has freakin cannons coming out

of its shell. Definitely one of the most creative designs out there.

Number 8 - Aerodactyl

Not only does Aerodactyl have one of the coolest Pokémon names in existence, it's also probably

my favorite prehistoric Pokémon. It might also be Archeops but I tend to lean toward

Aerodactyl a bit more since it doesn't have one of the dumbest abilities ever created.

Like Gyarados, I like Aerodactyl because of how fearsome it looks. It looks a lot like

one of the most terrifying and ferocious apex predators of dinosaur times, BUT IT CAN ALSO

FLY. Could you imagine hearing this thing screech and seeing its wings cover up the

sun? Talk about blood chilling. And of course, really cool when you don't actually have

to experience it.

Number 7 - Rhydon

I have always thought Rhydon was an excellently designed Pokémon. I think it captures the

spirit of Pokémon well. And when I say that, I don't mean like what Lampent does where

it literally steals people's spirits. What I mean is that Rhydon looks like what a Pokémon

should: a monster, but a monster that you wouldn't want to kill, rather one that you

would want fighting by your side.

I haven't used Rhydon a whole lot, but there are three instances that have made me like

it a bit more. The first is that I used a Rhydon in my first playthrough of Gen 1, which

was Yellow version on the virtual console last year, and he was excellent in most every

battle. The second was that I had a Rhyhorn as my buddy Pokémon for months in Pokémon

Go. My patience and walking paid off, and now it's a Rhydon that's one of my strongest

Pokémon. And finally, I found a shiny Rhydon using the Pokeradar all the way back in the

early days of Gen 4, that I still have by the way. Rhydon is just a really awesome Pokémon,

and I think the fact that it was the first Pokémon ever designed was a good omen for

the rest of the franchise.

Number 6 - Bulbasaur

It's a running gag on the internet that Bulbasaur is the worst Kanto starter, and

while its battling capabilities prior to mega evolving are generally inferior to the other

two, at least from what I've experienced, I still really like it. I think Bulbasaur

is really cute and has a great design, and I love how it shoots its solar beam from the

bulb on its back. That's really creative.

I also admittedly have grown more attached to Bulbasaur because of my Pokémon Talk series.

That series is a big hit and really fun for me to make, and bringing the perpetually annoyed

but good-hearted character of Bulbasaur to life is something I thoroughly enjoy doing.

Number 5 - Scyther

There are only a couple bug type Pokémon that I really like, and Scyther is definitely

one of them. I think a big contributor to my liking of it over most other bug Pokémon

is the fact that even though it's a bug, its face looks reptilian, and as I've discussed

before, I like reptilian Pokémon a lot.

And similarly to other Pokémon on this list, Scyther looks totally fierce. Its body gives

the impression it was designed for combat, and having both its arms end in giant blades

is such a cool design decision. It may not be ideal for anything except fighting but

that doesn't change the fact that Scyther is awesome. Also, it was extremely cool in

Pokémon Origins.

Number 4 - Nidoking

I feel similarly toward Nidoking as I do toward Rhydon: I think it is an excellent example

of Pokémon design. Turning a normally small and feeble creature like a mouse into a spiky,

ripped monster is the perfect example of Pokémon evolution. But above all else, Nidoking just

looks so freaking awesome, and its cry is epic.

I've never played through a game with Nidoking before, mainly because its evolutionary line's

level-up learnset is hot garbage, but every time I see someone using one I gain quite

a bit of respect for them. Including the Twitch Plays Pokémon squad. You rule King Fonz.

Number 3 - Charizard

Charizard is my favorite of the final evolved Kanto starters and was once a member of my

Top 10 Favorite Pokémon. I think his design is simple yet fitting, and I love that you

can fly around Alola with him in Sun and Moon. Ash's is also extremely entertaining.

Charizard wasn't always at the top though, since my affinity for Blastoise overshadowed

Charizard for quite some time. What made me really love Charizard was Mega Charizard X.

I adore the black coloring with blue fire, and a Mega Charizard X I nicknamed Demon was

the first fully perfect competitive Pokémon I ever bred. Some people may think Charizard

gets too much special treatment, but it will always be one of my favorites.

Number 2 - Tauros

Tauros is a simple Pokémon, but I really like that about it. They simply took a cool

animal like a bull and made it even cooler. It looks simultaneously majestic and powerful,

and it is easily the best bovine Pokémon out there. Miltank? Yeah no.

Tauros also kicks a TON of butt in Gen 1. Because critical hits were calculated based

on speed in Gen 1, Tauros's high base speed makes it so it has slightly over a 20% chance

to critical hit EVERY TIME IT ATTACKS. Stack that with STAB moves like Body Slam and Hyper

Beam and a base 100 attack stat, and you have one of the strongest Pokémon in all of Generation

1. Because of all that, I made sure to catch one and use it on my team in my Yellow playthrough,

and kicking so much butt with it is what really made me love Tauros.

Number 1 - Squirtle

I bet you weren't expecting this were you? Charizard may be my favorite FULLY EVOLVED

Kanto starter, but Squirtle is my favorite Kanto starter. Why? Well, first off it's

freaking adorable. Just look at this cute little guy. Cutest Gen 1 Pokémon hands down.

But in addition to it's adorable appearance, I also have a lot of history with Squirtle.

Like I mentioned before, Squirtle was the first Kanto Starter I ever picked back in

LeafGreen, but before I started playing the games and discovered Treecko, Squirtle was

my favorite Pokémon. I loved that Ash had one on his team, and my favorite Pokémon

plushie as a kid was a Squirtle plushie. A plushie that many of you are likely very familiar

with.

That's right, Squirtle from Pokémon Talk has been around since I was about 7 years

old, and bringing him to life by creating this wacky, hilarious character that so many

of you love has only made me adore Squirtle even more. Blastoise may not be at the top

of my favorite fully evolved starters, but Squirtle is 2nd only to Treecko when it comes

to what you start with, because for me, Squirtle was a big reason my love of Pokémon started

in the first place.

So there we have it! Those are my Top 10 Favorite Kanto Pokémon. I'm looking forward to making

videos about the other regions as well, since this is a fun way for me to talk about my

love for certain Pokémon that I don't always get to discuss.

The 2017 Billboard Music Awards are geared up to air Sunday night in Las Vegas and while

you may be expecting some of the year's favorites to win, like Beyonce, here's why many of them

may be snubbed.

Firs of all, not all awards shows are created equal.

The criteria for the nominee and winner selection process for the Billboard Music Awards is

different than the Grammys.

The Billboards place more weight on the commercial success of an artist and their work.

Beyonce didn't exactly clean up at the Grammy's so while Lemonade, Formation, and her tour

will live on as a classic, the amount of awards she will take home may be smaller than what

we expect.

Lemonade moved an impressive 2.1 million album-equivalent units in 2016.

However, it falls behind Adele's 25, which moved 2.3 million.

25 also sold much more that when it came out in November of 2015 and this fall it went

diamond.

Also coming in strong commercially was Drake's Views which garnered 4.1 million album equivalent

sales.

Beyonce is up against Drake and Adele in four categories so considering their commercial

advantage over hers, they're more likely to snag the award.

With other artists such as the Weeknd and Rihanna, their visibility over other pop artists

over the last few months gives them an upper hand even though their albums did not reach

Drake, Adele or Beyonce numbers.

The Billboard Music Awards air this Sunday, May 21st at 8pm on ABC.
