The first thing that immediately catches the eye
is a hefty power supply from Dell, which will provide power

Settings everywhere were set to the same

which it is already possible to speak with confidence at this stage.
Firstly, this method is really working however it requires
at least a lot of patience, to solve compatibility problems,
correctly configure the driver

is not suitable for every laptop.
For example, if you use a powerful laptop
with a decent built-in video card, then by connecting in this way
some kind of top-end GTX 1080 you will simply run into the problem
of the miniPCI port's throughput, which will not allow you
to uncover your GPU and the built-in card
