I will use 2" thick lumber

First I will engrave the top side, then turn the blanks over and mill out the name plates
I have to drill holes in the base to screw the blanks

I can place seven blanks on the base
Eight name plates on each blank
So 56 pieces to engrave at once
I will use a small engraving bit - 25 degree, 0.2 mm tip
I made a test engraving and found that my new zero button was set incorrectly
One more problem - the plywood sheet is of uneven thickness
So the depth of engraving is also uneven
This is important because the set depth of engraving is only 0.5 mm
I have to make the this plywood sheet fully flat
The difference is very big: 1.46 on the right and 5.19 on the left. About 3.5 mm
This is an ordinary construction plywood
This in not important in construction, but must be corrected for the accurate projects
The time of milling is about one hour
I finished the milling of the first side
I got 160 blanks
Eight name plates on each blank

The finishing is the next stage
I have to sand the edges and oil the name plates
I have about 1300 pieces
It is almost impossible to do this manually

So I will use vibratory deburring machine for sanding and finishing

Sometimes I use it for finishing the wooden items
It is not possible to use ceramic or stone pieces for wood
The stone dust will fill the pores of wood

I have many wooden cubes made mainly of ash

Finally I will add oil for finishing the wooden blanks

After drying the wooden cubes will polish the name plates
Nine hours passed
The result depends on wood and the time
I found that nine hours is the excessive time
The corners of walnut blanks were sanded again
So I will oil the blanks the third time
The blanks are almost dry after four hours
I decided to stop the process
I will extract the blanks manually while the machine is running
I faced one more problem
Some blanks are covered with the oil droplets
I don't know the reason
Maybe another type of newly bought oil
Also this depends on wood
No one drop on wenge
Very few on walnut and ash
Average on movingui and padauk
And almost all cherry blanks were spoiled
I will experiment further
I will put the blanks back into the machine and add white spirit
No risk with the spoiled blanks
It is surprising, but the result is very good
All name plates are clean
So I can say the defect is zero percent
These small magnets are 10x0.7 mm only
But the strength of each magnet is 450 gr

Rainbow puri Recipe | How to Make Amazing Crispy Rainbow Snack for Kids - Duration: 9:32.
Hello foodies I am your foodie friend Riddhi Kamani welcome to this show.
Today we are going to make a very simple colourful yet very innovative recipe Rainbow Puri.
This is a children special recipe so let's see the ingredients.
One cup wheat flour.
One cup plain flour or all purpose flour or maida, one cup rice flour, one and half teaspoon
sugar, one cup semolina, oil, salt, oil for deep frying.
Now we are preparing dough for that take three tablespoon of wheat flour, one tablespoon
plain flour if you want you can totally omit this, two tablespoon of rice flour and two
tablespoon of semolina.
Mix all the ingredients properly now add salt as per taste mix it very properly so that
all the flours get combined.
Now add lukewarm oil about three and half teaspoon again mix these all properly after
adding oil your mixture must look like a cookie dough.
Now add green food colour into this.
Half teaspoon and mix it very well.
If you want to have a natural colour then you can add spinach puree also.
Now add water as per required.
The dough must be like a puri dough.
Similarly we have made this red colour dough if you want you can add a natural colour then
ad beetroot puree into this.
Now prepared puri from this dough like a roti or chapatti.
It should be thin so our puri is ready.
Likewise we have prepared different-different coloured puris.
Now take one puri and apply ghee on this spread it like this it should be in a even layer.
Now apply semolina sprinkle it like this.
Now arrange another colour puri you can take any colour just gently press again repeat
the same procedure apply ghee.
Likewise we have prepare this tower colourful tower at the end just gently press just like
this don't press too much.
Now from the one corner take all the layers like this.
Press it tightly and roll it out like this you have to make a tight roll.
Now press it like this and roll like this.
Now first of all cut the edges you
can see nice colour rolls.
You can see the nice layers.
Now cut small circles from this like this.
Now take one round press it like this gently evenly press so that we can see all the colours
nicely.
Now very smoothly roll it like this don't press too much.
Each colour much be visible so friends our puris are ready to deep fry.
The temperature of oil should be medium gently put it into oil.
Deep fry it till it gets golden brown colour or all the colours changes.
So friends you can see nice golden colour and the very crispy layer
our rainbow puris are ready.
So friends our rainbow puri is ready to serve you can have this tea time breakfast or you
can give it to your children in lunch box also you can prepare it on a festival time
also.
So now we are going to plate it
so our rainbow puris ready to serve.
